Please guys, I want do windows and pillars art work and they said the cost of each window without materials is 4000ngn and each pillar is 11000. The window design is just normal square not those with plenty designs. Are the prices fair?

no it won't spoil it's stays up to 3yrs, just make sure it's well packed far from water and make sure you put pallet or planks on the floor before parking it

Not sure he knw what the dollar is saying now. Price of building materials is just sky-rocketing every week

He should be aware but using that price as a bait cos who in Nigeria does not know how things are presently He should break down the cost in each stage then maybe, it will be believable

Okay, thank you oh... I was paying a day's charge (100 blocks a day at 15000ngn), I just remembered and decided to ask just incase of next time.

I have been wanting to ask this question, how many blocks do they lay a day to term it a day's charge? Is it advisable to pay per block laid or a day's charge?

The prices in the above list is fair enough, from the prices, it seems he's using light pipe, pls ask, more so tell him to use 50mm pipe for waste pipe instead 40mm there's no much difference in their prices,

I need to understand how many lighting point you proposed for each room sitting room, kitchen, etc to know the quantity

4 POP lights for the rooms and kitchen and chandelier for the master's, then 2 wall lights (placed in the middle/one side of the wall), 8 POP lights and 2 chandeliers for the sitting room. (Not forgetting the ashawo led strip light for sitting room and master's)

Do you think using just POP/ceiling lights is good?

Is your electrician doing half conduit ? The quantity of conduit pipes allowed in the quotation above won't be enough for full conduit. The other materials are okay
