Politics › Re: Boko Haram Sponsorship Allegation, My Story By Modu Sheriff by Rawani: 4:25am On Sep 04, 2014
One of the easiest way for me to doubt a person is when they decide to fool themselves with crocodile tears. I can't believe he shed tears during his defense. What is cry-worthy about defending yourself from such a weighty allegation? The same man that was threatening to slap BAT at a meeting.

Politics › Re: Your View On The Australian's Report!!! Make Your Case!!! by Rawani: 3:52am On Sep 04, 2014
victorels: Does it mean that those that was reported Killed by the Ihejirikas lead military are non Boko Haram and in fact Christians since the Boko haram are after Christians.
BH agenda is to establish an Islamic sharia state and from their actions, they will mow down whoever stands in their way whether Christian, Muslim or Buddhist. This is why muslims have suffered the most as it is the dominant religion in the region.

victorels: I remember the Australian saying that the sect do not see themselves as Boko Haram but as Jihadist. How is it that Ihejirika will fund them to kill Christians?
Sponsors of terror engage in their devilish activities for selfish reasons and do not care the nationality/tribe/religion of the victims as long as they make their money and meet their objectives. If someone could be so evil as to sponsor terror, what is his business with faith? Jihad is an ideology and is a global phenomenon (and my number one grouse with Islam) as can be seen by the activities of ISIL, and they will seek and get funding regardless of which financier/businessman/arms dealer they deal with.
Politics › Re: Your View On The Australian's Report!!! Make Your Case!!! by Rawani: 3:29am On Sep 04, 2014
When progressive nairalanders called for the investigation of Ihejirika, they were called gullible and not logical for believing the Australian, on the basis that there was no evidence tying him to BH.

Now reasonable evidence of his possible roles and motives which could link him to sponsorship of BH has been offered (https://www.nairaland.com/1885798/military-sources-reveal-some-alleged), and all we hear is "He is a Christian, He is Igbo"

Ihejirika is Igbo? The Igbo greed for money is legendary and globally acknowledged, and our military, specifically Army budget has never been this high and we have seen NOTHING come out of the trillions allocated to the Army, does that not say something to you?

Ihejirika is a Christian? Was Gowon not a Christian and son of an evangelist? Did that stop him from using the same army from decimating 3 million Igbos?

Ihejirika is a southerner? Was it not Bayelsa State Govt that owned the house in Lagos where BH terrorists (including a chadian) were arrested in March last year? http://thenationonlineng.net/new/bayelsa-govt-owns-terrorists-lagos-hideout-says-monarch/

Ihejirika/Sherrif were named by an unbiased party, whose credibility has not been proven to be compromised despite sustained attacks on his person.

Where is the logic in not allowing the investigation of these accused men?

We can only hope the truth is revealed as soon as possible and perpetrators are dealt with. I also hope that the soft pedaling on this issue by the FG will provoke the Australian to release irrefutable evidence to nail sponsors, including those in the CBN and the opposition because right now it's not about PDP/APC or North/South, but about Survival.
Politics › Re: Boko Haram Is NOT A Hausa/Fulani Phenomenon, It Is A Kanuri Thing by Rawani: 3:07am On Sep 04, 2014
13volts: Boko Haram is a product of Kanuri. Kanuri being a minority tribe in Nigeria. Mohammed Yusuf, Abubakar Shekau, Mamman Nur, Habibu Bama, Shuiabu Bama, Abu qaqa 2, Bakaka, Senator Sherrif, Senator Zannan & Senator Nndume are all Kanuris. Am Hausa, I don't understand a single word in Kanuri, half of Kanuris don't speak or understand Hausa. Yobe & Borno States are the only 2 Kanuri states in Nigeria, hence Boko Haram only 2stronghold. Kanuri are from Kanem Borno empire, we Hausa are from Othman Dan Fodio empire, so historically we are not the same. We Hausa are not in support of Boko Haram, we despise them, we exposed them. Having wonder why they suffered most in Kano state in terms of human & logistics. If a mare 25% of Hausa people by chance supported Boko Haram, the over 3 million Christians will not be calling Kano state home today. We are victim in this madness called Boko Haram, the Hausa-Fulani Muslims who are seen to be the culprits even in situations where they are victims; even the lacklustre performance of the Jonathan administration is attributed to the “evil Hausa”.

Boko Haram in the last few months have suspended attacks in Bauchi, Yobe, Adamawa & Taraba and have concentrated their efforts in capturing Kano which seen as the nerve center of the North.

I was privilege to have visited JTF detention center in Kano, guess what? 90% of Boko Haram suspects under detention are Kanuris with the remaining % their Kano collaborators.

A greater % of non Kanuris Boko Haram members either killed or capture study or lived in Yobe or Borno.

I can't blame igbos for Alluu massacre, 'coz I know the linguistic compositions of Nigeria.
Politics › Re: Military Sources Reveal Some Alleged Boko Haram Activities Of Ex- COAS Ihejirika by Rawani:
masu: What if the australian mentioned sultan of sokoto, buhari and sanusi as bk sponsors, as info he get from boko boys, would u demand for their immidiate arrest and prosecution as u does to ihejirika no matter innocent or guilt?
Why not? The Sultan is actually a disappointment as I expected him to take a more active role in advising the C in C after condemning the terrorists. I have stated that this is about survival and nothing else. I am only pointing out the risk of muddying the investigation through ethno-religious charged comments and posturing, while ignoring the mortal risk we are exposing ourselves to by shielding these grand conspirators.

focus7: what make Ihejerika a christian, is it because he goes to church or maybe because he answered a name from the bible? Pay attention to the news properly then u will hear of many Mathew, Peter, Paul and John into various crimes. And what is being an Igbo has to do with this? An Igbo man can kill his father to make money. Ihejerika has economic reason to sponsor boko haram, u are a lay man so u don't know the enormous gain that is in arm dealing. Ihejerika being an army officer knows there is much money to make in time of war so he will do everything to encourage boko haram. One thing u must know is that some of these rich men in their desperation to get richer don't give a bushit on ur religion and tribal thing, to them any religion or tribe could go to extinct as much as they make their gain.

So you'd believe BH will want to link themselves with Gen Buhari as their sponsor only to raise eyebrows and stop their funding? Is that not the logic you used to dismiss the Aussie?

barcanista: Leadership isn't listening to anything. I gave up on them when they refused to move this threads to FP https://www.nairaland.com/1882714/buhari-1983-1985-vs-jonathan-2010-present and https://www.nairaland.com/1883938/what-manner-ruling-party-pdp but moved mediocres. If the thread was favorable to PDP/JONATHAN you will see it on FP in record time.
Its sad that the lines between dissent and rebellion have been blurred on this forum.

bappahman: A very big lie, simply put forward to damage buhari, its a common hausa sayin, "kare jini, biri jini" it refers to hunting. Wen a hunting dog tries to catch a baboon, its ends bloody, as the baboon will fight back, meaning the job isnt easy
Exactly. Kind of like a clash of titans, this has been explained severally on this forum, but the PDP and their politics of ethno-religious division will continue to spur on their N40 per post kilobyte combatants to spread fat lies in an effort to attack the intimidating profile of Gen. Buhari.

The shamelessness of the mods is appalling. It took just 3 comments for the 61% approval thread to hit the FP, then they refused to move the response thread asking what manner of party PDP is after posting the PDP version. Now Seun and his mods have decided to remove this truth-revealing thread from the FP.

If the integrity and reputation of this forum is to be preserved, and patronage continued, then this injustice must stop.

Basically they're saying if a girl does not verbally agree to intimate activity, you cannot assume her smile/silence means she is interested, regardless of if she is high or drunk because that would count as rape_. It's all in a bid to tighten laws against sexual crime and harassment especially in schools. That's my understanding.
