I got 2ft by 2ft ceiling at the rate of 4000 Naira per pack.

I got 30 packs.

I bought wood and nails.

Workmanship was 45,000 Naira.

it's a new product by axion,I heard it's also water proof & prevent cracking (Good for Screeding too) I haven't used it Before tho. (A colleague , who is also in the Construction industry, told me about it).

The wall needs to be measured, to get the total Sqm. Once the total Sqm is known, it's easy to know the amount of materials you'd need.

20 bags @ 20mm thickness, ratio 1:6
OR
12 bags @ 12mm thickness . ratio 1:6

You don’t need to add waste here bcs your widow and door opening will cover that

What is the height of the building …. I believed you only measured “L” shape of the building
Does the building have recess wall ?

He is good in mathematical estimation but you need to include the height of the building.

I think I remember a previous post from saying you're building in Benin. If this is correct, the standard fee as at the time I did my fencing is 4,500 per 100 block for brick layer and 2,500 for service.
