Credit where it's due. I'm impressed with Major General Buhari on this one, long term planning for the railway/transport sector is the right thing to do. There won't be need to hire foreigners and pay them huge sums to do what nigerians can do.

Currently, no tribe in Nigeria can produce a president alone without the support of others even the Hausa\fulanis.

2. You did not know that this project was one of the agreement on the Rail Project with Chinese govt that they will build a specialized university for Technology transfer, where Nigerians will be trained on Train Assembly, Maintenance, Communications and Signals etc?



3. You have a problem with Amaechi situating this university in Daura, yet have no problem with Maritime University situated in Gbaramatu or a Federal University of Otueke?
