Useless police men. Last time i travelled they were still collecting bribes. Even increased the rate. They harrased people who refused to pay and delayed them for no good reason other than refusing to settle the boys. Shey people where asking them to come back and now they have. They've started their killing spree. The good ones among them are not up to 1%.

Even network providers sells recycled numbers and the new user gets calls, sms etc from the old user's contacts. They should find a way to stop that nonsense. It causes a lot of inconveniences.

Achievement is subjective. What is good for Chinedu might be bad for Biodun.

Those taking davido and wizkid as their role models, well done! Obviously we know the age range. Una never see life. You know how much they pay in child support to several mothers every month? Obviously we're still kids and not thinking straight. Just need a couple of years to change your orientation.

If marriage doesn't work for you it's no big deal.
Just prepare yourself for your old age that's if you even make it to that point. I haven't seen single old men around. Probably a widower but not a single man.

Either your loneliness kills you, your reckless life or a young pretty lady hooks you down for your money and poisons you slowly to death.

If you're going to be single, make it worth it. Make an impact in your society and help as many people as you can. So you can have people to love you in your later days. And not being single with the messed up mentality of chasing different women about.

I can see some men here saying women don't appreciate their natural hair. That's not true. You people wouldn't know because all you get is a haircut. Natural African 4c hair is very hard to maintain. The shrinkage is another problem. If you leave it unattended to for a few days just prepare your mind to lose a hand full of hair with the wrong management techniques. How many women have the time to sit down and dedicate one hour to their hair every single day or every other day.
These white women you compare us to have straight or wavy hair which is easier to maintain and not tight curls or coils. They can do a variety of styles with it without worry too. They also wear wigs . They're still the ones you people would insult that they're doing surgery to get what most African women have naturally already. Nobody has it all abeg.
If you can make your life easier then what's the problem? when it takes averagely 5mins to throw on a closure wig and style it.

What this hanty wrote here is absolute wholesome truth and works, I can attest to it because it worked for me but my own get rigorous daily sports atkeast 3times weekly with each session lasting atleast 2hrs.

If all said is hard, give am another belle, rhe baby go suck the belle when coming out.

Don't compare your wife with anybody because i can see some people saying what about this person or that person. People have different body types.

And all those celebrities they're comparing with, 95% of them undergo lowkey liposuction surgery and pass it off to you as exercise.

Tell her to stop those soft drinks she likes taking. It is doing more harm than good especially as she's not a teen anymore.

Take the fruits before your meal.. idk why some people are saying after a meal.

Relieve her of some duties to help create time for exercising.

I hope you don't have a big stomach and you're here complaining. If you do, it's better to join her
Even if you don't, join her to encourage her.

You can either register at a gym and get a trainer to work out a routine for both of you or you do the research online yourself.

If you can afford it, get an expert to create a meal plan for you or you do an extensive search on google yourself.

Eat dinner early and preferably light weight food. Nothing past 6pm. If you get hungry snack on healthy nuts and apple or cucumber slices. Be moderate with the nuts too.

Just note that you cannot spot reduce fat (i.e reduce only one part of the body) except with surgery no matter what anyone tells you. So expect to reduce the backside and frontside too grin

In 2007 The Ghana CEDI's was so powerless that the politicians had to come up with the ideal of deregulation.. They deregulate their currency by removing 4 zeros from their currency that's why you think the exchange rate is more powerful than naira..In financial world 0 is very powerful, imagine you have (1,000,000) one million naira now,and you remove 4zeros that become 1,000,000-0000=100naira..So 1million naira minus 4 zeros becomes 100naira.That's exactly what Ghana did..So the 100ghana CEDI's today is actually 1million CEDI's..And the bad side of it is that such power you see in the exchange rate does not reflect in the economy.. A product you can purchase for 100 CEDI's in Ghana can be purchase at far lower price in Nigeria and other countries in west Africa.. So don't let the exchange rate deceive you,it's only powerful on paper because of the deregulation, such power does not reflect in their economy.
