What are the terms and conditions?
If I am to pay for just labour, does the 20% cover labour too?
topsy23: There is serious theft in most of the site these days. We need to be very careful not to spend double especially on cables .. Cables are expensive now
Will leave electricals till moving time...just as twinskenny suggested. Sorry to ask, how do they have access to a building that has well secured doors and windows?
twinskenny: If it's bungalow do your pop then wait till you are about to move before you do wiring... You can do wiring and fittings same time... And power your house straight up. What you can do is to buy each materials and keep.
Good luck
Okay Sir, hope during wiring, the POP won't be affected? Maybe the electrician wants to pass wires through the ceiling
Good evening my beautiful people... I want to appreciate you all for all your assistance, you guys are amazing. May God continue to bless us and protect us. Amen
I am done with plastering, which should be next... POP or wiring?
Do you clean the roads for them? Don't you know that they paid for work to be done on that road? They have every right to stop you from parking in front of their houses.
kopell: I don't understand why you guys are afraid to display your average prices according to brand and sizes as you display your products and adjust as it rises. I will soon need 480 cartons of 60x60 and 180 carton of 30x60. It should be an open market and competitive for customers.
bolu1986: mix ration... bad cement.... poor workmanship...
pop under deck is difficult it take more time and you have to use enough filas...
Such a big loss...the workman will take the blame though cos everything boils down to him. 1) Mix ratio was done by him 2) he should have been able to detect a bad cement 3) he should have known the quantity of materials to use. It's sad though
bolu1986: total area in sqm = 100.6 estimated materials cement 40bags filas 30kg 5liter groundnt oil 5key soap 4 long range casting board labour per sqm varies.. depend on design #1500 upward
thank you
please note: the above still depend on your choice of design..
Okay, thank you Sir... I appreciate your quick response
Hi, good day... Can you please help calculate the cost of installing POP (with materials/labour together and just materials/labour separately). Parlour and dining are together 32.5 by 14ft Masters 15 by 12 Kitchen 11 by 12 Bedroom 1 = 12 by 12 Bedroom 2= 13 by 12
Private sitting room: 14 by 14 Main sitting room: 16 by 14
Kitchen 14 by 12
Can't remember the rest now.
For tiles, kindly go through the thread. I posted it earlier
I have gone through your thread twice ...didn't see the number of cartons you used for ground floor tiles. Please if you can remember the number cartons used for each measurements, I'd be grateful.
