SavvyLanre: Na wah ooooo, too not read this thread in a day is serious missing out on real dough, @Blueband - na u and me today on doremi trans o, may i no talk am too much before competition plenty.
@Windywendy & Pumping - Unitybnk, na reverse to shoot for N12 and above e dey do right now?
@Fof2 - na u dey control the insurance coy o - what is your outlook for next week, think the bull can rise again on that sector? Meanwhile, most of them should be releasing results very soon.
@Easimoni - you be my true brother o, that long man for NSE still dey stand tall o, You see say the reverse fit don cool down from the margin of yesterdays drop compared to today's drop. This one no even matter. The real action go start when dem drop the interim results. Q-1 and Q-2 are outstanding right now and if they are doing PO, these must comot. Na dat one suppose do d magic. I estimate they need to deliver Q-2 PAT of around N3.5B-N4B to make the stock head north. For a bank that did only N1.37B FY 06, this is a very tall order. Just my thoughts. |

See the classic scenario of nominal price syndrome on the NSE.
International Energy Insurance (IEI) was around N2 when it went for share reconstruction and came back at around N6. Now the price is around N7+.
Can one imagine what the price will have been now if there was no reconstruction? Definitely not around N2.40 which is the equivalent price at which it is now trading.
By now it would be in the region of N4 or even higher playing catch up with others stocks in the sector. This would be equivalent to N12-N15 Naira.
NSE na baba. |

stanchuks: @Pumping777 i be GUNNER O, that one no mean say you no go answer me i beg you get anything as in info on first aluminium, the stock shed weight for 5 days now
remember say we use our attackers do defenders last saturday, we keep experimenting, today everybody don take normal position Your team will soon be a "goner" by the time we deal with una again. Make I answer you sha. First Aluminium I no too sabi. I know say them bin dey make loss in the last few years but they made net profit in the last 2 quarters and could be in the black by the time the full time result is out. Even at that based on the quarterly net profit being sustained, the forward PE ratio will be over 50 which is expensive. Of course it will be a different story if they now start growing profit. I believe the recent run was based on sentiments and folks are just taking profit. If you have the heart for risk, time yourself using the candles and enter. Na back-man play defence for Arsenal? You no see say na 11 reserve goalkeepers we take play |

clickdeoye: Hello,
Great gurus. on this thread. Abeg oh . I get some neimeth,. What should my exit point be? Abeg before this bus travel too far make person come down before armed robbers enter the bus. Please what should my exit point be for neimeth and ABC transport. Also is UNIC Insurance a good buy. I entered it on monday and since then its been making loss everyday. Should i be patient or should i exit. Please Advice.
7 great gbosa for Sir Napolean, Pumping777, Fo2.
Clickdeoye Make I try small. Na you go fit determine your exit point o and it will depend on your entry point. If I talk my own sha, for Neimeth I go dey plan exit now. I look the stock in every way, e cost small. Dem just release one result recently wey not match this price movement rara. If you don chop better, carry go before yellow fever go ask wetin you carry . Madam Ndi no go announce when the price go face port-harcourt. Abc - enjoy your ride some more. Good sentiments dey support the stock right now. Even for medium term he be like say no shaking. Unic - Nothing beats patience. Many folks feel dejected when they buy a stock today and it dips in price tomorrow. It means nothing. Na the general direction matter. It is only luck that can make you catch a stock at it's lowest point. If you miss 50% because of 5% u no go feel bad? As long as the stock can rise again, no wahala. Unic is one of the good insurance stocks. Hold am tight. Everybody must hold something in this sector and this is one of the good ones. Even if na CICO you dey, just keep your ears and eyes open in case of TS. Otherwise, no shaking on UNIC. Make you hold your own tight. Make I go check say my own still dey sef |

donne4real: Roughcut and Yodiyokun,
I agree with you that this guy is a great orator. He will qualify as one of the best orators in recent history. No doubt he can speak. But this is America. My point is that he is not the Messiah. People have made him to be the messiah of America. Some people are already comparing him to Jesus. Wait for the elections, you will see how the Republicans will pummel him. You will begin to wonder if this is the same Obama they have been praising all this while. In the past 2 days, the republican columnists who have been praising him have started attacking him as being only speech and only rhetoric.
The 2nd point is the fact that he has so much raised the expectations he is setting for himself that he will need a miracle to meet these expectations. You also have to consider that Republicans have no incentive to work with him. If they work with him and he succeeds, that guarantees at least 8-16yrs of Democratic rulel Republicans have no incentive to work with him? Are we talking US politics, my friend (sorry Mccain)Why do you think the expectations he has set is too high? Because he is black? In America, you just need to believe. Everything is possible. See where all the attacks of the Clinton's got them. When it is time to face the Republicans, the campaign will take care of business. The same thing was said when he went for senate. What happened to the Republicans then?? Abeg, We can Jo o!!! Allow the man |

donne4real: My problem with the Obama-crazes that they have turned this man to something of a mini-god. You hear people crying and shaking when he speaks. But when you really consider what he has said, he hasnt really said anything special. Try listen some more. That is even BTW. You see, the ability to motivate a people can never be over-emphasized. A fired up "people" will achieve a lot more than any government. Go Obama Go!! |

SGN: I mean, if I have a brute broker, it doesn't matter if my portfolio performs (and that will bedown to me because I don't take broker's advise, and since he is what he is), he will only get paid for his job. If he behaves funny, his boss will sort both of us out.
My broker, I call him anytime, or at odd time I send text. He respond and we relate quite well. Orders get executed promptly and other associated papereork here and there are sorted out with minimal effort. thats what I am talking about. You need to see this relationship from another angle pata pata. What I have bolded above is the brokers' job. He/She must deliver this minimum. However, see my friend when I bin dey talk. Him broker bin get am 750K of Aiico while on TS. The broker no be mugu now. Him fit buy am all for himself. He come go carry give some to my friend and my friend don hammer today at N6.50 .
