Same news publication, you said it is not clear if any arrest has been made and on the same publication, you said 2 were arrested. What kind of journalism is this? At times it is a news with too many repeated information.
Melagros: COMRADES, in order to prove your love to your wife or girlfriend make sure you kiss her first thing early in the morning
COMRADES, this is late Abba Kyari, the former chief of staff to former president Buhari. Kyari as we all know, was the de-factor president president during the tenure of Buhari from 2015-2020
He was one of those championing the secret northern-Nigeria agenda on Nigeria. His anointed candidate was the then 'senate president Ahmed Lawan'. He had all the resources to impose Lawan on Nigerians
However, as there was sudden turn of events, the strong man dies! And as fate may have it, today we have Tinubu as the president of Nigeria. COMRADES, my questions are: If the late chief of staff succeeded in either imposing Lawan or any other northern-muslim candidate on Nigerians, would Nigeria be better off today in terms of quality leadership delivery? Or we would still be gnashing our teeth in pains under the APC's rulership?
EreluRoz: How this Burnaboy still maintain decency and discipline with women despite his rough lifestyle still amaze me while some of his fellow artists are busy spreading their seeds recklessly everywhere.
If he takes care of all the 100 women, you won't hear a beep from them. Na who leave one for the other dem dey blow e name up and down.
Gistmedia10: In a dramatic scene unfolding in the heart of Owerri, a Nigerian police officer found himself in a serious face-off with an agitated madman , bringing the bustling streets to a standstill. The confrontation, which quickly garnered attention from onlookers, escalated into a tense standoff that lasted for a few minutes.
RevenuesBoost: Once you hear people say, "his wife is controlling him" just know that the family is living in peace.
While we were relocating from our previous house to the current one, the assistant to the pickup guy cornered my husband to tell him, "Don't allow your wife to be controlling you'. From his looks, you could tell that he is 18yrs or lesser.
My husband told me this. I laughed hard. I was like, people will not learn to mind their business. Shey he would have said it in my presence let me knock that his head😂
From this post, you are controlling your husband and he has accepted that and that makes your home peaceful and you actually enjoy it. That pick-up guy must have seen something awkward that made him make that statement. In my own point of view, I think you should jointly reach a conclusion. Not force decisions and conclusions down your man's throat.
What kind of detention? Are they in Kirikiri maximum prison? Guys that are still feeding fat everyday on tax payers money. we're losing money to feeding those guys everyday.
The victim was shocked and got traumatized after information leaked that they have posted the recorded video on Facebook. When she confirmed it, she informed her parents about what happened.
Bitcoin: Bandwagon mentality. I remember back in 2014 when I would open threads to teach people about the potential of bitcoin only for some moderator to delete them. At that time, very few people knew about crypto in Nigeria or anywhere in the world even. A lot of people could've also bought when it was $200 or less. Notwithstanding, this is still a change in the right direction. I can't fault them too much as even many world renowned Noble Prize winners in economics also denounced bitcoin. Famous billionaires, financial analysts and bank CEOs called it a ponzi scheme or fraud. I guess Nairaland felt they were protecting the masses. It's all good, we are still heading up and If you have a long term horizon, everyday is a buying opportunity for bitcoin.
Toks2008: Is seun not part of the ignorant and archaic people no pun intended. How can a forum as sophisticated as this be banning topics on forex trading and cryptocurrency ?
Well its a good thing that the Nigeria govt has regulated cryptocurrency markets.
Nijimog: whatever people say about us when we are no more, Really matters
Because the way we treat people is the way we treat God, that was why christ said Love your neighbour as yourself
A song say "whatsoever u do, to the least of my brother that u do unto me
When I was hungry u gave me to it, when I thirsty u gave me to eat"
God really looks at what people say about us when we are dead
But that is not the primary factor that determines our final destination. Salvation first. Knowing JESUS as personal Lord and Saviour before good deeds. Any good deed done without knowing JESUS has no eternal value. That's what you should known more.
May our souls be made right with God before we transit to the other side where nothing else matters but our relationship with God.
Righteousness2: Condolences to the wigwe family. This is a great loss. May God comfort , his parents, his kids and the family at large.
Few days ago, they had his professional achievement night . I saw that the late Herbert wigwe was so many things to so many people. Differient folks said differient things of what he was and what he did and all that.
While i pondering on his achievements, Good will and all that, something struck my mind.
The late Herbert wigwe was many things while on Earth. But where he has gone, None of those postions and titles he had on earth Matters. When He stands before God, all the titles, Positions , achievements, wealth and things said by people will not matter.
What matters over there is if He had a Genuie Relationship with the Lord JESUS CHRIST. What Matters over there is if He was Born-again.
Ladies and Gentlemen, after all said and done, What will really matter for us all when we Cross over is IF we Have a genuie relationship with the LORD JESUS CHRIST. What will matter is if i and you are Saved and Washed in the Blood of JESUS Christ.
Whatever you are Chasing here on Earth, do yourself good by Ensuring you Have the Needful. The Needful is the SALVATION of your soul. IT Supersedes every other thing. IT IS ONLY AVAILABLE THROUGH JESUS CHRIST.
Dogalmighty17: If joining BRICS is because Nigeria wants to sell crude in naira, then they got another thing coming. Russia has that market captured. They are the largest supplier to China and India. That's how they've managed to have a stronger economy inspite of western imposed sanctions. I can't imagine they'll let Nigeria cut into their market share.
If we start selling oil in naira, can we buy from China and Europe with Naira?
It will bring more hardship.
Why don't we wait till we start producing most of the things we use in Nigeria?
Nigeria is like a child that his father is a Village palm wine tapper, managed to send him to a university, and the child is trying to chill with the big boys, it will end in tears.
If it helps the naira appreciate, exchange rate would definitely be low to cope with that I think.
Ogiame: Sometimes, I don't get why we come to this world only so we can die again.
But na God get that answer to give.
God brought us in hoping we'd repent and help bring someone to him. But most often, we get carried away with other cares of life that we forget why we are here in the first place. If God's plan for bringing us here was to get rich even though good, he'd have also made a plan to take the riches along when we die. Summarily, we're here to do God's will, fulfill his plan to bring men back to him and at the end, return back to meet him.
