I could remember the time when we got inundated with shouts of 'Buhari hasn't commissioned any project' by PDP miscreants. Now Buhari has commissioned more projects in 4years than PDP did in their entire inglorious 16years rule.
We are not going back to Egypt!

I said it yesterday, only the SE have refused to move on from Jona's defeat and are crying more than the bereaved:

With what I have seen with the turnout for APC across the federation, only the SE will be left behind on our march to the next level. We will be setting a bad precedence for generations to come when they get to know a certain man sold national assets, used the proceeds to enrich himself, and 12years later came to vie for the highest office in the land, and still won the election (God forbid). This will suggest to future generations you can do anything and get away with it.
It is an insult on the sensibility of all well-meaning Nigerians for any party to present an individual with such records as its candidate for any elective position. The choices we make today will go a long way to determining our future. Vote wisely

We are not serious as a people in this country, that's why people with questionable past like IBB can lend their voices to issues of national discuss and expect people to make news out of it. It's simply because there are no consequences for whatever actions people must have taken while in power.

In geology, it is said that the past is the key to the future. I wonder why Alh Atiku is not compaigning with his past records in office as a customs officer and a Vice-president. All we hear is what he will do if elected, he never mentions what he did in the past to make him worthy of our votes. Its of no surprise because he himself is not proud of his past, which is an indication to what he would do if given another opportunity. Even the Buhari you all love to hate speaks of his past achievements- he built 3 of the 4 refineries, constructed the network of petroleum pipelines across the country, and so on. I ask you Atikulooters to tell us his past achievements(verifiable) in office that will make anyone want to vote for him

Is anyone surprised PDP have been crying wolf when there's none? Well, the reason is not far-fetched, PDP have been deprived access to our treasury they so much love to plunder for 4years now, that's what they live for, nothing more. It's like trying to wean a baby off breastmilk, the baby will cry at every little thing, that's what the criminal elements in PDP have been doing. PDP risks going into extinction if they lose again this year because Wike will no longer bankroll the party given the treatment meted out to his candidate (Tambuwal) at the party primaries, so they're doing everything possible to win this election, or sink the whole country if they lose out; I'm miffed that El-Rufai played into their hands with his unguarded statement, little wonder they quickly issued a threat to withdraw from the peace pact Atiku grudgingly signed earlier, they never wanted any peace ab initio. It's a battle to save the party from going extinct, and not a battle to save Nigeria as they want gullible minds to believe.
Buhari may be showing signs of age but it's never enough reason to let PDP come anywhere near our treasury again. A vote for PDP is a vote for retrogression, vote wisely my people lipsrsealed

Why should any sane person take the endorsement and judgement of people who have continuously exhibited the following traits, as an interest in building a better Nigeria:
-people who rejoice on hearing the news of killings of fellow Nigerians by herdsmen or Boko Haram
-people who are never happy on hearing any positive news about the the country, they would rather call it propaganda
-people who were, as recently as two years ago, were hell-bent on dividing the country
-those who sympathise with people who have gone against the laws of the land either by way of funds misappropriation, economic sabotage, and so on
-those who abuse and curse people from certain parts of the country, calling them all sorts of derogatory and unprintable names, only to suddenly start romancing these same people, soliciting their votes to help return their party to power
-those who never see themselves as Nigerians, but suddenly now loves Nigeria more than Nigerians and knows what's best for the country
Those who exhibit these traits can never wish the country well, hence, their endorsement/support of any candidate is a red flag for discerning minds. They can't be trusted to make judgements devoid of mischief and evil intentions for the country.

Uglyaddy:
The self acclaimed VP sitting with the worst governor Nigeria has ever had.

A man that can pay salaries for months. Many civil servants and retirees dying daily due to poverty.

Many doctors resigning on daily basis.

So I ask,as a VP,you still want people of Kogi to still vote for this bloody opportunist?

I hope you learn from your crash experience yesterday and do the needful.

Nigerians are in pains.Nothin is working in this country.
All you do is to roam about few weeks to election with your vote buying Tradermoni, isn't that a shame and slap on your personality.

FYI,posterity will judge you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@bolded,
i)what was working before in the country that stopped working in the present administration?
ii) which is better - withdraw money from the treasury few weeks to elections and share it to Kings and a few privileged individuals or share money which was passed in the budget for the purpose it was appropriated to those who are deserving of the money?
It's unfortunate PDP have used the illusion of truth to deceive a vast majority of Nigerian youths. Most have lost their ability to reason like rational beings, it's sad

I laugh when some dimwits accuse Buhari of dividing the country. Buhari didn't didvide the country, the division started in the buildup to the 2015 elections when PDP based their campaign strictly on religious sentiments and their constant attacks on the personality of Buhari, most especially the 'islamization agenda'. How will Christians feel if APC for example attack a presidential candidate as having a 'Christianization' agenda?

Secondly, the country got further divided after the elections for the following reasons:
- the country had hitherto been a 'one-party state' whereby clinching the PDP ticket at any level is like running unopposed, the emergence of another party with a nationalistic outlook like APC changed the game and gave Nigerians a 2nd option from the usual PDP which thereby divided the country along party lines
- some people couldn't bear the defeat of GEJ and refused to move on, those ones found solace in PDP and were determined to do anything to sabotage the current administration just to score cheap political points and make it seem as if Nigerians made a mistake in voting out the PDP. Sadly, a lot of people, especially the youths have fallen for this gimmick by the opposition relying on the principle of illustration of truth to distort facts like the hredsmen issue which has been an age-long problem and so on
- finally, the country got divided because of the irresponsiblities and politicization of religious organisations notably CAN and MURIC. The CAN can rarely be seen to lend its support to any government policy/decisions while MURIC is always supportive of most government decisions. A clear example of this is CAN's refusal to make any comment on the CJN's issue due to the weight of the allegations leveled against him(and of course for being a Christian), whereas MURIC have come out to commend the FG for taking such decision. I'm sure the reverse would have been the case if the CJN were a Muslim. The followers and members of these organizations tend to tow the path of their leaders' stand in all matters, hence, widening the divide.

Before making that statement, didn't you guys already make known your hatred by giving over 90% of your votes to a single candidate which is unheard of in the history of this country? So the question arises, who started the hate first? undecided

A typical Igbo can never be satisfied. sad sad
A yoruba man becomes president and does the following, see how an average Igbo reacts to every appointment he makes:
1. The man appoints his cabinet full of Igbos
Igbos react: The president knows his people are full of backstabbers and he knows igbos are the greatest race in the world
2. The man appoints his cabinet full of Yorubas
Igbos react: The president is a typical Yoruba tribalist, he hates anything Igbo
3. The man appoints his cabinet full of Hausas
Igbos react: The president is trying to appease his slave masters from the north
4. The man appoints his cabinet full of S'South
Igbos react: The president is trying to pitch the SE against the SS, he can't divide us
5. The man appoints his cabinet in fairness to every region
Igbos react: The president is a typical Yoruba coward, he can't even favour the South more than other regions because of fear of backlash from the north

This is a wake-up call to all sons and daughters of Oduduwa, please read the message below with open mind:
Igbos voted overwhelming for Jonathan in 2015 despite his poor performance in office against a Buhari whom many thought was a better candidate, simply because they felt their interest is better protected under GEJ. Now tell me why Yorubas shouldn't vote for Buhari/Osinbajo regardless of their perceived 'poor performance' instead of Atiku(PDP) where it's obvious our interests will not be well-protected. Politics in Nigeria is more of personal interest rather than National interest because nothing unites us as a nation
Posterity will judge any Yoruba man who won't vote Buhari/Osinbajo on the guise of political correctness or inclusiveness of 'marginalised' Igbos.

ODVanguard:
The reaction of Igbos to this thread is really funny. Well, I won't say much except that everybody should bear their father's name. Igbos would have clearly denounced Atiku if he had picked a non-igbo vice, therefore they should not act shocked if the vast majority of Yoruba people also choose to back Buhari for Osinbajo's sake.

Yorubas (including the fake wannabes) that are forming 'sophisticated' are also free to vote for Atiku/Obi if they choose, no problem. There will be Igbos that will vote for Buhari as well, though they will expectedly be fewer in number.

Igbos should quit their hypocrisy. While they expect to go all out for their 'son' Peter Obi, they would be stuupid to expect that Yorubas will just sit back and fold their arms to play 'sophisticated' politics (the same sophistication they are fond of using to deride us all the time), and return to the days GEJ when the Yoruba were marginalized. Ko Jo. Yoruba people voting for Atiku/Obi will not stop igbos from hatimg them so let us stop deceiving oursleves. Besides, Osinbajo is evidently more detribalized than 1000 Peter Obis.

A lot of infrastructural projects that didn't exist in previous administrations are currently going on across the SW, and as far as I am concerned, Buhari must remain in power until they are all completed.

The toothless Afenifere that failed to call Jonathan's administration to order while it shut out Yorubas now thinks it will be able to hold Atiku/Obi to account on restructuring and fairness. Isn't that the height of delusion? cheesy Can Atiku/Obi be more accountable/detribalized than GEJ/Sambo was?

Anyway, like I said everybody should bear their father's name and quit the hypocrisy. Yorubas will vote for Buhari/Osinbajo for the same sentimental reasons the Igbos will vote for Atiku/Obi so nobody should come and be forming rubbish and nonsense. #Real talk.
I've always followed your posts, thanks for constantly drumming it to the ears of some gullible Yorubas that we should protect our own. We have played 'sophisticated' for too long at our own detriment. These people will never appreciate whatever we do for them, even if we cutoff our own heads to please them. Yorubas should rally round Osinbajo, afterall the Ibos also voted against MKO when Tofa picked his VP from SE. No more 'sophistication'
