This jennylov is an idiot!@peaches,you have to lawyer up o.I told you this from day one,people felt I was being pessimistic.Una don see am now abi?The rule of no refund is an implied rule in open markets, based on the condition that the customer inspected/tested the goods and found it satisfactory before paying for it.However,this business transaction was done online.@jennylov didn't tell you her so called 'terms and conditions' till now.Technically that's an afterthought.You have to get legal action against her asap!When her accounts are frozen (thanks to Bvn),she go know what's up.@peaches,when you paid for the goods,did she give you any invoice where it was written beneath that there's no refund after payment?Secondly,have you gotten what you paid for since december?These questions go to show that you have every right to get your 115k back.If you like,let a semi-illiterate scammer like her get away with your money.na u sabi.I don't know what you are waiting for sha.D jennylov has gotten you @peaches all figured out,and knows that you are kinda dragging your feet on this.That's why she can say all this rubbish.Me I no know wetin to talk again o.I have told you the steps to take as a lawyer when we talked offline.If you had followed my advice,we would have gotten somewhere by now.If you can't do that,get your family members involved to help you! @jennylov you forgot that in the eyes of the law customers ought to get what they paid for 'at the agreed time of delivery of the goods,if its not possible,then it must be within a reasonable time.Is december 2014 - october 2015 a reasonable time?Use the little sense you have left in that your greed infested brain to calculate it.Thank God you didn't cross me sha,by now you wouldn't even know how to spell "bale".Cheap useless scammer.And @seun,I don't know whether you need us to take it to NTA before you ban jennylov from nairaland.

so this is not her first attempt at scamming.Kai,its just too bad that no one can be trusted online.Too bad o.I bought my cubetalk9x here on nairaland in july 2014 and paid 60k to the guy without even seeing him.And he delivered with all the accessories intact.I dey craze to try am now o.Nairaland has become a den of thieves.Pay money to any seller online at your own risk!@peaches sorry eh.This is a lesson for us all.I am afraid your money is gone.

Whatever you do,stick to the known brands like. Tecno,samsung,infinix,blackberry and apple.i got a cubetalk 9x tab last year and I regret the decision.it started restarting randomly.It can't be fixed nor flashed cos the spare parts are not available since its not common.I have learnt the hard way o.

Many have abused this forum.If seun is trying to stop the activities of scammers,then also place a ban on doing business here too.That's how the scam happens mostly.If its just a person asking for help,its the headache of whoever chooses to reach out and help.That could actually be a last resort to someone in desperate need of help.Most times family and friends offline are just there for decoration.The much needed help comes from where you least expect it.I am not saying I support it,but no one knows where the pendulum of life would swing the next second!
