Thank you for your response DestinationCann: Hi, the document will show that you are going to be paying installments monthly. I think you shouldn't use it for the following reasons:
1) Technical, the land doesn't belong to you until you pay the final installment 2) paying monthly instalment means you'll be taking out money money. The VO expects to see where that payment will come from.
It only means you have to show enough source of monthly income to show you will be able to pay the instalment monthly in Nigeria and still take care of yourself in Canada. Please keep in mind that you are only entitled to 20hrs of weekly work (you don't even consider that in determining how much you have oo).
Use your family i.e spouse and children(if you are married with children), parents, siblings, current work as home ties instead.
You can include it sha if you can explain how you'll pay the instalment while you are a full time student in Canada. |

Please I really need an answer Rach622: I have a question. I intend using a landed property and husband as home tie. However, the package to purchase this land is to pay installmentally for 2 years after which the land documents are given to the client. At the point of starting this installmental payment, an offer letter of this agreement is given to the client. if I start this package this month, can I use this offer letter given to me for the land as a proof in my application to serve as a home tie? |

Good morning all, Please when can I do biometrics ? where ? what is the process and how much does it cost for an adult and for a minor? please please help. PS; I'll be submitting my application in October Teemenzo: Guys for your biometrics, avoid those miscreants. Don't ever drop your bag or luggage or valuables with them. Go inside with your property, pay 260naira to use their safe.
Also use the checklist below for all you need.
Credits: Gracedson (My Nairaland Soldier)
1 - Face Mask (very important, they will push you to buy, i was well prepared, i took two along) 2 - Don’t be late (they close early)
Two copies of the following document (they must be in colored, except for the appointment letter which is fully black/white): 3 - Data page of passport (Don't forget, it must be colored) 4 - Appointment letter 5 - Biometric instruction letter (print all the 3 pages, *colored) 6 - International passport (very important, don't forget it at home)
Print everything before you get there because printing is very costly in the vicinity. Those miscreant will frustrate your life just because they want to make money.
I went prepared. Thanks to Gracedson |

Thank you Hubmon Hubmon360: I would advice you submit, and apply for your passport renewal. The old passport would remain active until you get the new plus you can update Ircc once the new passport is out afterall the new one carries the old and new number on it. |

The course I applied for starts in May 2022. However, my international passport expires April 2022..I am yet to submit my Visa application. The passport agent I spoke to says it'll cost 55k for me to get a new passport now since the current one is not expired. Your thoughts please? Also, can I submit my application with this current passport? What if it expires before I get PPR?? Please what do you advise |

ituajude: You need papers F1-F3 and an ethics module (foundation, I can't remember the exact course title). The ethics module you need for this diploma will be in your ACCA student portal and it's free. Write all these papers and you'll be awarded a diploma in accounting and business Thank you very much |

I heard that writing IELTS with MOD IDP guarantees much better results than writing with British Council. Is this true?
Also what can you say concerning BCS diploma?
