still for this France issue,booking of appointment the site keeps tell me no date available please can any body help me how to book France embassy appointment.

i have friend who travels to the USA to give birth all her children are USA citizen but am not sure but i think they have USA passport or a clearance document,because when they notice the woman travel to USA to give birth she was refused a visa, it was in her records,it was the 5th visa, but then she wasn't pregnant this time,but the husband still have a valid visa and the husband take the children for holiday,without the children going to embassy for visa but the woman has been given a visa now again.so from what i think if they give birth the child will have a passport but till the child is 18 years, that doesn't do them any good.

i called the number and was told by air France that. if the ticket was bought from an agent they will not help me, point blank,that i have to purchase the ticket from them directly.so my question was that if they do not grant the visa can one get refund.

If a student in the UK give birth to a child in uk and the father is not a citizen not even in London,will the child still have to wait for the 8years stuff before becoming a citizen or because the mother is legal resident ie a student,those that make the child a citizen.[b][/b]

i believe since she is legally resident i believe the child doesn't need to stay 7 years b4 becoming a citizen

If i'm correct, i understand that you were born in the UK by legal resident parents, that's a perfect thing.
Well, that aside, i think your travel history record is outstanding and it will surely satisfy the visa officer that you deserve more than just a student visa, therefore, i'D say you stand an enviable chance of success for any kind of UK visa as long as there is no discrepancies in your profile.

thank but i wasn't born in the UK,that question of born in the UK by a legal residence was i friend studying in the UK and she is pregnant for i 9ja guy that has never even traveled to the UK b4.she got pregnant when she came to see the family so she want to no the faith of the child.
For my own case do i stand a chance good chance.so i should apply.

OK i will try the number 2moro morning but the last time i visited their embassy the security guard was asking my friend to bring 20k.how that money is enough for the full holiday in France.it like people think say money easy more than 100 Eur.

are u a Nigerian becos Ur location is bagdad,if u are a Nigerian u better vissit them at vfs to register u complain or abi them dey look for u passport they take style delay you

yes u must enter the country that issue you the visa,some time i heard if it your 1st visa u might not be allowed in.

it will not affect becos it posible that u didnt get a flight direct simple
