What a pitiable condition! He must have been nursing some health issues before now. I have more than five of my friends who went there and spent 5 year without spending a dime. They went on scholarship and they're just ordinary members who never thought of such. We served together during NYSC. One of them told me he promised to make 1 billion naira available for their set for those who studied self-dependent courses to establish. I don't know if he eventually made the money available to them sha. 1 thing I just know is that their members do enjoy scholarships, also the university runs its monthly costs in hundreds of millions to stay afloat.
