barcanista:I am disappointed man. For posterity sake, you owe no one an apology when you say the truth or remain objective. Except these peole you emotionally express sobriety towards, are solely responsible for your livelihood and your political views mortgaged to them. Henceforth, your posts will solely be viewed from the angle of absolute partisanship and will water down the credibility of the intent and further malign your integrity. I prefer to lean towards APC over PDP, however i will whip APC everytime they compromise or act otherwise. This is the goodwill i owe my children and generations yet unborn. |
egift:Not a TANoid issue ooo. I am pro-APC because I believe they should offer more than PDP. However, as an objective observer, it is imperative to highlight anomalies when they occur! |

INTROVERT:True to fact except they get their acts together. |
APC – A Polygamous Conglomerate When the All Progressives Congress was formed in February 2013, some of us were sceptical of the functionality or efficiency of the new political “voltron” coupled together from fragments and pieces of political entities, individuals with different ideologies to “take on the People’s Democratic Party” (verbatim phrase culled from http://apc.com.ng/index.php/about-apc, first paragraph, 1st sentence, 3rd line). The almighty bad guy “PDP” needed to be brought down. Hence the doctrine of necessity was ignited on the premise of “The enemy of my enemy is my friend”. Amidst phantasm of hope, key parties including ACN, CPC, ANPP and a faction of APGA (refer to the link above for full meanings of acronyms) merged just to wrestle power from the incumbent ruling party. Fast forward to 27 months after, the sole aim (shamefully) of the merger seems to have been achieved. In similitude to the scenario of an immigrant who gets married to a citizen for the sole purpose of acquiring a nationality Passport, the bait has been sold and the purpose achieved. Hence it is time to break away or exude true colours. According to Bruce Tucker (1965), the stages of Team Development are Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing. From the assessment of the melodrama at the 8th National Assembly since the controversial albeit infamous (or treacherous, as alleged by APC’s party ranks) inauguration on Tuesday June 9, 2015 coupled with the shocking docility of the newly elected Executive to hit the ground running, it can be concluded that the “storming” stage of this marriage between Nigerians (the Husband Man) and the APC (the Wife) is here. Unfortunately, while the electorate assumes it is married to one Wife (APC) at the center, the actual truth is Nigerians are married to 3 wives who are respectively clamoring to get a comfortable oceanview lofty bedroom in the Husband’s (Nigerians/Electorate) mansion. No one wants to be relegated. These Wives form the acronym of the party APC, defined as A – ACN, P – PDP (ex-men) and C – (CPC). The rest of the other stakeholders are maids to these key stakeholders. In deference to Hierarchy, the Wife with the most vantage position is the CPC (“C” team) headed by President Muhammadu Buhari. His agenda as deduced from the character he chose to play during campaigns is that of an aggressive moral umpire to sanitise the polity of corruption and restore the country’s integrity. However, since inauguration on May 29, 2015, he has taken a back seat at the cinemas with a basket full of sugar laced pop corn, 3D googles on, and an array of fanciful cameramen enjoying the largesse of his new lofty pent house suite at the top of the rock. He cares less about the rancour between the other Wives and seems undecided on his future steps, and also not bordered about what the Husband seems to be going through with the incessant fight between the other Wives. He has seduced this Husband (the electorate) for 12 years to no avail and being the most honoured wife, it is time to enjoy all he has missed for these years. It is dream come true and no one will rush him into anything, more so, “he belongs to everybody and belongs to nobody”. Just like Baba Iyabo, he has written his name in the platinum book of history as a former Head of State and a Civilian President. Taking a cue from LG, life is indeed very good. The second Wife with the next juicy view of the Husband’s gold mine is the Senate President representing the PDP (ex-men) or “P” team. In my opinion, these are the real bad guys (not literarily). Smooth operators who betrayed no emotions during the marriage planning and build up process or election period. They stayed put to the primary course of unseating the previous ruling party which was once their bedrock and place of meal. They seem well experienced and tutored in the art of make believe. I remember that picture of the Senate President (before elections) watching a football match at a local viewing centre and how humble is demeanour was. I revelled in his humility, forgot he ever held an elective post as Governor for 8 years and never imagined he had so much political antics and swiftness in his sleeves to beat the imagination of the “APC Pimps” he ran to when he separated from his previous PDP abode. More shocking is the muscle slinging of his ADC and bodyguard, my very person Dino Melaye who was the main APC crusader and frontline fighter and “Kombat” character to throw a mortal punch at the inglorious PDP regime leading to the party’s death at the center and the success of the new merger team. His sudden preference of the phrase “Like Minds” as against the banner of wives “APC” and flagrant support for defiling the orders of supposed APC love-vendor leaders is notable and worthy of study under the “human behaviour” course. Absolutely classic. Other bigwigs rumoured to be in this league of the last wife/ PDP (ex-men) are Atiku, Tambuwal, Oyinlola etc. The perception is that they are not ready to bow to any kingmaker (chief love-vendor – Tinubu and APC Party Leaders) other than the Husband (the electorate, guided by the constitution). The last Wife is the Vice President of the Country, a representative of the ACN or “A” team, who seems to have been lost and floating in all of this drama like a lone child experiencing culture shock in a new country of bliss but exposed to the weather and language challenges with no guardian or parents. It is touted that he is the anointed candidate of the Lead Convener (Chief Political love-vendor)/key brain behind the successful takeover of power from the PDP, the sole agenda of the merger of wives to form the APC banner. The expectation was to have this anointed candidate represent the interest of the Jagaban (Tinubu) himself while supporting the first Wife discussed above. Considering that the Chief love-vendor was also the Chief Financier of the marriage build up ceremonies, it was therefore imperative he had an insider to protect his interest and share bedroom secrets. Unfortunately, from the scheme of events, the VP has been relegated to the ground floor of this mansion with only the car park and fence views in sight. The Party Leader, Tinubu (Jagaban/Chief love-vendor), the elected APC Leaders and the ACN faction are obviously feeling very used and humiliated by the teams represented by the first and second Wives mentioned above, less than a month into the marriage. Pimps demand near absolute compliance from their subjects. When they bring together a group of people for the sole purpose of outsourcing them for salacious purposes to customers, they duly expect a share of the bounty and most times swear to an oath to enshrine allegiance. Hence the reaction from the “A” team/Political Pimps is not unusual, even if it is at the detriment of the Husband (Nigerians/Electorate). The analogies above represent the quagmire Nigerians have found themselves with the supposed “Change Agents” since inaugurated into their respective offices. It has become a discuss of shame the infighting by the National Assembly members for positions. It exposes the different ideologies of the three key teams discussed above with the CPC, chanting moral decency, PDP (ex-men) jostling for control of juicy positions and the ACN fighting for control of all decisions (Note, the APC leadership is touted as being loyal to Tinubu of ACN, the Chairman was his candidate). How a team of supposed moral monks at the Executive will synergise with a team of bad sharp guys (rumoured to know all the hustling make-money shortcuts) at the helms of affairs at the Senate and a Party Leadership led by a juggernaut who seems or alleged to have perfected the art of merging supposed good governance with routes for lining pockets along the way is being keenly watched by all Nigerians. In my opinion, I deduce that we have just experienced the effect of the abhorrence and obliteration of the alleged culture of throwing Ghana-must go bags at NASS members by the Executive for decisions to be taken in concurrence. This moral shock (due to change of attitude or relationship between the Executive and the Legislature) will lead to more spoilers for the ruling party until normalcy returns. To what extent will Buhari or his Pastor support uphold the trust of Nigerians in maintaining integrity and fiscal responsibility by not throwing money to the legislature or the Party Leaders? This is the true test of “Change”. Nigerians are all waiting. Way Forward: There must be an end to this debacle and show of might between the APC stakeholders. The polygamous union of strange bed fellows obviously has gone through its first test in its first month of authority. It is time to end this mess in the interest of Nigerians and the electorate to forestall a partial shutdown of governance. My way forward suggestions are as follows: The Executive should immediately commence work by availing the populace their signed off short term and long term plans. The manifesto during campaign was a draft. It is time to see the agenda or work proposal with measurable timelines for Nigerians to immediately track and monitor. Short term plans should primarily focus on Security, Electricity and Road Infrastructure (SER). Key officers and ministers should immediately be appointed. Need to intervene in the crisis at the Senate in the capacity of the President/Vice President and not as Party members to maintain the religious stance of non interference with the workings of the Senate. The President and his Vice must work in harmony and in mutual trust to duly harness each other’s potentials The Senate President and Principal Officers should use the period of this recess (no later than 2 weeks as against 4 weeks announced) to covertly appeal to all grieving parties and the Party Leadership. The deed has been done and lessons learnt. Though all actions have been guided by the constitution, it is imperative to erase all allegations of treachery and insubordination. The Jagaban and the APC Leadership should let sleeping dogs lie. I personally think Tinubu should take a bow from active politics and enjoy the rest of his life. He is the most seasoned politician today with his political sagacity and adroitness leading to the birth of this new team. He should choose the path of an Elder henceforth, providing support to resolving disputes within the party and bringing together warring factions when rancour occurs. He should focus on family, his chain of businesses and philanthropy. The APC leadership should be allowed to run with absolute autonomy taking reasonable decisions when required and not vexatiously. Finally, it is pertinent for this polygamy to fuse into a monogamy (by exuded collective actions) to duly serve the interest of Nigerians. Most notable Obas or Kings in Nigeria are known to have a harem of wives. But they successfully keep everyone satisfied and happy, even if it is pretentiously. Shikena! God bless Nigeria… NB: Love-Vendor cited in article is actually "p*imp" in original article Photo Credit: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/health/news/11570638/Polygamy-increases-the-risk-of-heart-disease-study-finds.html

Oduok, Splendid. You are an Outlier (Refer to Malcolm Gladwell's masterpiece "Outliers" . You have exuded excellence in every endeavor relating to acquiring knowledge in deference to your career. You shall make definitely make it. However, for you to be found, you must take your "wares" to the market. The ways to achieve this is by responding to job placements in your field or by putting together a reference guide/ a book on your experience of the Industry of interest and sagacity. With so much value inherent in you, you should not be a an evening school teacher except you are fully accomplished or maximum satisfaction is derived. At the minimum, you can offer to lecture in some of the knowledge area institutions contained in your post for effective transfer of knowledge and at the same time progress your post graduate degree. You will make a very good Professor. My ward is a first class graduate and she is stuck (due to limited opportunities) with a basic bank job instead of attending the best schools in the world for her post graduate degrees. I have promised (God willing) to take responsibility for her post graduate study in the nearest future. Lastly, getting seed funding for your production plant in Nigeria is a herculean but not an impossible task. Wish you all the best. ![]() NB: Always thrilled when I read posts from qualitative and excellent Nairalanders, not the FTC crew ![]() |
Good one. Travelling to Abuja all the time to submit and application and retrieve ones Passport is a rigorous task. Nice one. +1 for Wike if he influenced this! |
Congrats Reno. Hope the focus on evangelism is premised on absolute sincerity and focus on God. Nb: One of GEJ's aides who failed woefully. How anyone will attribute hero worship to Jonathan is shocking. A man who completely balkanised Nigeria. To all those chanting slogans of hate, anger or doom, stay calm. With your eyes you will witness the true change. |

Surprised that no one remembered (this time around) to tag "The Nation Newspaper" Tinubu or APC's news arm. ![]() I once also met Peter Obi on a commercial flight to Lagos from Port Harcourt during his tenure as Governor of Anambra State. If his fiscal strides are true, then he is very worthy of emulation. Lagos Business School should harness his strategy as a course, mandatory for Governors, Presidents and Heads of Government in Nigeria! ![]() |

Hmmmmm. Gr8 argumentative angle and opinion. N300Billion a year would definitely not hurt. If the few leaks through which corruption is carried out are plugged, then this will not cause any strain. However, a law must be promulgated to criminalise any employed individual who intends to dupe the government and deprive others by claiming this stipend. Furthermore, for the handout to make economic sense to the beneficiaries, food prices must be crashed through the laws of demand and supply, and effective management of corruption. To make this work, it is high time the national database with data on every Nigerian is developed, monitored and tracked to forestall multiple registration and beneficiaries. Lastly, it must be timebound, after which it will be on record that substantial jobs have been provided for the unemployed populace and per capita income enhanced. We must not reinvent the reaction similar to the feedback on the cancelling of amnesty handouts to ex-militants. |
SAMBARRY: lololol.E easy? Open marriage na to open eye make dem knack person wife ooo. Our technology lag in Africa is directly proportional to our cultural and traditional tolerance. It is extremely tough to find Africans support being liberal in marrigae in the name of Open Marriage. |

angieberry:Poor Poor Angieberry! ![]() They should cut this man some slack. His twitter messages obviously show how emotional he is about the whole drama and the obvious truth that he loves his wife. He at least made efforts to debunk the rumor. Several Nigerian men will keep mum and tell bloggers to go to hell. Kolo case. Egotistic and narcissistic gesture! Her 10 years plan is about her body, her body and body. What happened to building charities and developing talents? God is giver of life. |
May God grant we Nigerians the wisdom to understand the importance of renewable energy, creative reuse of disposable products, conducive atmospheric conditions from these adept processes and the positive impact of thinking sustainability on our environment and quality of life as a whole. Awesome thinking, great innovations! |
Tecnonews24:As an insider please can you tell me the misinformation in my post? How was the state of the State roads during Odili? And how are they now? What percentage was done during Amaechi years? It is very nauseating when people claim they have monopoly of information. Can any Governor ever meet the Infrastructure demands (100%) of any State? I personally witnessed the transformation of some roads and also heard testimonies about others. Notwithstanding, I agree there is still much to be done and I beckon on Wike to outperform Amaechi! |
The news is commendable. However, the way Amaechi is being demonised by all and sundry is bad. He has outperformed any Governor of the State with his infrastructure strides. I think Amaechi should be allowed to enjoy is retirement loot like every other politician of his ilk. The new government should work hard to surpass his achievements without looting! |
germainediva:I have only met one man in my life who has remained a virgin at 32. Every married man I have come across will give in to having sexual intercourse with another woman who is seductively attractive, all things being equal, at standard temperature and pressure with the right ambience and environment. Cheating on the other hand is a case of a man getting emotionally entangled with another woman to the point of intolerance for his wife. He would rather be with the new woman at all times than be with his spouse. At this point, I will say there is a severe problem. A man can only breakaway from such stronghold only after the strange woman's true colors are expressed beyond the veil and if those true attributes are glaring opposites of who she had pretended to be. More so, if he has a wife with sterling virtues, he may be led back home like a prodigal husband, but his sobriety will only last until he meets another deceptive woman who will cajole him out of the house again until the scales fall off especially when he cannot meet the demands (physical or financial) of the strange woman, then re returns home again. The cycle gets repeated until a marriage survives 40 to 50 years of wedlock. I also consider sleeping with a spouse's family member, colleague, friends, neighbour or anyone within the spouse's radius of knowledge, cheating. This is because, the cheat and the cheating partner will tend to always discretely deceive the unknowing spouse of their amoral affairs. It is a case of direct mockery and has the most devastating effect when the secret is eventually exposed. The root cause of cheating (not sleeping with random people) lies in the difference between expectations before marriage and expectations afterwards. It lies in change in preference before marriage and change in preference afterwards. Most guys are of the illusion that when a date is set for marriage, they will have their last dig and stay focused. Unfortunately, it is not always so. Guys do get extremely sexually bored in marriage. Natural law of diminishing returns sets in. A man's mind is programmed to flirt. Tuned to conquer, hence the toasting lines all the time. Often times, women are not to be blamed. it is just a man's stupid nature to sleep with other women or cheat (note the difference). In some cases, a continuous nagging wife or unkind woman or vituperative woman or a narcissistic woman lays the foundation for an unrepentant cheating husband. Walahi, if such a man finds comfort outside, he would cheat with all his body, mind and soul. Except there is a financial gain, he may never care about the wife again. In deference to sleeping with other women, it may be almost impossible to stop a man from falling for this natural evil even if he has all things perfect. A man who is exposed to the vagaries, vicissitudes and ills of life and remains steadfast and celibate before marriage with some level of relationship with God can remain same after marriage if he marries a complementing partner, that is a friend. My final advice is for women to rise up and keep a lively home. Look good and attractive all the time but be careful not to look vain. Do dirty naughty stuffs with your husband as much as you can (dirty does not necessarily mean extremes, it could be sex on the balcony at home or hotel terrace). Be kind to everyone. Be a great mother to the kids. Adore your husband. Talk subtly to him about his amoral affairs and why he should stop. NB: My post-final advice, if you put into effect the recommendation above and he remains obdurate, please walk out of such marriage or shut your mind to accept the pain. Unfortunately women are not allowed the luxury to jump around as men are allowed to; this can temporarily equalize the pain but will blow up when the cheating habits of both spouses hit a confluence. Anyways, what is imperative is for everyone to be happy in life. A broken marriage is better than an abusive one! |

Surprised this thread is yet to be posted on the front page. The OP has identified challenges affecting millions of people directly linked to the central economic hub of a strategic State like Lagos. Nairaland management should the needful! |
The OP or author of the article has written the most intelligent piece I have read in a long time. He should be paid consultancy services for this detailed and balanced solution on effective management of the LEE infrastructure backing it up with facts. Quite disappointed that the State Government would permit the redesign and upgrade of LEE without a detailed Environmental Impact Assessment. If the recommendations of the author are not immediately considered, LEE may collapse before the next 4 years with severe attendant risks on the users and citizens, resident within this neck of the woods. Nice one. Absolutely spoke my mind! |
The swervy, and jerky motion in collaboration with the chants of ‘owa o’ jostled me to life. I guess i dozed for 17 minutes thereabout. I was on a mission to visit my seemingly well to do friend for a couple of days. We grew up together as best of pals in the community. We were neighbours and confided in eachother. Our mothers both had kiosks infront of our house just by the gutter. I remember the slogan on his mother's kiosk ‘ se rere’ literarily meaning ‘do well’. She was known as ‘Mama Se rere’ . Cool, soft spoken and amiable. Iskilu is his name (dunno if to refer to him as was). I liked his never say die attitude. In as much as we were feeble in looks, he was always at the helm of settling scores in the locality. I envied his physical tenacity. Some days he will return with a bloodied mouth, others he will return with a broken leg. He earned the alias ‘alangba rere’ meaning ‘good lizard’. Enough of the introduction. Iskilu left with his parents after his father’s retirement for the Village. We were about 13 yrs then in JSS 2 at the Local Government Grammar school. I missed him greatly. We both lived at No. 12 KasoKaja street, Amu, Mushin Lagos. Eight years after, he returned in a clean Honda Halla car. Fresh, clean and wielding money like bullets waiting to be loaded in the submachine. He was no longer feeble or thin. He was now broad chested, tall with a charming gaze. The whole of Amu, the palm avenue community and the plank market felt a different atmosphere despite the almost fixed noisy nature of the area. This was year 2000. I was filled with Joy. He wore a nice expensive perfume. He kept telling me ‘boy i don hammer’. We drove in his wonder wheels within the community for a while. We had booze at a nearby joint. All the while i kept wondering at the transformation. Few events had happened in my own life. My SSCE results were below average. I was struggling with GCE one after the other to no avail. I had the intent to attend an institution of higher learning like Baba Peter’s children (their father was a well respected man on our street. He worked for the local Nepa office in our area). Iskilu expressed empathy at my condition. Immediately he requested I visit him the following week to see how he can help improve my condition by assisting me and absorbing me into his supply business which he alleged he was running in Sango/Abule Egba axis of Lagos (or Ogun State). These were the events that replayed in my mind that led to my short slumber. With some crispy notes I received from Iskilu the previous week, i set out to have a destiny change. The Molue had all sorts of people. It was a mad ball different from the danfo bus that I boarded from Amu junction to Oshodi. At Oshodi, I enquired where to get the bus plying this route. There it was a Molue. I hardly left my area and could count the number of times I had to board this locomotive long heavy duty road ferry. The last time was from Oshodi to Ijora. The Molue just commenced boarding at a fare of N40 per passenger. I sat comfortably close to the window so as to catch a first hand glimpse of the ever bustling Lagos. As soon as the about 30 seating seats were occupied, i noticed a mad rush of people struggling to enter. I was astonished. I had never seen such crase before. I remember seeing a man in coat through the window after i entered without betraying emotions or signs he was destined to be on this road beast. Thus he was waiting for the standing position which was for N20. Many good looking people co-joined him in this race to grab this juicy offer of standing. In total, we were quite over 60 in the Molue bus. 30 seating, 30 standing. All standing bumper to bumper. My nostrils were filled with all manners of odour. Beside me sat a very fat woman who had difficulty in getting into her seat. With her was a retinue of baskets stashed in eachother. She wore a typical ‘iro and buba’. Her tribal marks were scary. She spat many times. The Molue set in motion with a driver in front who by now was not within my line of sight. Two conductors at each access into the Molue (A molue has three entries, one for the driver and two for passengers). Few bus stops away from the park, i heard a loud voice quite loud despite the acoustic nature of the garments and odours of all of us passengers. Lo and behold it was the man in black coat with hat. He was a medicine vendor (can’t substitute that for drugs). He rattled and dazzled about the potency of his goods and money back guarantees should they not work. He brandished the many wonders of the medicine inclusive of which was ability to have sex for long. At this junction, my mind wondered to Sikira a new neighbour. They moved in 8 months before this period. We met a couple of times while waiting at the make shift bathing bay situated by the fence at the backyard. She was damn pretty. I loved to see her in her wrapper at the bath bay. My mind wondered on how useful this drug will be, because I was so damn sure we will have sex sooner than later. She did not hide her likeness for me. But my father did not like her father and warned us to stay clear the family. Who cares. I brought out my wallet and purchased the medicine. At about this time, the conductors moved within the tight bus to collect fares. Passengers disembarked at bus stops and some others joined. We sauntered through the caucus of Lagos roads. I noticed as we went deeper, there were more shanty settlements tougher than our Mushin settlement. I kept day dreaming of purchasing my own car. All the clean cars that passed were potential cars for purchase. Many times I drifted into a short slumber awoken at the busstops by the conductors when they chant ‘owa ooo’ banging on the already broken down body of the Molue. All sorts of people I thought. Different missions. I imagined how the night will be with Iskilu riding in his posh red Honda car with him. Very soon I will learn to drive the car and then purchase mine. All sorts crept through my mind. The journey seemed not to end. Somewhere around Meiran area, two guys shabbily dressed and smelling of dirt began to ruffle each other. All the while they were calm and all of a sudden started their drama. Wonders shall never end. In another two minutes the scuffle had ended. I shook my head and laughed. In my mind I said ‘were lawon bois yi sha’ meaning ‘these boys are mad’. They alighted at the next bus stop. At last the mad journey ended and I disembarked from the Molue at the last bus stop to proceed to locate Iskilu’s apartment. I noticed red soil untarred roads. The GSM technology had not arrived Nigeria at this time. I approached a legion of okada riders to take me to my destination as directed by Iskilu. I reached for my wallet to produce the paper where i jotted the details. To my chagrin, the wallet was gone. My legs shook. A stranger in no man’s land. Far from home. No money, no wallet, no address. I replayed the episode and confirmed someone must have stolen the wallet. I tried to remember the address but to no avail. I searched my pocket and was only able to provide the libido enhancing medicine and my 1 yr old handkerchief. All the okada men stared at me. My BOSS branded shirt transparent from constant washing and wearing every Sunday faded immediately. My rubber sandals failed in my feet. The buckle itched for the first time since my mother bought them for me the preceding Christmas. At 21 years of age missing far away from home. No way to locate Iskilu. I busted into tears. A Good Samaritan among the riders engaged me in a dialogue and I explained my predicament. All i needed was less than N100 to return home. He asked me to dry my eyes. He asked me to lean by a wall under the shade. He spoke with a couple of his colleagues in a strange language. I was scared to my marrows. In five minutes he returned with N100 in N20 notes. I was overjoyed. The time was about 4pm. I prostrated flat for him with no regard for my best shirt. I ran as fast as my legs could carry me and crossed as fast as I could to the other end of the busy dualised road. In no time I joined another Molue to Oshodi. This time standing. My dream shattered. I blamed it on the medicine man and Sikira. I began to regret. If only I had heeded to Papa’s warning to flee from that girl, I wouldn’t have brought out my wallet to buy the medicine because I paid for the fare from the change (tucked in my trouser's pocket) I received from the first bus ride between Amu and Oshodi. Then i remembered the boys fighting who were sitting behind me. My mind convicted them too. Who knows when Iskilu will come again. This means my desire to own a car will be delayed. Above all I was grateful to God that someone came to my aid. I arrived home safely in less than 2hrs. The traffic was lighter. I narrated the experience to my mother keeping the details of the medicine i bought. I lied to her that Iskilu had obtained admission and I was going to see him to assist me in mine. She fell flat on the ground and thanked her God that I arrived safely. Mama started to cry. I looked pitiful. She asked one of my siblings to buy ‘fufu’ from Mama Ahmed few houses away. I hurriedly ate the meal. I took off my clothes for a shower. At the shower was Sikira. I had mixed feelings. One was how it would feel to finally engage her in the sex dialogue; moreover, there were several dead spaces at the backyard where we could do it without anyone battling an eyelid. Secondly was that I still bore the grudge that she was instrumental to my missing appointment with destiny. One week passed and life returned to normal. I forgave Sikira in my heart. Her body was too hot to resist. Some boys in the area already tipped me as having a stint with her. Exactly a week after my unsuccessful journey to visit Iskilu, I heard a loud scream from Mama Chioma’s (neighbour) room (it was atypical Brazilian face me I face you house). We all rushed to see what the problem was. She pointed at the TV. Lo and behold it was Iskilu paraded with gun shot wounds on 6pm news. I crashed. Iskilu was identified as the leader of a dreaded armed robbery ring in the Sango Otta axis. He was apprehended on the same day I was scheduled to visit him at the scene of an operation where they had gone to unleash mayhem. They killed a couple and wounded several before their arrest on this fateful day. I wept uncontrollably. Not for Iskilu (who was shot the day after the parade) but for my head that would have been in line on the chop board with iskilu and his cohorts. I dubbed the Molue and all responsible for my missing wallet (inclusive of the medicine man and Sikira) as heroes of my miraculous tale of grace. I had a rebirth. Today I own a very successful video photography studio having enrolled in a vocational school of creative arts. I further attended Yabatech studying creative arts up to HND level. Married to Sikira with children (the first child was an unwanted pregnancy an aftermath of our first romp after using the medicine i bought in the molue). Irrespective my desires for her led to my miraculous tale of grace. Above all I am thankful to God for sparing my life this far. ‘There is always a good side to every disappointment. Obviously Etisalat. Their internet service nationwide is second to none. Quite a lot of freebies on calls too. Their growth as the last entrant in an aggressively competitive environment like Nigeria is commendable and worthy of study in an indigenous Business School. |

. What is the link between "Album Loading" and "Killing Future"? The OP has earned a team of impressive anonymous friends and fans on NL through is style (someone even referred him as NL celebrity on this thread. lol). I am sure his NL friends will always be available to accept and support him if ever and whenever his album completes loading.
