Romance › Re: Ladies. Watch Your Tongue. I Stopped Caring For Her After She Said This by Psoul(m): 1:59am On Jun 15, 2016
With due respect, all I can say is that you have not really got what it takes to keep a woman in the house especially as a wife.

1st you guys were having issue and each want to get the other hurt verbally. U said yours and she responded and u got angry.

Secondly, my brother majority of women will deny u ve ever spent a dime on them when they are so angry with u even the one u married. So this should not be an issue. If you are matured to keep a woman, this wouldn't even move a hair on your body.

Also learn to do good without expecting dat person to always come bowing for u every day, that's how to overcome the pain of one denying good u did to him.

Finally, learn not to argue wt your woman. Let them do d talking and u d listening if you are fortunate to have received the grace of bn patient in listening to their irritating words, else just walk away and come back when the cost is clear and calm. This will earn u more respect.

I did not see anything wrong wt that girl, not all women can easily apologise. U may think she did dat cos of money or help u offers to her. No, she did cos she loves u. Do you think guys better dan u have not approached her and she turned them down cos of you? Love her or let her go if you won't love her. Thanks
Nairaland General › Kenneth Kaunda Is Dead by Psoul(op): 5:04am On Jun 13, 2016
Kenneth Kaunda d ex President of Zambia is dead. Below is his brief profile.
Kenneth David Kaunda (born 28 April 1924), also known as KK, served as the first President of Zambia, from 1964 to 1991.

Kaunda is the youngest of eight children born to an ordained Church of Scotland missionary and teacher. He followed his father's steps in becoming a teacher.

He was at the forefront of the struggle for independence from British rule. Dissatisfied with Nkumbula's leadership of the Northern Rhodesian African National Congress, he broke away and founded the Zambian African National Congress, later becoming the head of the United National Independence Party. He was the first President of the independent Zambia.

In 1972 all political parties except UNIP were banned. At the same time, Kaunda oversaw the acquisition of majority stakes in key foreign-owned companies. The oil crisis of 1973 and a slump in export revenues put Zambia in a state of economic crisis.

International pressure forced Kaunda to change the rules that had kept him in power. Multi-party elections took place in 1991, in which Frederick Chiluba, the leader of the Movement for Multiparty Democracy, ousted Kaunda.

Kaunda was briefly stripped of Zambian citizenship in 1999 but the decision was overturned the following year.

Nairaland General › Only Those Conversant With Books Of The Bible Will Understand The Fun In This by Psoul(op): 3:11pm On Jun 07, 2016
I went to Genesis hotel through Exodus road.
On the way, I saw Leviticus recording the Numbers of people at Deuteronomy, while Joshua was waiting at the Beautiful gate for Judges, he saw Ruth calling loudly "Samuel, Samuel".
At the same time, the first and second Kings of Chronicles were coming to visit Ezra, Nehemiah and Esther for the misfortune of Job their brother. They started singing Psalms and teaching children Proverbs concerning the people of Ecclesiates and also taught the children how to sing Songs of Solomon.
This coincided with the period that Isaiah was engaged in Jeremiah's Lamentations together with Ezekiel and Daniel their friends.
By that time, Amos and Obadiah were not around. Three days later, Hosea, Joel and Jonah travelled in the same ship with Micah and Nahum to Jerusalem.
Meanwhile, Habakkuk had visited Zephaniah who introduced him to Haggai a friend of Zechariah whose cousin is Malachi.
Immediately after the tradition was observed, Mathew, Mark, Luke and John got involved in Acts that pleased the Romans who were behaving like the 1st Corinthians group because the 2nd Corithians group were always at loggerheads with the Galatians.
At that time too they realized that the Ephesians and Philippians were close to the Colossians, that made them to suggest the first Thessalonians visit and that on their second Thessalonians visit they should first of all see the first and second of Timothy brothers who had gone to the house of Titus to teach Philemon his younger brother how to read and write in Hebrew.
On hearing this James asked Peter twice to explain to him how the three Johns have disclosed to Jude the Revelations of this journey.

Dont enjoy alone forward to fellow Christians!!!!!!

If Buhari visits Ogoniland today and an attempt is made on his life, two things are bound to happen and both leads to only one end. One is to take him out using snipers or whatever and then what? The army will wipe the entire Southeast and South South off the surface of the earth. The army, Air force, Navy and all other security forces will be given a 'shoot at sight order' to keep shelling the entire region until nothing moves again, yes, nothing. The other is to make an attempt on his life and he escapes the assassination plot; either ways, the security agents will still kill everyone and everything. So, who wins?
No matter how it plays out, the northerners will immediately commence ethnic Cleansing against the Millions of southerners in the North and the Southerners will also annihilate the Few northerners in the South and a full scale war that is worse than the Biafra or bokoHaram war will begin. Every ethnic group will take up arm against the other and continue to kill one another till the whole country is littered with corpses. Then the international community will wade into the crisis in the name of quelling the fight and take our oil and lands away from us. Then another round of Colonialization will begin in full gear and the few ones that are lucky to be alive will become slaves to the West. Biafra is lost and One Nigeria is also lost. So, who wins?
Then 60 years from now, one of the few lucky survivors of the war will author a book with the title: 'There was a country' or 'Buhari's visit to Ogoniland: The beginning of the end of Nigeria'; or something like that. Again, who wins?
But after a deep thought, I told myself that Buhari was right to cancel his visit and take the Shame that comes with it. He has clearly demonstrated a rare statesmanship that is worthy of emulation. The Buhari that I know is not worried about his life; he fought in the Biafra war 49 years ago. He is a war General who has seen death on several occasions. He is only concerned about the millions of life that will be wasted because of him as well as the aftermath effect of such bloody situation on the over 170million lives of fellow Nigerians.
Thank you baba for saving our lives. You have just earned yourself the title of 'The father of a new Nigeria! Shame on you Wailers!
God bless Nigeria
God bless President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR!
You see what i ve been telling you all these while. I warned you to stop watching too much of these Nigerian movies. You see what it has don to ur fragile brain.

Spoilt secondary school girls caused a scene during their school event recently after they shook their behinds like those ladies in night clubs in front of their teachers, parents and special guests while dancing to some songs including Rihanna’s “Work”.

In the photos that have surfaced online, the students are seen wiggling their behinds from right, left and centre infront of the public in broad-daylight, proving that our morals have gone to the dogs. See the shock below...

Was it not the Teachers and Parents that organized the show for the kids. Why complaining? Even at homes, parents force their children to learn the seductive dance steps. So leave mata for Mathias.

Family › Wonderful Home by Psoul(op): 8:29am On May 14, 2016
A family is a very nice place to fall back to at any time. When happy, you will like to share it with your family. When the going is tough, you still fall back to them for encouragement. All these are obtainable when the family is groomed well.

WHAT MAKES A GOOD PARENTS?
A home in which parents love and respect each other is an excellent environment for a child to grow up in. (Colossians 3:14, 19). Good parents love their children and commend them, just as God commended his Son (Matthew 3:17).

Our heavenly Father listens to his servants, and he pays attention to their feelings. Parents do well to learn from him and listen to what their children have to say (James 1:19). They should acknowledge their children’s feelings, including negative expressions (Numbers 11:11, 15).

HOW TO RAISE RESPONSIBLE CHILDREN?
As a parent, you have the authority to make rules, (Ephesians 6:1). Learn God’s example. He expresses love for his children by clearly defining the rules and the consequences of disobeying them. (Genesis 3:3). But rather than force people to obey, he teaches them how to benefit from doing what is right (Isaiah 48:18, 19).

Make it your goal to help your children to love God. Then they will act wisely even when they are not with you. Just as God teaches by example, teach your children to love God by your example (Deut; 6:5-7; Eph. 4:32; 5:1)

May God help us raise beautiful families. Amen.

IPOB wailers will still blame buhari

The difference between Buhari and Jonathan is what Yorubas call Ekpon - Balls

Gej was a weakling whose main interest in life is based on alcoholic beverages

The MDAs and the senate tried the same nonsense with Buhari and we all know the outcome

Buhari is the best president Nigeria has ever had
Bros, u are very much correct, but let me make it clearer for you

Jonathan was not a weakling as you said. If he was, he wouldn't have been able to handle ur OBJ the way he did

The MDAs and Senate kw that if they try such with Jonathan, it will easily be detected by the President (Jonathan) So they did not try it with him cos of fear of Jonathan's sharp brain.

They tried it with PMB and he signed and sent it to Senate for approval only for it to be detected by the senate.

PMB had to device criminal way to retrieve the budget. You know about it bros.

If not for the teaming opposition in the house, the budget would have bn signed and passed, fully padded.

Stop been unnecessarily tribalistic.

I saw this on a friend's Facebook Wall and feel it's good to let other know of this. Read her post below;

Good day ladies and gentlemen, trust our day is going on well. Just to alert us on what we just found in a Chivita small sized tetra pack and advise us to be more vigilant on what we take in from none transparent juice packs or what we pack in our children's lunch bags to school . someone just opened the pack now and started drinking until she noticed a black substance in her mouth.

She pulled out the straw and we were astonished as to what we saw and decided to look further, low and behold, we saw fungi in the juice pack. She didn't notice the anomaly on time because the drink was a bit frozen.the pictures below show what we saw in the Chivita Orange juice pack size of 250ml. Mind you, the expiry date says 31st September 2016. This is so sad.

We cannot vouch for our quality control system in some manufacturing lines in our country anymore.

"Whenever we speak in tongues, Satan gets confused "

How true is the above popular statement? To me, I have a different opinion about dis. It's personal and don't kw what you think.

Remember that Satan was an angel before he was chased out of heaven. He hears and understands the heavenly language (speaking in tongues).

To me, I don't think speaking in tongues confuses Satan, what I think is that wen we speak in tongues, we speak to/command him in his local language and he understands it faster and better and daz why he responds to our commands faster than wen we speak in man's language which he doesn't understand well thereby get him confused and he tends respond rather to slow.

You are very much correct. Floating on water depends on the way you breath. struggling to breath draws u downwards while drawing long breath and gradually releasing it keeps u afloat. Do not breath too often, it reduces your strength.
