We that have legs, we dey eff up. May the good Lord forgive us. Amen! |
If he has skeletons, he should be investigated and prosecuted, notwithstanding his political affiliation. TANoids should not worry, it will be the turn of Amaechi and his wife Judith soon! |
I swear down, Baba likes pictures pass Tonto. Must he pose for pictures? |
Return his BB phone. It is foolish to repay bad with bad. It is honorable to pay bad with good. Ask your grandfather! |
barcanista:I sabi say u b beta guy ![]() |
barcanista:Barcanista has been balkanized! It is well with you brother. Seems being opposition is your expertise. Opposition most of the last dispensation, jumped ship to the ruling party during extra time and now opposition again for another 4 years. Somewhat a very tough job. ![]() I am sure you did not type this reply with your conscience in place. May the Oga who has made it mandatory for my friend Barcanista to spew gibberish like this be put to shame soon ![]() |
OREMUSSANCTUS: I will never hail Tinubu, Amaechi, Atiku nor Saraki as saints, never. They have been alleged as immense contributors in depleting and stealing our resources. How i wish GEJ probed them to conclusion after their respective tenures. EFCC prosecuted Tinubu, unfortunately the courts freed him like they have done with Femi Olukayode. Sad indeed. I pray Wike probes Amaechi accordingly. However, GEJ is the new kid on the block. The new government should not employ the doctrine of "all man don chop, close eye". I think the FG is being fair and magnanimous to request stolen funds be returned instead of outright prosecution. This should be extended to every politician who has been alleged to have misused his or her political office for personal gains. I returned to bed as advised. I am awake now. ![]() NB: Meat dey ur side? ![]() |
OREMUSSANCTUS:Even if Okonjo and GEJ confess openly at the market square lyk debriefed witch and wizard, i am sure you will still bounce up and down like a "felele" ball in their defense. Obviously no difference between your actions and that of the Lamido airport supporters. Sometimes, wisdom requires you turn a blind eye, force your fingers into your pocket and put your browsing device face flat, to forestall making unnecessary remarks on every GEJ/PMB thread. If you fall down today due to the continuous animosity garnered by the residual shock of PMB's emergence, neither GEJ nor Okonjo will hear about you. They have stolen enough money to last several of their generations. Spend less tym crying for them. Spend more tym doing something dutiful. If you have none, i may fynd ways to assist you. My little bit of support to a fellow Nairalander ![]() |
@ Post, You asked for shoes, he did not buy; you asked to be taken to London, he did not take you. Hence your angst towards hom till daye. Silly excuses. As a young girl you had already developed a knack for material things. I am certain if you had demanded quality time or requested to have an academic dream fulfilled, he would have obliged. I worry for those who pay your bills now. It must be a tough task for them. Now i see why Iyanya left . |
You kill it, you start another one; you end up creating a problem while trying to clean a mess. What should be done is to restructure using a Private Oil company model! |
Crocz:Na true ooo... |
Wow. Journalism is no better than it was 40 years ago. Seemed more interesting then though. Miss September must have been a rebel at the time. Today, she would cringe to see her once unique and peculiar outlook is the order of the day. Nice one OP! |
CHARLYX9:Hmmmm. It is well! |
INTROVERT:Who go near am? |
biafranqueen:I think the transparency drive of this government should be applauded, except it is proven that the government has erred in deference to the law and constitution of Nigeria. No legislature is bigger than the electorate, Nigerians. For the first time ever, you and i can see the source of disbursements and the purpose of use with no extra penny added with respect to the States' bailout and the NLNG proceeds. After 12 months, we will all thank this government for abating corruption and judicious use of our revenue! |
CHARLYX9:Choi, don't you wish to grow old, more so in love? |
Extremely talented. People like him should also be made ambassadors of notable blue chip companies. They will positively inspire the youth more than the theatrical artists, salacious comedians and excessively exuberant and conceited musicians. ![]() |
Very kind and supportive words. Only if the PDP can understand the scenario from GEJ's angle of remose. GEJ knows the activities of BH became overgrown under his watch and will be jubilatory if it can be quashed even if it is by a rival team.... |
musawisdom:Lol . I concur absolutely....Chief Musa, nice one! |
Reason why i have been addicted to NL for 8 years. A mix of noetically mad people ![]() |
Effective communication is key. Lack of it is responsible for the recent agitation by Nigerians. We do not want magic, we are only asking the FG to tell us what the way forward agenda and timelines are. Shikena! |
Houseofglam7:Apt |
Irony of life. Lord please answer my prayers and deploy the blessing of twins into my household. May God send her a helper. May her husband return to take care of his duties. Amen |
Aptly apt. Way to go! |
Astonishing. |
Someday, there shall be no heads to behead except themselves. if you cannot make "life", why take it? RIP to the alleged witches! |
alaoeri:Down, down, they led Jonathan.... |
The last set of media aides under Jonathan was the most useless ever in the history of the world. They are the best example of what customer service should not be. PMB's government will definitely be miles ahead of the previous. We just need more feedback on background assessments and efforts. God bless Nigeria! |
@post, Anyone who reads the post before commenting will understand that this is a case of no case. In summary, a man opens an account and suddenly starts depositing huge sums of money. The agency responsible for monitoring gets worried and queries his source of money and assumes it MAY be narcotics because it exceeded the maximum returns on his sole source of income. The man maintains the money belongs to him, his wife and mother. Finally, the man, the prosecutor and the judge settle for forfeiture of a part of the money. Shikena. Case closed. Case ends! Tinubu is a freaking brilliant and smart man! |
Splashme:. The reason Jonathan was a bad leader in deference to subsidy are as follows: 1. He paid lip service to fixing the refineries which would have reduced the cost of subsidy by 45% until when new refineries will be built to augment the 55% shortfall in consumption. Nigerians will be happy to pay the actual price for unsubsidized products refined in Nigeria. 2. Jonathanan made mockery of the subsidy probe by not prosecuting thieves and indicted individuals/organisation. 3. He and his team continued to pay these thieves without plugging the holes, hence ridiculous budget. 4. No meaningful use of Sure-P funds Shikena! |
MizMyColi:For NL to go beyond quantity (growing number of members) to quality (astute number of members) certain level of objectivity must be maintained amongst members. Nairaland will contribute more to governance in Nigeria if we had more objective posts than subjective posts. Growing a fan base of supposed "like minds" all in a bid to vehemently oppose the other, sometimes sacrificing truth like APC and PDP goons or Yorubas and Igbos do all the time is unnecessary and smirks of "attention disorder deficit" or an extreme case of inferiority complex. If one represents a group of people or is a member of an organisation that misconstrue's ones opinion, the best approach will be to further elucidate on ones opinion as against acceptance of breach of trust and expression of overt regret soaked in an apology. I condemn completely everyone who made efforts to blackmail or ridicule extensively or beyond limits, Barcanista's change of affiliation from APC to PDP. It is human to react, however it must be done reasonably, not vexatiously and with apposite civility. |
MizMyColi:Contrary to your assertions above, it is obvious that Barcanista's PDP e-team members are more ferocious to warrant him preparing and issuing an open apology. Very disappointing that Nairaland Politics section has been reduced to a warfront between APC and PDP apologists. Very few remain objective despite their preference for either of the parties. These are the true e-patriots with more meaningful impacts! |
