Don't be clever by half because the issue in the first place is the fact that the CCT doesnt have the jurisdiction to petition CJN neither does it have the powers to suspend the CJN,until the CCT sends its petition to the NJC which they just did after the suspension then the NJC has nothing on the table concerning Onnoghen,I hope I have made myself clear enough for ignorant folks like u.
Pls give us the date the NJC was suspended and the date the CCT served Onnoghen notice.

If she is a good friend, then yes if I have enough to spare.
But on the flip the no strings attached gift can break her relationship, cos the partner will think the gift has some strings attached.

So any post that comes at life from a different point of view that you do not agree with was written by a kid or a braindead person? Why do you have to be like that?
The title of this thread is another point of view from a brain dead adult or a kid. I respect people's point of view but this one is an exception.

Nairaland,
Sometimes the kind of threads and comments I see here makes me wonder if we have just kids here or matured guys that are brain dead.

Sucking pusssy or who sucks pusssy should not be any of your concern.

Your out-bursts are unecessary cos i am 100% correct...You guys need to wake from the idealistic World to the reality that Nigeria is in a big freaking mess of corruption right from independence till date..Buhari,Atiku,Moghalu,Sowore,Durotoye .e.t.c will not make much of a difference unless they in-augurate strong institutions that will discourage corruption...not one stupid fake "strong man' fooling himsellf he will "pyth kwarapshan".

Adams Oshiomole,Festus Keyamo and co who hitherto were tnought of as fighting for the masses via NLC activism and human rights activism are now a shadow of themselves. We can agree that they have been "conqured" by the rotten system we operate with and has become clowns at best and pathetic frauds at worst.

Corruption is so entrenched in the DNA of Nigerians that you practically have to murder every one to get rid of it...Falsification of ages and documents are pretty much the norm in our country..Students at all levels in Nigeria cheat their way through graduation..I was surprised when a colleague of mine told me that i am the only using her "real age" in my organisation to name a few..

There no freaking "saints" in Nigerian politician or those aspiring for office..The point we are aspiring forr now s to "chop but work" because 99% of our leaders(who are simply a reflection of the average Nigerian ) is " chop, chop, chop but do not work"!

I would have voted Kingsley Moghalu because i love his Economic blue-prints but he will not win..However i am not under any illusion he will be a "saint" if he becomes the President...Peter Obi is my next candidate because of the efforts he made in my Anambra State as a Governor.Since he now "attached to Atiku ,i will vote for them

Sowore is a big NO for me.
We have such people that will make a genuine stand against corruption, but like you rightly said, they won't win, but that does not mean we support anybody that will treat corruption with kids glove.

The revolution in the Chinese system towards corruption started with a strong leader, it all starts from the head, it's the head that can breathe life into institutions and give them full backing, no matter how strong an institution is it will amount to nothing with a corrupt leader. So we need both a strong leader and strong institutions.

On second thought I may be wrong,
We don't need a Saint, we need a dictator to fight corruption, because due process and bureaucracy is what breeds corruption in this country, a dictator will only follow the necessary process. During the military corruption was hidden, it existed but you better not get caught.

As for your Obi as a VP am sorry to say, Atiku will only reduce him to a figure head, a person that is so hungry for power like Atiku will not like to share it with anyone.

Even if Moghalu won't win, vote with your conscience.
PoliticsRe: Why Did Peter Obi Refused To Refrence China On Fight Against Corruption? by pryme(m): 12:51pm On Jan 31, 2019
Yeah, China were not chasing after criminals before they opened shop, what China did was to make the economy great before thinking of chasing criminals.
And as we speak China has the best amnesty program for criminals that have accepted to return their loots.
Even top officials in the Chinese government are well known to have enriched their friends.

Pls am not trying to be sarcastic here.

You are the first person with a working brain on his head on this thread..The few ignorant posters who posted before you are dolos and empty brains who had written JAMB unsusccessfully for at least 8times..

Corruption s so entrenched and interwoven in the pysche and DNA of the average Nigerian as well Politicians that going guns-blazing againt "corrupt" individual will simply sink the country into unrest and anarchy, being strategic while killing two birds with one stone makes more sense...Keeping the dollars in our Economy is better than staching them in Swiss and other foreign banks like most criminal Politicians and Administrators do only to be given conditions before we can get them back...e.g the never ending "Abacha loot"

Meanwhile,a strong institution which will make corruption impossible is key and more effective than hpocritical one-sided corruption-fight which actually makes corruption more entrenched and endemic.but brainless APC supporters programmed not to use their heads do not know that..

Buhari with his fake anti-corruption stance is neck-deep in various corrupt practices which will be uncovers the day another party rules this country..Dont even get me started on the massive looting of the nations treasury by other APC members as well as the hoardes of ex-PDP members finding solace in APC as we speak
You should be ashamed of this post you just typed up there, so instead of replacing Buhari with someone that can eradicate corruption, we should replace him with someone that will house corruption all in the name of amnesty.
A sane president will distance himself from corruption, but yours want to "house" it, or have you forgotten what amnesty means?

The China Obi used vigorously as a reference point in his debate did what to corruption, did they house it?

At every turn your candidates has shown they will treat corruption with kid gloves.
So as a mother if your son steals you will take back what he steals and let him go? No discipline or something to stop him from doing such next time?

Buhari is no Saint all ask is if you want to replace him, replace him with a saint, not another misfit, We deserve better.

Things like this makes one wonder which school some top dogs went to.

Onnoghen failed to update his assets when he was confirmed the CJN, the assets declaration when you are in acting capacity no longer holds weight when you are now confirmed the CJN.

Before you guys start chasing your tails remember Tanko is on acting capacity, even if you find billions on him now, it won't hold water because he has not been sworn in.

Visit the TECHNOLOGY MARKETPLACE on Nairaland, you will see agents there that can help you buy and ship down to Nigeria from sites like Ebay and Amazon, all you have to do is browse those sites and send them the link of the item you would like to buy, then they send you a quotation on how much you will have to pay to have the item delivered to you here in Nigeria.

you are funny they will never be a topic if you are stuck with a woman that can't hold a topic, and how do you arrive at a woman's sexual interest if she can't communicate with you?
anyway when you have low standards don't expect a woman with high standards to have your time.

I think PayPal is still the best, especially for bloggers like me.

Although most Nigerians have given us a bad reputation online , there are still some ways to open PayPal in Nigeria which can receive and send funds without any limitation or use of VPN

contact me if interested, its very cheap
Hope it doesn't involve the use of VPNs, fake US address and all that tricks of opening a PayPal account through proxy.

The mere fact that you can't see this that's staring at you in black and white, shows how much of a buhari worshipper/zombie that you are.
Hello?
The CJN is Public servant, CCT IS A COURT FORMED FROM THE CONSTITUTION.

if you have forgotten there was a case for hearing against the CJN at the CCT which he failed to appear, only his army of SANs were present, that case was adjourned, so how come the case was adjourned if it was no case?

Since you are so smart pls can you educate me on the functions of the CCT? or is it that the CCT has the power to summon the president but does not have the power to summon the CJN?

Look there are a lot of holes in this your sick profession called law, and there are a lot of holes on this your playing ground called the Constitution.
The same twist and turn the you are trying to employ, is the same twist and turn the presidency is employing. And you won't stand a chance against the president with all the resources at his disposal. Park up and go back to the drawing board, you have lost this particular battle.

Exactly,
The more reason you should pack up and go home, Buhari acted on recommendations of the CCT, for the fact that your are blind to see that only reveals the sentiments you accused me of.

CJN made an admission of non-compliance, hence the CCT has no jurisdiction to even try him.

You see why they rushed everything including the yeye suspension?
This is why I respect medical doctors than lawyers, so if shoot someone now, I will write a letter of admission that "I forgot that bullet use to kill people" hence I should not be taken to court.
And this stupid discrepancy is captured in the constitution, why won't Evans take the police to court?
Why won't Buhari act like a dictator?
PoliticsRe: Opinion: What Is Really The Offense Of Hon Justice Walter Onnoghen by pryme(m): 7:28am On Jan 28, 2019
What do you expect from law, turning white into black, the same law says no man is above the law, the same law says a CJN can not be removed even if he disobeys the law unless through due process (even if it takes 50 years), now same law says Justice delayed is Justice denied.

But for the record, a CJN that is at fault cannot stand a chance against a President that is at fault.

So about 2 years ago when I was still dating my now ex I got a call from a family friend in the US, towards the end of the call she asked me if I was married yet and I said no but was dating someone and she was like "oh that's nice, what does he do" and I replied saying he's an accountant. She went on and said "wow that's great, and is he working" to which I replied yes. And she congratulated me and says "I hope it works out for you two"

Fast forward to today, I was at a Meetup with some old friends and one of my friends, lets call her ladyA was trying to hook up another of our friends ladyB who was single.

So ladyA says to ladyB that she has this friend who is single and searching and she believes ladyB will like him. The first thing ladyB says is "him get money" and I was shocked. Him get money, seriously that's the only thing that concerns you. You don't care if he has a job or a career, or a Christian or Muslim. If from a good family background you didn't ask any of that. But it didn't end there, so I forgot to mention we are 4 in ladies in this Meetup. So the forth lady, I'll call her ladyC now cuts in and says "what car does he drive? because me too I'm interested"

And I started doing some maths, we are 4 in a group and 2 of them only cared about material things to mortivate them to date a guy, that's 50%. Is that 50 percent or even more of Nigeria ladies think this way.

Now compare this to what I said in the beginning, my family friend in the US only cared about my guy potential, what he does.

I think I have said enough for now so my question is Nigerian ladies why don't you care about the guys with potential anymore?
Why do you think so much about material things and not what are more important.

The floor is open, oya start dropping your comments or excuses
Why did you leave your ex?
