opamoses1: Peter Obi's greatest setback are the Obidient mob. The insult did not start from now. It started way before the election. We all saw how they insulted Joke Sylva and her husband because she dared to support a different political party.
I went to the link and someone posted: The irony of it was that the bulk of those 60000 votes came from Bodija/Ui axis. I am from that local government. I can confirm that many of those who voted for Obi were from Bodija.
I have nothing against Peter Obi, but those his supporters ehn. I will just Lol. Your argument is totally illogical. Are you voting for Peter Obi or the people that support Peter Obi? If Peter Obi wins the next election, then HE will be president, not those who support him. HE will lead the nation. HE will set policies. HE will lift up the nation. Posing the ridiculous argument, that you won't support a man, that will literally elevate YOUR LIFE, because some random individuals, that supposedly support Peter Obi, mocked you. Is damn right...senseless. |

johnog4sure: you are very wrong, you have not the slightest idea of who I am, that is why in a faceless forum the best thing to do is to contribute your opinions not to ATTACK PEOPLE, if you are learned enough you should know this.
Nobody within my circle promotes Pan-Africanism like I do, just yesterday I was talking to a friend who works with senator Ireti, I live in Abuja and she is our senator, I was telling this friend to help me push my proposal for the senator to sponsor a bill to make Hausa language our official language.
Mind you I am not Hausa my wife is even Igbo, I just believe as the most populous African nation we should not be using any foreign language, and since Hausa is already widely spoken across West Africa then it is most ideal...this is just one of the many Pan-African ideas I promote. So when I criticize Africa it is born out of the passion that we should wake up and do the right things not out of inferiority complex (I laugh) What's this, a game of semantics now? My "opinion" was based off of what YOU wrote. So don't blame me, blame yourself. That aside, if you're a Pan-African, that's fine. Because I'm not. I don't know why you mentioned what your wife is, without mentioning your own origin. FFK married an Igbo women but he's anything but a Pan-African, a very prejudice and wicked man. At this point, marrying an Igbo woman means nothing, because most non-Igbo people's motives for doing so are selfish in nature, which is fine. Lastly, no one is accepting Hausa as their first language in a nation as large and as complex as Nigeria. Nigeria is indigenous lands, so having one main language will not work unless its neutral, like the English language. |

johnog4sure: I wonder why u are attacking me, use that energy to attack your political and religious leaders. How many of them (religious and political leaders)have or are planning to invest in STEM? Because that is my point.
When I graduated from school I was looking for just 6M to setup a lab, I studied physics/electronics, I even approached research centers to use their facilities but no way still.
But each time I go to church I see pastors raising donations to build bigger places of worship, but they won't raise money for Emeka to return to business after his shop got burnt, they won't raise money for biodun to setup mechanic shop after graduating as mechanical engineer, nor support Abdul in his sugarcane farm.
Both religious and political leaders wield so much influence, even if there's no money anywhere they can easily ask all of us to donate as low as 1k for these purposes and it will happen fast!
Africans investing in places of worship is foolishness! The next industrial revolution (AI) has started and Africa as no where near it. I attacked you because of your defeatist mindset. There's NOTHING wrong with Africans. Africa just has an issue of leadership. It needs GOOD leaders, like YOU to run the affairs of the nation - then you'll see things get better. But as long as you have selfish, myopic, incompetent people finding themselves in positions of authority, this is as much as you can expect. I don't believe you can categorise every governor as bad in Nigeria, however. It's just Akwa Ibom has a history of these lavish, pointless projects, and the people in the state, don't seem to mind - so let them do them. |

You can do it yourself

So are you telling me the 5 Igbo states cannot build a port on their own?
You need less than 2bn dollars to build a small port and the chinese bank are ready to put the money down as long a chinese construction company will be awarded the contract
Please stop disturbing everybody with this port issue. Hold your Governors accountable Ports are on the exclusion list. Don't you know anything about your own country? |

Whether Nigeria is successfully or not, has no bearing on United States of America - where he comes from. I told you, in the 90s, Yoruba people were agitating, calling for succession. Didn't you read that part? I don't know how old you are, but calls for a separate nation were strong amongst Yoruba people back then (after the annulment of the MK Abiola elections). you have your region, stay their and develope it....!! onne port is their.... your streets is up to your governors to take the allocations and build it.... if you cant force your governors to do this things, then their is nothing fg can do.... The issue here is disenfranchisement. It's not about you, your opinion doesn't matter. It's about the alienation that Igbo people feel in Nigeria, whether real or imagined. You solve that, by doing the things he talked about. Making everyone feel as though they are a part of the country. The mere fact that his words agitate you, just gives more credence to them. You should be an advocate of such things as a "Nigerian". Just like in the 90s, when Yoruba people felt alienated, what did everyone do? They came together and propped up Obasanjo, and Igbo people voted for him in mass. For the sake of making Yoruba feel like they were a part of the country. Now it's time for reciprocation, and what do you do? You turn around and say, "it's imagined, go solve it yourself, we're not doing anything to you". |

I'm not talking about the entirety of those fake states. I'm talking about the peoples that live within them. Many pro-Biafrans are from Delta and River states, and they frequent these forums often. If Biafra is to come into effect as purely an Igbo state, then it'll be Igboland. Which extends, partially into those states - is my point. |

Biafra is not 5 states. What about Delta-Igbo's and the other Igbos in Rivers, Cross River etc... But that's beside the point. LOVEALAIGBO: I wonder how my ‘moaning and victim-complex’ is any of your fcking business! Are you normally in the habit of engaging with people or posts you see as ‘sucking’!? If you do, doesn’t that say more about you and your attempts at trying to control and silence those you see as ‘not conforming to your own ideals or buying into your ideas of what’s right and what’s wrong’!? What gives you the right to tell someone who’s wearing the shoe and knows where it’s pinching, that he should STFU and stop ‘moaning’ because you’re getting irritated!? Your reaction is typical of that of a despot or tyrant….one who brooks no opposing views or complaints because they feel they’ve been ‘benevolent’ enough!
For decades, since the end of the uncivil war, a political-economy and structure was enthroned and sustained that disproportionately favoured the south-west/Yoruba and muslim-core-north/Hausa-Fulani over and above the 3rd leg of the tripod…the south-east/Igbo! Can you refute this claim? The minorities have equally been marginalised and treated unfairly, but in this instance i’m referring to the 3 major ethnicities as i’m sure the minorities can and should speak for themselves….that is if they feel they’re not being given a fair deal in Nigeria!
Lagos, in relation to other cities, has disproportionately been given federal advantages and attention, from the 60s to the early 90s, that now affords it the luxury to operate on its own steam! This traction it has gained administratively, diplomatically (consular and visa activities), socially (huge cosmopolitan and population advantage gained over other cities), and economically (attracting local and international businesses who normally site their headquarters in the city)….for you to claim ignorance of all this and glibly posit that private industries are free to go wherever they please, thereby implying that it’s no your fault they didn’t come to the south-east, it just speaks volumes about your sense of fairness and justice! Remember we’re talking of the same Lagos ALL Nigerians contributed to enable and grow, but whose politics, gov’t and administration Igbos’ have been warned to stay away from! This is your idea of fairness!
On the international airport terminals…Stella Odua wanted to use the same financial model of borrowing from China to finance the projects which were to be sited in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano and Enugu. The National Assembly refused to authorise the one for Enugu…approving the ones for the other 4 cities. So the aviation ministry under Oduah was then forced to source for funds in-house to build the one for Enugu. Construction was going on at all 5 airports until Buhari took over in 2015! With his arrival, work was stopped on all the new terminals (just like work was halted on the 2nd Niger bridge), and commenced some time later (can’t remember how long this stoppage lasted for) on all but the one in Enugu. Hadi Sirika then got a extra-budgetary approval for a couple billions more that was used to expand the scope of works on the new terminals in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and Kano, while that for Enugu was left untouched and has remained untouched to this day….gathering dust! I’m sure this to you is ‘fair’ and any complaints any Igbo has concerning how unfairly we’ve been treated and cheated….this to you would be dismissed with a wave of the hand as ‘moaning’ and a ‘crass display of victim-complex’! He's totally aware of the marginalisation of Igbo people in Nigeria, he'd have to be an idiot not to. He just doesn't care. No point preaching to the godless. Ultimately, it's the governors that have the biggest responsibility, as it pertains to the wellbeing and welfare of the people. There's only so much the central government can do. That's why, despite all the advantages both the North and South-West have had, they still lag behind the East, in healthcare, education, wealth, infrastructure etc... The only viable patch of land in the South-West is Lagos, and the North, has the most children out of school, than anywhere on the face of the earth. It also has a drug epidemic, kidnapping issue, banditry problem, education problem, and so on and so forth. So yea, Igbo people are marginalised, but Nigeria is a "federation", which means, most of the power rests with the governors, not the president. Tinubu can't turn Oyo State into Dubai, only the governor of Oyo State can. |

While the former didn't FAKE anything about his result (because the school acknowledged that he finished from there), Mmesoma upgraded her result to win an award.
The little girl is a criminal and nobody should defend her criminality. Criminals like Mmesoma should make Nigéria consider having a juvenile prison. CSU cannot confirm that, so they just assumed, given the similar names (as written in the transcripts). That said, Tinubu didn't graduate from CSU, because a new policy was enacted, around a year into the degree program, which required all applicants to have a pass mark in both English and Math. Tinubu not having either grades, was requested to go back and complete said studies. That was the last a Bola A. Tinubu was heard of. Tinubu never graduated, and thus, was NEVER issued a certificate. That's why Tinubu acquired a forged one - because he knew he/she didn't graduate. Bearing in mind, that applying for a legitimate replacement is significantly cheaper than acquiring a forged one. ...and that's not to mention the Degree he acquired from a non-existent university in Nigeria; along with his drug connections. |
