No, there's no way to bypass it, you have to wait for the 60 day period to be over before you transfer out.

However, you can still sell the domain name within 48 hours. But you'll have to push rather than transfer out to the buyer. For example, if the name was registered on Namesilo and you have a buyer for it, you'll simply tell the buyer to create an account with namesilo so you can push the name to him. You can do this without having to wait for the 60 day lock period to be over.
