erm when he runs out of money? what other reasons can there be ![]() |
What has always baffled me is this - How come the people who you go meet to do this money ritual for you are living in the absolute worst conditions...Mud homes, rageddy clothes, malnourished, dirty children etc. If that isn't a sure fire sign that something ain't right with the entire thing, I don't know what is.
apparently they cant do the job on themselves. . . .if only the same could be said of pastors nowadays. . . . |
im getting married on a beach in the bahamas to avoid all the above! nobody has times, and i don't like people enough to have them stare at my life for hours on end. . . . |
terrorists to be financially rewarded. . . . .only in Nigeria, calling the shots and all. meanwhile did the family of the aluu 4 victims receive any compensation? |
pDude: To start with, how many Nigerian families actually sit together on the dinning table at the same time and eat together at the same time?pdude has answered the question. nigerian families don't tend to eat together. everyone just throws themselves down in any position to eat. including the housemaid or whoever has cooked the food, if he/she isn't busy cleaning up in the kitchen. |
its unprofessional for artists and entertainment executives to engage in fights on social networks, this might be an attempt at some publicity but these artists are getting a little carried away with themselves now. Posting checks, retweeting inappropriate tweets even lying. They need to stop, shouldn't the focus be on their music and not these petty arguments? When they are supposed to use these sites to clarify details they dont, instead they resort to foolish tactics to keep media outlets guessing. Abeg. esp the rihanna nonsense. she has put me off following celebrities at all, most of them are absolutely clueless anyway. |
this needs to be investigated. who came up with shakey shakey bum bum (on modern media) first? Dbanj should respond! |
The people who raise you have 90% influence on your self esteem. I have an over inflated view of myself because my parents constantly reminded me of how beautiful smart and special I am. Whether that was good or bad we will soon find out! I think low self esteem has an impact on personality not the other way round. At the same time the personality you have can cause you to make judgements about yourself and may affect your esteem (i wish i was confident, because i'm not confident i cant. . . ) and so on and so forth. But like the egg before the chicken I think the most important influence is your environment. So even if you have an alternative personality your environment is responsible for nurturing you positively for a better sense of self. |
i think terrorists are scary. . . . |
'she's like my aunty, and i was like i love you though' lmao! reminds me of a wiry pubescent justin beiber who was toasting beyonce! these little children my life! |
naijababe: @ queensmith, i am blushing for you olol me too (ditzy blond moment!)
LMAO. i knew that was where you were going with this, i'll come back to you after we beat ManU.
it cannot happen! :p |
no, he is Tapka.
lol. . . . . .erm. . . . .is that a real tribe? lolnaijababe: Lol, he's not now! He's Donjazzy's brothero wow, that means he collected all the fine in the family don jazzy just don't got it! |
naijababe: ![]()
SMH. Ignorance is bliss
indeed, that explains the reason why he's soo fine.. . . . .*sighs* |
erm so, i just realise. . . . . . . . . .dprince is good looking. . . . a good looking yoruba artist- can i get a hallelujah!!!!! whoop whoop! |
I feel there's a relationship between the Arab spring and the increased gun crime in Nigeria, where do these weapons end up when the revolutions are over? Since there is a history of Arab countries supplying arms to criminals in Nigeria this is something Nigerian intelligence should be investigating. where are these criminals getting their guns? |
It depends, if he's a millionaire or looks like Trey Songz I will automatically become pregnant. . . . . .that should work Otherwise i'll tell him to f*ck off, good riddance to bad rubbish! |
Fayemi was arrested? can anyone confirm this? |
you have never been cheated on or abused, but you have such addictions to the beaten and abused, surely there is more reason for your interest. and the fact you need to highlight what you've never been through is suspect. . . . . . .i'm *jussayin* |
its nice to see how trends catch on in Nigeria. It's looking like a great place to invest if you have the cash. But since night life is seemingly growing it might not be the best for long term investments since we dont know how the governments will react when the night activities start to upset people? It might take a while before there is any problem in Enugu but I fear for most of the clubs in Lagos. |
stshakes: Nairaland na real comedy club... See as we siddon here dey argue people money and they probably siddon for the jet dey laugh as we dey yab ourselves.... Lol. Anyways I go talk on 3 things.you lost credibility when you said p square can buy a private jet, thats bs- most international artists cant afford private jets (even after being rumored to make $80million a year) and no you cannot find a private jet anywhere for the cost of a used 08 toyota car, you are chatting absolute and complete bs. If jets were going for 2million the world will have one. damn i'll probably even have 2! |
omdaayyyyz why are nigerians so addicted to private jets? its tiring |
wonder how many austerity measures he took to reduce debt in his time, all the while even he didnt want to pay any tax. This should be a lesson to voting nations, we need to vote for those whose experiences closely match ours. If the current parties don't provide it we create new ones, we are not meant to bend to politics, the government is supposed to be by us as well as for us. |
thanks guys! @esp queensmith I was just having a very very bad day then. It didn't help that I had about 5 copies of vogue magazine laying on and around my bedside. Way to depress by bloated self at the moment. Of course my period came a few days later. LOL
i hear psychologies is a good magazine. I hear you on the this stuff! Alot of women share these issues, it's important to talk about them, don't hesitate to email me if you feel this way again its something I love to do! Also there are some awesome books that might make a decent replacement for these magazines if you are interested in social studies, the beauty myth might give you better perspective on things. |
You have asked a brilliant question, that i've been talking about for years- what on earth will make a pair of sunglasses WORTH £300? There special brain enhancing laser power in it? That makes you more intelligent when you wear it? Nonsense, thats how my friend was talking about buying £1000 pair of glasses- said it was plated with gold, not even real gold people are ridiculous. I will NEVER pay more than £3 (750naira) for a pair of sunglasses, even if i was a bazigillionaire!! nonsense! |
*sigh* a complete slowpoke will see this and then go on to say 'there are millions of rich people in Nigeria'. . . . . *sigh* Working in finance back home must be hell, you will probably only ever be presented with assumptions, soo much for risk assessments. as for the statement about the economy, erm is the economy dependant on one persons compound? Because it looks like all those cars are in the same place 'im jussayin' if booming economy means a fleet of cars in a shop, then London is falling, there is no food on my table ![]() |
she looks hawt! gettem bishes! |
paris10: To all the guys and ladies dissing this lovely lady: It is high time you started asking your man/lady how many people they have had romantic relationship with. You'd be amazed and totally flabbergasted. Your guy/lady is the most dirtiest pig out there! They are in no way better than this lady. Just because they ain't no celebrity doesn't make them any saint. Infact, she might even be better in bed than these judas's you call your lovers.its not as if the newspaper article is publishing the date and times she met and slept with the men. the 90 day rule is absolute hogwash, it's hogwash used to fill the heads of insecure women with ideas that they are the problem. no the problem is not that you have sex before 90 days, the problem is you are having sex with the wrong man, a man is wrong whether or not you wait 90 days to sleep with him! |
this is a disgusting and disrespectful article. so what was the point of this nonsense? is this all they have time for in Nigeria now? this is utter and total nonsense. i hope she sues them |
People die on these journeys, I guess it's a risk they are willing to take. They are probably dying from some disease they caught there- I hope they investigate before other pilgrims return to Nigeria with such diseases. Now that will be a catastrophe, it's one thing to risk your life going on a spiritual venture, its another thing to risk the lives of others who didn't. |
This didn't happen in Nigeria this happened in ghana, I doubt they will allow this to happen in naija. . . . esp on a student campus, women will automatically defend the girl. They have to have an incredibly extreme culture for men to do this to a woman because she stole a phone, though the Aluu 4 situation proved alot of cultures are animals, I don't think this can happen in most Nigerian cultures, they won't allow men to sexually assault her like that. |
rihanna has monopoly on dying cat. . . . nobody does it better than her.! ![]() She's saving face don't mind her, is it me or does she seem incredibly ghetto? I just cannot stand that woman for the life of me, her face her acting her twitter, her everything is just irritating. |
duh. children are born with down syndrome. I never mentioned anywhere that it wasn't. the risk of a child having development problems or down syndrome is higher if birthed by aging parents. they can also develop some of these things after birth. ex schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, aspergers, autism etc

first of all, paternity test is needed second of all, that poor child will soon become an orphan third of all, the poor child is at risk of developmental problems (down syndrome, mental retardation etc) due to the low quality of the s.perm.
how is a born child without downs syndrome at risk of down syndrome? Check yourself. |
