How come nobody has said anything about toyinrayo/ilekeidi/flgators? Is she married now? She made many men compete seriously to get her love and attention Kobojunkie was plain hardwork. Lock her up in a room and she would happily argue all day with herself. Tpia- I loved her to bits. Always angry, talking off point and making very weird insinuations. 5 Likes |

EfemenaXY esther has spent nearly 10kids in the UK she has three kids born in the UK to a british dad her eldest child is over 7 years old there is no government that will deport her from the UK. Absolutely NONE !!! she will get her leave to remain and ultimately British passport. it is just a matter of time and even siena knows it. I have not even brought domestic violence and emotional abuse into the picture. with this route, she doesn't even need to pay visa fees. it is all waived. the whole essence of her regularising her status is so that she can get a job, provide for herself and kids. get more opportunities as a 'makeup brand influencer' as well as travel/see the world with her kids. not forgetting that if she can easily remarry and move on with her life 9 Likes |

IAmMercedes: Go to naija to annul which wedding? Wedding that was conducted in a UK church? you should thank your stars you didn't fall for his lies. he married Esther here in UK and did not step a foot in Nigeria for anything - courtship, engagement, proposal, traditional wedding - absolutely nothing. Esther was already pregnant at the time they had their church wedding. I can see where he is coming from regarding his claim that he is not 'legally' married to Esther. their wedding was done at a 'new generation church' and not at a Church of England that is 'officially' recognised. they didn't go to the council for any civil ceremony (registry wedding) because at the time strict rules were already in place regarding British citizen marrying non-EU nationals because of the high rate of fake/scam weddings just to obtain spousal visas. it is obvious he just 'used' Esther for procreation purposes. this is the time for her to fight back. emotional abuse exists in marriage and it is just as bad as domestic violence. he played on her vulnerability and will i say her desperation to escape 'poverty' in naija. she needs to be open up to the authorities with the truth regarding his treatment towards her so that she can sort out her legal status asap. 18 Likes |

EfemenaXY: He confirmed the financial issues/disqualification here himself. If I remember correctly, he was disqualified for 10years. 10 years has since passed, so he is free to register another UK company. One of the ladies he was deceiving at the time was based in the US. he tried convincing her to relocate to the UK and setup a limited company on his behalf. the lady in question exposed him big time on this same nairaland. 10 Likes 2 Shares |

Ishilove: beats me! she could easily have returned to Nigeria and have her husband file for her. max 6months and she would have been back in the country. maybe she was scared that if she left, siena won't let her back in. in a country like UK that is full of opportunities, I wonder why anyone will choose the path she has taken. Nearly 10 years in the UK. no education, no money, no job, no house, absolutely nothing (except the kids she has for her dead beat husband) to show for it. oyb: of course its all true. the instagram space is highly competitive. too many brand influencers. I personally find her makeup pictures overly photoshopped, too fake and way too loud. her style of makeup is definitely not what I want my Mrs copying. but hey, what do I know? 7 Likes |

naijagypsy This is extremely sad. . . . .Esther was warned not to remain in the UK with her visiting visa. She was warned/advised to return to Nigeria and have Siena file for spousal visa for her. At the time, visa rules were relatively easy (no minimum income requirement, Indefinite leave to remain after 2 years, etc) but she chose not to listen. I really pity her to be honest. I cant believe that she is yet to regularise her status. So what has she been doing all these while? No higher education, no job, nothing and she has been busy breeding babies for siena? I know she has a popular instagram account where she does makeup tutorials. Isn't that bringing in income for her? siena has been linked to far too many scandals on nairaland even before Esther married him (she was well aware of his scandals), yet she went ahead with the wedding. both of them met on nairaland. she was one of the numerous online ladies he was frolicking with before he decided to settle with Esther. I know (from reading about one of his numerous scandals here) that he had serious financial issues with a company he setup years ago to the extent that the company was made solvent and he was banned by the UK government (companies house) from holding any post in the UK as a company director. Both of them should be very careful with social services involvement. If they are aware of domestic violence issues or they suspect that the kids are subject to neglect, emotional harm or that they have witnessed any violence between their parents, social services will obtain a legal order and those kids will be taken into foster care. this is just sad. the main priority right now should be sorting out her legal status. however, how will she be afford the services of a solicitor or pay the exorbitant visa fees? her best option is the domestic violence route. if there is documented evidence (health and police records), she can obtain discretionary leave to remain as a female who has suffered domestic violence. 24 Likes 1 Share |

AJJ17: this is what killed you. so you want to leave your 'heavily pregnant' wife to travel to the US for conference. Even if the conference is planned for after her delivery, your wife and child will still need you around. the fact is you should not have mentioned that your wife is pregnant, neither should you have said whether she is 'light or heavily' pregnant and you should not have said when she is due. the question she asked was very simple : HOW MANY KIDS? your answer should have been simple: NO, I DO NOT HAVE ANY KIDS AT THE MOMENT. no need for unnecessary story. 14 Likes |

EngrSaks: such roles are sometimes sensitive and usually required detailed checks/vetting. Majority will require security clearance - something that can only be gotten if you have lived a specified number of years in the UK. that said, go to the career section of top engineering firms like Schneider and also top conglomerates and see what jobs/roles they've got available. it is too early to start talking about pay - get in first, apply for the jobs, get called for interviews, PASS, get offered the role/work contract and then you can worry about pay. keep your options open and do remember that you might have to start from the bottom and work your way up. your Nigerian degrees won't get you far. however, your work experience (depending on the type of companies you've worked for), your level of intelligence and the skill set you possess will open doors for you. 3 Likes |

Mamatukwas Apologies if I sounded crude with my initial reply. I was in a rush when I got your mention. what are the ages of your kids? my wife and I have two kids under the age of 3 and we both work full time. my wife works as a contractor (she is not entitled to maternity leave, etc), yet within those 3 years, she has worked all through at 3 different top firms, had two babies and kept her contracting role (she 'hides' her pregnancy and doesn't let her bosses know until a week she was due or even after delivery as she did with our second and she requests for a few weeks off). we usually have a relative around to help out for the first few months and by 3-4months, we enrol our child at nursery. so it is possible to have kids your age and work full time. I have worked with female colleagues with 3-4 young kids, yet they are working full time. there is nothing impossible to achieve if you put your mind to it. one of the easiest ways of stepping into the UK corporate world is by getting a job in customer service. another option is complaint handling. I have heard of a bank at Glasgow that employs a large number of people to deal with their complaints with some people earning over £300 per 10 hours shift. a few months working on such roles and then you can easily move to your desired career path or move closer to your desired career path. does your visa come with any restriction? many permanent roles these days come with flexible working as a perk. I work with colleagues that work from home as many as 3 times a week and no - they do not have young children. many firms will also allow you to do compressed hours (work 40hours within 4 working days and have the 5th working day off). Since your husband is a doctor, you can always have his shifts arranged to suit yours (for example, he might work only all night shifts or late evening shifts during weekdays) in addition to what have been said by iamnotconfused about nursery places/funding, the government offers 20hrs a week (it will be increased to 30hours a week in 2020) for each child aged above 3 (depending on what month of the year the child was born).these free hours are also accepted at most private nurseries. there are also 'not for profit' nurseries that charge very reasonable fees. there is usually a waiting list for such nurseries so why not look around and see if there is any around your post code and then have your kids registered. there are both cheap and expensive private nurseries. there are nurseries charging around £35 and other charging as much as £55 a day. I strongly believe that if you had sort out affordable/reliable childcare, you can get yourself a very decent/well paying job. on the business side of things, I cant really think of anything you can do that wont involve a driving license/reasonable amount of start-up funds. I know a lot of people are looking at cheap/non-bulky/unique items that could be bought from china (aliexpress, etc) and then sold on platforms such as amazon and ebay. I know amazon has a certain feature where they keep your goods in their warehouse and they handle delivery/returns for you in exchange of a fee. You might want to look into that option. 8 Likes 1 Share |

ibibiogrl: Yimu. Kokoberrie, is this you? Who ever said he was in prison before the judge’s ruling? Did I talk about who paid what towards his wedding? Where did I ever state that he sponsored the wedding alone ? Who talked about his wife’s financial status ? All you’ve done is to spill more tea online The fact remains that he was on police bail throughout the period the case was in court. Both offences were committed in Scotland in the space of 4 years. this case was ongoing before and after his wedding. It seems he fed you lot a pack of lies. You are in denial about the gravity of the offence. he should thank his stars he didn’t rape anyone during his visits to America. He would have been looking at a sentence of 30years+. However, since he’s currently at Her Majesty’s pleasure, he should be out in 3 and a half years with good behaviour. P.s. What’s there to be jealous about a rapist and someone whose name is on the sex offender’s register |

Geetrix: They have kids, wait until when the child is aged 7-10 years and then apply for British citizenship for them. Once the kids are granted, the parents with the aid of seasoned immigration lawyers apply for discretionary leave to remain. They are usually granted. After that, they apply for indefinate leave to remain and later apply for citizenship. 6 Likes |
