@emorse
Tell them to show you where the Bible condemns drinking. Simple!

@me
Proverbs 20:1 ~wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise.

Proverbs 23:20-21 ~ be not among wine bibbers, among riotous eaters of flesh. For the drunkard and the glutton shall come to poverty and drowsiness shall clothe a man with rags.

Proverbs 23:29-33 ~ Who hath woe? who hath sorrow? who hath contentions? who hath babbling? who hath wounds without cause? who hath redness of eyes?

They that tarry long at the wine; they that go to see mixed wine.

Look not thou upon the wine when it is red, when it giveth his colour in the cup, when it moveth itself alright.

At the last it bitteth like a serpent, and sting like an adder.

Thine eyes shall behold strange women and thine heart shall utter perverse things.

Do you want more?
Are You aware that Christ, He that you follow that qualifies you as a christian drank. Turn water to wine and people mistook Him for a drunk. Luke 7, read your bible. Differentiate between drink and drunk and be at peace.

An insurance firm is offering 17m lodged for 10years and get 500k monthly afterwards. Lock down for 10yrs and collect pension of 500k for life. How feasible? 32m for 5yrs. 9m for 15yrs.

He is a true christian, I don't know who is turning Christianity upside down and my people will never read their bible. From tithe to all aspect of today's Christianity it's been mixed up hence my calling it a mixed religion. A true christian is a follower of Christ and Christ alone, we are to follow Him in totality and not mix up Judaism and other such religion.
Jesus drank and even acknowledged it in like 7, where He said John the Baptist didn't drink and he was called the devil but he drinks and they were calling him drunk. How do you follow Christ and still call Him drunk at this age and time, even after his dead? The answer is IGNORANCE. I am the freelance Bishop, no financial gains in my ministry, just come as you are, the weightier things is what we preach and not the weightless as described by Jesus in matt 23.
My people, read your bible as ignorance will not be an excuse.
I conclude by saying, anywhere you here daddy g.o. and mummy g.o., run they are antichrist as it's against Christ own teaching in Matt.
I come in peace but you can receive the pieces depending on how you receive my free message.

Car TalkRe: Can You Buy This Car For N1.9 Million by RayRay06677(m): 6:15pm On Sep 12, 2021
I bought a 2010 car 10.2m in 2019, bought same car this year 2021 for 13.5m, paid since February, Delivered last month. My brothers, you can't buy that car now for 15m. June 2021,/ cargo handling fees was increased by 50%, between Feb and now, naira got devalued thrice. I had to add money twice to the contractual sum die to govt policy. During shipping and clearing and am almost sure my agent didn't make good money like he would love as he was just begging to be able to bring car to me. Most price u see now is old price, by next year when the new price regime comes to play, expect increment from today price.

I just had their discussion with someone today. This mixed religion we call "Christianity" especially in Nigeria is going go kill us.
Summary is that king Solomon's story is not true. One man of God recently said not all bible story are true, I leave it for them them to argue that out. I doubt if any human alive today has or will ever attempt king Solomon's stunt but ye men of God keep preaching his wisdom yet frown at humans for trying to be wise at the same time just like we claim Abraham's blessings but yet frown at a man trying to sleep with his maid. Also teach is how king David was after god's heart yet when we want tp go afyer god's heart by taking over people's wife, oh ye same men of God come speaking in tongues.

Did you deduct the custody fees too?

Did you check all well?
At maturity, I was to get 10m but my action got me 9.925m meaning am short of 75k, charges all inclusive. If I didn't terminate, would have gotten all complete so I deduce that I loss 75k.

You can liquidate part. I did that in February.
How did you do ithuh

U can liqudate all and reinvest some but never can you liquidate part, please enlighten me if I am still wrong, we are here to learn. I just liquidated 10m worth with maturity of Sept 9th and got 9.925m to boost up and reinvest on Wednesday on 15.4942% commercial paper at 270 days.

Did my maths and realized I will be making about 35k for terminating though am losing about 75k as penalty. Bought at little above 4% and liquidated at 7.5% to reinvest at 15.4%. if I waited till Sept, might not get that 15%.

So my guy that liquidated part of your investment, please show me how, thanks

I had a smooth one with dangote cement last year, though at a poor rate (5%).

Can one buy into this with Fbnquest? Ps. I doubt I can even meet up with the closing day, repatriating funds from Stanbic money market could be time consuming.
I noticed that not all investment houses were used, just check with them, last month fbnquest even floated one. Tomorrow is not late, keep pushing.

Last year, 5% was better than 2%

Thanks, I wanted to more about the issuer and the issuing houses involved to see if there is anyone close enough and open to deal with. I now know it is just Chapel Hill Denham and The Coronation Marchant Bank itself that are handling it. Their rating is not bad. They also seem to be involved in most of the FG Bond and SUKUK these days.

So it's a good one.

Commercial paper is not a gamble as such, very few companies can pass the rigour test of SEC before they can issue commercial papers.

MTN, Dangote Cement, Nigeria Brewery, Flour Mills, Lafarge Cement, makers of indomie noodles etc are credit worthy
I always keep taps on commercial papers as there are always higher than tbills. I always prefer bank related papers.

That was a good deal from recent history. Thanks for the guidance. We keep moving no matter how small it is, every Kobo counts.

Thanks Chief.

But you can still make it more explicit to the house. The information not complete finish grin grin grin
Got that from investment house, its a commercial paper which is like Tbills but issued by cooperate organisation to raise fund just like govt do with Tbills. Always having tenor of less than 364 days and minimum of 5m, the rate here is 12.3% for 270 days which is awesome compared to recent history. Last week we had one for 11.56%. Basically commercial papers have been saving men since the slump of Tbills only problem it doesn't have a calendar so always keep cash in view for the kill. Apart from the gamble, I like this brand of investment. Company rating is very important though, I can't speak more on that as I lack basic authorization but I strongly believe that the authorities wouldn't let them float if not with potentials of paying back.
