Yes, they're humans, humans you have history with, so it's totally unacceptable.

We're obviously on different ends of the spectrum here. So please tell me, why are you still friends with yours? Because for me, once the relationship part is over, I see no other reason to be keeping them around. I didn't know them before we started a relationship & I don't wanna know them after the relationship is done. It's that simple. Partly because I don't like reminders & also because I'm a minimalist. Having an ex in your life is comparable to carrying old dusty baggage along with you wherever you go. At least that's how it feels to me. So by dropping them, the load lessens on all levels.

I'm not friends with exes, not even one. The reasons of the break-up don't even matter, I just want them out!

I'm not gonna lie, I do not like exes in the picture. I don't get why some people just can't cut people off & move on. So a partner that's still friends with exes would grate on me big time. I'd want them completely wiped-out or the relationship won't feel right for me. I think I'd even end a relationship over that because it is a big deal to me. Past & present just don't go together in my book.

What amazes me is that they expect people not to respond in similar fashion. They can throw insults all day, but you shouldn't or you'll be gaslighted & projected upon.

Our police force is not as brutal to us as yours is to you. We even complain that they're too lenient & need to be a little more harsh, especially in their dealings with criminals. Our citizens are protected from police brutality for the most part, so it boggles my mind that you're busy beating your meat to this grin
