Ok, a coupla months is too much. Me I like to say what and how I want it ASAP. These days I find that I'm quite blatant/forthright. Can't be making up some poetry and shii on the spot.

Anyway, speaking for myself, I know I don't wanna be rushed & have someone love-bombing me on the onset. That disqualifies them instantly for being phony. I like a slow burn, then a POUNCE! All my relationships start as friendships (on my part) because I take time to warm up. Many good conversations later & I begin to see them as a man

Hey, Bo Pace himself my azz! That went on for a couple of months! What, are we now turtles? I sure aint one, so I expect things to move at a faster pace or I WILL lose interest. Are you like that with everyone or just with those closest to you like family & love interests? Do you tend to overreact? But I guess so since you say you get worked-up over the slightest provocations. If you feel that your anger is something that is out of your control, bordering on rage, I suggest you look up Cluster B personality disorders, because they're the ones that tend to flare up & wreak havoc in romantic relationships. It might clear up a few things for you. Constant anger is more often a symptom of something more serious & much bigger. It's not normal, oh so they say

This topic actually got me thinking about how difficult it must be, especially for the shy guys. I knew a guy once. He was the brother of a neighbour. Really handsome but very shy. He told his sister that he liked me but never said it to me in person. I liked him too so after hearing this, I pulled out all the stops to get him to say it to me himself but it never worked. He was really shy so I gave up because I dont have the patience & was definitely not about to ask a guy out, sorry. He kept doing the merry-go-round of asking me to do stuff with him like going to the store or watching a movie & then he'd be silent throughout the whole thing. Argh, it was annoying because I really liked him. If only he had the courage the other guys have, I'd have dated him at the drop of a hat lol.

I don't remember but usually they're so lame. I just smile, listen & tell them, "No". Some will even follow you for a distance, even after you've brushed them off. Like an annoying shitfly buzzing in your ear.

I admire guys though, must not be easy to work up the courage to walk up to a stranger & profess interest. That takes guts imo. Rather them than me lol
