There is serious theft in most of the site these days. We need to be very careful not to spend double especially on cables .. Cables are expensive now

If it's bungalow do your pop then wait till you are about to move before you do wiring... You can do wiring and fittings same time... And power your house straight up. What you can do is to buy each materials and keep.

Pre-plaster plumbing: 180k
Complete Electrical piping: N250k
Plastering (range): 700k.

pop under deck is difficult it take more time and you have to use enough filas...

Such a big loss...the workman will take the blame though cos everything boils down to him. 1) Mix ratio was done by him 2) he should have been able to detect a bad cement 3) he should have known the quantity of materials to use. It's sad though

After the plastering, i proceeded with the POP work, both the arc, pillars and the white POP.

I bought 40 bags of POP cement. Each bag is 5,500 Naira.

20KG fillers.

Workmanship is per square meters. So total cost of white POP plus the TV stand was 170,000 Naira

For the arc and pillars,

I bought 5 bags of cement and the workmanship was 30,000 Naira.

Each bag of cement was 3,700 Naira.

How many trips of plaster sand and sharp sand did you buy for the plastering?
