These companies that you are complaining about bring their monies, expertise and experience. They did not hinder you or your people from investing. They pay for licences, pay for land, pay taxes and most importantly employ locals.
The Saudi owned ARAMCO is one of the biggest companies in the world if not the biggest. The company is estimated to value more than $2 trillion (two trillion dollars ). Guruindahouse: Thanks a lot! This is my first time liquidating tbill before the maturity date.
Edit: "I won’t advice you do that sir, Because of the default rate. Can be as high as 45percent sir" This is the reply from my account manager when I told him that I want to liquidate my tbill.
Pls reply. no one is advised to break a tbill investment. But if it is cogent that you do, then you do it. No loss on your capital though, except rates have gone down/up compared to your purchase rate. The account managers sometimes are morons. P. S: I have not done it before, but I will later in October when move to consolidate all my bills |

Investment › Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by RealityShot: 9:31am On Apr 25, 2019 |
Guruindahouse: Hello house, I want to liquidate my tbills with Zenith bank.
How much can someone guess I am gonna lose on Tbills of 3.2m naira that's is suppose to be matured on 29/8/2019. Its a six-month tbill of 12.5% rate. I just need some figure that I will get back once I liquidate it. from what we have discussed here: You will not lose your capital (3.2m) It is part of the interest that you will lose. Therefore, You got an interest of 200,000 I.e: 1111.11 per day for 180 days. You have only earned 54 days till today. Therefore, you will have 126 days interest deducted from your interest paid upfront. This equates to : 126 x 1111.1 = N 139999.99 Meaning you will receive N3200000 - N139999.99 = ~N 3,060,000 REMEMBER, you lose nothing. Except for charges normally. In another scenario, if your bank has a liquidation charge, then your case is different as that is what they will remove from your interest. (still not your capital) I believe rates have not gone down that far to make these calculations wrong. GOOD LUCK and please do tell us how you fared at the end. P. S: You should ask them if they will allow you liquidate part of the sum, If you don't really need all of it O. |

sogoajayeoba: ... Within these three days, thousands of petty traders and artisans in the state were activated for the next tranche of the interest-free loan which was immediately followed by the disbursement of the N15,000 to these beneficiaries.
https://www.instagram.com/p/Bwo85WwlMEv/
With the high repayment rate recorded and the increase in the number of beneficiaries who have received the next N15,000, even post general elections, TraderMoni has in itself cleared the claims of it being a political tool. Also, the success and sustainability of the programme is clear to all as close to two million petty traders and artisans have had their businesses improved by this microcredit facility.
To make repayment easier and faster, The Bank of Industry has designed convenient means for repayment of the loans. Apart from the ability to repay these loans in almost every commercial bank, the BOI recently launched the repayment scratch card which brings the beneficiaries just a dial away from repaying their loans.
At the enumeration and activation stage, an easy weekly repayment plan was drawn at N430 per week to last for 6 months. To make this more achievable, the repayment vouchers are made available at denominations of N430. Many of these beneficiaries have stuck to this plan while a significant number have also opted for the one of repayment at commercial banks.
The Government Enterprise Empowerment Scheme (GEEP) has, without doubt, made a nationwide impact among the active economy players at the bottom of the financial pyramid. where are their offices located in port harcourt and Owerri? Is it Bank of Industry's office that is used for registration? |
