Mediocrity has no real friends. Jonathan squandered with impunity his opportunity to be great. The last time I visited Yenagoa, a year ago, I knew he would be chastised by his people whenever his tenure ends. Today loafs and toads are all pointing fingers of discord at him. Jonathan lacks charisma and intellectual capacity to run Nigeria. Finally, the end of the "Sojourn of the Accidental President".... |
Ubi this, Ubi that.... Hmmmm. Negative popularity is the beginning of a man's downfall! |
Hmmmmmmmm And the cookie crumbles further. How anyone will support this party of confusion and mediocrity is mind boggling. RIP PDP. |
Success in the world is primarily built on packaging. Even when many adjudged the fight as boring, these dudes will be back for the next big fight. Na so lyf be.. |
Great to have the means. Don Jazzy sounds like money spent was not worth the efforts. Dancing Champ Money May must have been responsible.... |
@Post, If sacking them is due to the allegation(s) that they are responsible for PDP's dismal performance at the last General Elections, then Dr Goodluck Ebele Azikwe Jonathan should also sack his loquacious wife, Madam Dame Patience Jonathan (Her illiteracy diminished the President more than any other person's actions). Lest I forget, Fayose should also be expelled for his stupid ads during the period. Shikena... Msheww (abi how dem dey type "to hiss" again), Party wey don die, still dey get mouth |
No long tins... Everyone should start returning his or her respective stolen share. National cake is no longer available for theft! |
@Post, This is indeed an era of puerile, childish and immature opposition under PDP. So sad how the mighty have fallen. Imagine begging someone you loathe, received gratification against, got sanctioned because of, and hate so much to cover his private event at his residence without an apology on your past shameful and below par conduct. Chai, serious lesson to learn. From May 29, the President elect will become a public official. For now, AIT should move all their crew to cover the incumbent President GEJ and his deserted kingdom.! |
Magical Nigeria! |
By the time the probe starts from 1960 to date, no one will be left in government; governance will be run from prisons. Immunity aside, Aso Rock will be upgraded with bars to make a convenient prison for Buhari himself having served as Petroleum Minister and Head of PTF at different times. GEJ's supposed palatial villa at Otuoke will be ringed with rods to grant him a befitting retirement prison facility. Tinubu will become the king prisoner of Bourdillon. Aunty Obi may be giving her speech to co-prisoners. How much more all the overtly known looters from ages past till date. Nobody holy pass, albeit, I support the probe. |
Oga is always pictured eating otside. Our first lady food nko? |
@jejelady, kindly come on board.. |
ferhyntorlah:Cool.... Runs a viable outfit at 29. I envy him. I had such lofty dreams too, but 29 came and passed with no shot (lol) quite rapidly. Years after, the dream is still on. Running off to my library. Strategy time! ![]() |
PassingShot:I absolutely concur that requisite experience is required. I suggested 1 out of 3 nominees, except for the southwest which has 4 as mentioned in the article. 33% involvement of leading youths in the decision making process is within acceptable limits and should create the much needed balance in the demographics. For a fast tracked route to global excellence, the youths are needed and very needed.... |
PassingShot:Unfortunately, I am not versed with directory of apposite youths within the suggested age range that should be included, but I know that every party and organisation has a compendium of excellent youths. As a start, a cross section of successful young persons in diverse sectors can be examined, approached and considered from each geopolitical zone. One brilliant young man I know is Mr Chxta Nwanze. He can identify and lead the youth's team. Alternatively, sagacious youths with adroit noetic intelligence can be sought from vibrant and active platforms like NL. |
Sweetguy25:I think it is an oversight. The youths must have a place. To formulate deft and adept strategies in tandem with global think tanks, the youths must be included in the process. GMB's pre and post election personal brand manager is a youth, the dude from Future Awards, who I read is below 30. |
The youths seem to have no place in this transition process. At the minimum, a young technocrat between the ages of 30 and 45 should be selected from each geographical zone to join this committee! |
Hmmmmmm. Microwave in a room. Seems like a self contain. Her advert is on. Soon she would be flaunting a new house. ![]() |
Where are his hard hat and safety shoes? HSE compliance is key irrespective of personality. Fashola's indefatigable efforts at development are highly commendable. Lagos will miss him... |
Surely an era of apologies and begging for forgiveness. A true reflection of the damage done by the outgoing government and the senior office holders..... |
The quality of the men who make up the APC senior management team is sterling. Master strategists, and extremely articulate with commendable decorum. Tinubu has spoken well to Buruji. He should run to his inept party (PDP) for help. Nobody holy pass. But some get sense pass! ![]() |
@post, How? By dredging a section of the ocean and filling a segment? I am still worried at the possible environmental impact of the ongoing reclamation works at this area. Lovely mega city concept, location a bit of a challenge. Now the complimentary "Bar Beach" is gone ![]() |
Kolo! |
Invariably, N10b/km. This should be the most expensive flyover built over land.... |
kunlejazz:You are very right. Dr Okupe is just a loose rabble-rouser whose reasoning is somewhat limited and exudes surprises on how he lasted so long as an SSA to the President of Nigeria. Like I said in my penultimate post, his first paragraphs were unnecessary. I hereby include that his entire short piece on the article is shameful. I recommend he shpuld be sacked immediately. Not pertinent he is kept till the handover day to forestall putting the final nail (through his puerile attacks) to seal any iota of goodwill left for this administration. |
His opening paragraphs were not necessary. But his closing remarks seem in order. We should not flog Mr Okupe too much. May the girls be found! |
Na today? Even Doyin wey dey always rant for twitter sabi say him Oga na bad market.... Everybodi do Jona strong tin! |
Alaji Buruji Kashamu seems to be a really poplar dude. He should have kept low and continue to enjoy the back door political patronage. He has blown his own cover because he wants to be a senator of the FRN. He may have to dance to the tune with the spotlight beamed on him. Senator elect for yankee prison! |
Once again, bad decision due to evidence of bad and unqualified advisers.. Na wa! |
