Nigeria's problem is deeper than this, you should Chanel your effort to root of the problem, which is our leaders, not Certificates or the entire African continent.

You all should remember PDP did not leave Nigeria better than they found it.
I took the world's best Economy (UNITED STATES OF AMERICA) some time to come out from recession we should not expect Nigeria's to be different.
