This new policy being introduced by the Lagos State Government is very good. Maturity is a good thing . Starting JSS 1 at 12 years old is not a bad thing. Ideally, a child should be 5 or 6 years old in Primary 1. Starting JSS 1 at 9-10 years old does not mean the child is smart or intelligent. Things always catch up with these kids when they become undergraduates at ages 15-17 years old. There is no need to be in a rush. People who finish from University at 26 to 35 years still become successful in life. Are we saying people do not get jobs even when they are 28-35 years old? It is not about One Nigeria, Juman. We don't have to be ONE NIGERIA to work as a nation. We should adopt the 'Regional Mentality' to develop our States ( 36 States ) without waiting for the monthly allocation from Abuja. Each Region should have a Development Agency that should be funded by the Federal Government with some percentile input from each state governor. The Federal Government will then state that punishment will be meted out to people who embezzle the Regional Development Agency funds. State Governors should be encouraged to develop their States and attract foreign investors. State Governors should also be given the freehand to sort out the electricity problems of their respective States. We need to do away with eating from the 'Common Pot' of sourcing electricity from one Dam or Energy Plant- This kind of arrangement is not working . It has not worked in the past and it will not work in the future. I heard the FG wants to bring in Siemens to sort out Nigeria's electricity problem. This approach will not work too. Every State should be left to bring in companies from developed nations to work on their electricity issues. We cannot fully realize our potentials and develop properly by eating from a Common Pot. If we adopt Regional Mentalities with the goal of making Nigeria progress from different angles, Innoson Motors will flourish without any input from the Federal Government.

They know that they can not engage the USA in war and win. So, they resulted to this biological weapon called coronavirus.
As it is now, businesses are back to normalcy in China while other countries are battling with the virus. They are producing personal protective equipment in large number to export to other countries. In addition, they are buying big companies which the owners or government can not run again in other countries. Since they are back in business, they will keep making money and grow their economy and other nations will be left behind.

Actually, China has helped many third world countries develop than the western nations have done for them. We should not expect China to think for us as a People and as a Nation. This is the problem with the black man- Always expecting someone else to think for him. China has always been the non-aggressive nation towards the Europe and the USA. China does not seek to control other countries in the real sense. The Chinese originally did not want to trade with the outside world, but after being forced to open her borders to other nations by the British, China started to industrialize gradually. China found out that it was weak after Britain and other Western nations forced themselves on China, so the Chinese leaders knew they had to industrialize and develop their own technology to stay relevant in world politics and economy in the decades to come. Stanbic IBTC bank is yet to return the money. The money is even my father's pension paid by Stanbic IBTC Pension. I'm very the bank staff are behind these fraudulent transactions. The State Water Corporations should be privatized as soon as possible. Foreign investors should be invited to Nigeria to bid for the State Water Corporations in Nigeria. We should allow Foreign Companies to buy and manage water production and distribution in Nigerian, and make them retrain the workers and skill them up to international standards. Nigerian workers at all the State Water Corporations need a change of orientation. This will not be possible if State Water Corporations are not privatized. Once Foreign Water Companies come in, they will bring great expertise and innovation and modern equipment into the country. We have done it with Mobile Telecommunications and Cable TV, we can privatize water distribution in Nigeria too. It can be done. Governments all over the world are not very good managers of Water, Light, Gas, Electricity etc. Cheers.

Nigeria has enough hospitals for the corona virus thing. Yet, all are not well equipped, because our health budget has never been higher than $5 billion. Meanwhile, the UK, our colonial master, spends above $100billion on health annually.

And the reason why we don't have the money is our economy is a monoeconomy. Attempts over the years to wean the economy off its dependency via polices like removing subsides , have always been met with resistance. Nigerian hospitals are not well equipped because the money given to the hospitals is mismanaged. The internally generated revenue from the Federal and State owned hospitals is also mismanaged all over the nation. And the people mismanaging these monies are workers and management of these hospitals. So everyone is stealing the country blind one way or the other. The Government should not be blamed alone for the lack of equipment in our hospitals. Cheers.

In furtherance of that criminal gold mining enterprise, the Chinese have ARMED local Ghanaian thugs to MURDER anyone that attempts to stop the rampant destruction of rivers that are vital drinking water sources to thousands of villages in Ghana.

2. Rampant deforestation in Senegal and Gambia, where the highly prized African Rosewood trees are being destroyed by the square mile, to feed the demand for expensive wood furniture in China. As in Ghana, criminal gangs in Senegal and Gambia, make sure that anyone who tries to stop the trade in those trees is simply shot dead, to please the Chinese, whose greed and amorality, know no bounds.

3. Decimation of the last remaining tropical rain forests that lie within the Democratic Republic of Congo, and plundering all the tropical hardwood trees for export to China, again with Chinese-armed criminal gangs supplying the muscle and contract killers to keep the crime going undeterred.

4. Widespread selling of gambling machines in Ghanaian villages, where school children are becoming gambling addicts at young ages, and are thus dropping out of school to concentrate in stealing their parents meager earnings, to go feed the Chinese gambling machines that ALWAYS profit while the village dies financially and, more importantly, intellectually.

5. Continuously burning of used car tires as FUEL, in illegal Chinese bush factories that destroy air quality by churning out gigantic clouds of highly irritating and poisonous smoke, in several parts of Nigeria.

6. Actively financing the wholesale killing of endangered African wildlife, notably the scaly pangolin, whose scales are WRONGLY believed by the Chinese to have the potential of increasing the size of their microscopic mouse joysticks. In Nigeria, hunters are armed and paid, to strip-mine the forest of all living things in existence, all so the fucking Chinese can eat them regardless of species or health risks.

I could go on for a few more pages with similar hard facts, but y'all get the picture. The Chinese go out of their way to EARN hatred wherever the hell they scurry, like so many nasty vermin, on this long-suffering planet. Where there are natural resources to be grabbed while poisoning the land, you will find the Chinese there. Where there are endangered wildlife on the brink of extinction, the greedy Chinese will be there to ensure that the last living stragglers of that species are killed and eaten quickly.

As long as many teenagers don't have productive things to do after school hours, they will continue to be exploited by criminal elements of the society. It did not start today. Back in the 90's, 13-15 year old girls were already physically endowed at their ages and some of them were already having sex while in Secondary school. The situation has worsened over the years with the advent of the internet and mobile phones. Nothing new here really . Why did the girl herself go into the guy's house? Couldn't she have told him to teach her on the school premises after school hours? Is she that daft? Hmn.

I still hold the opinion that this covid19 is the brain child of some set of very powerful people who control the economy and financial systems of the world.

Powerful people have always existed in this World. Powerful people have always controlled the economy of the world since time immemorial. Popes were once very powerful politically and Kings of Europe pledged allegiance to the Pope in the middle ages. All these Powerful people have always succumbed to death. Some of these powerful organizations have disappeared into history . Man always thinks he owns this World, while in reality, the World owns Man. From dust to dust, Man shall return. Let who has ears, hear. This Earth cannot be destroyed by Man. Has all their viruses stopped the Earth from existing one bit? The Earth will always regenerate itself from time to time. Man cannot regenerate himself. Man is not immortal. Man will die and will go back into the belly of the Earth, from where he was created by God. Coronavirus will also succumb to the Earth soon. Whatever will be used to create the vaccine will come from the Earth. And if the vaccine has ulterior motives, it will not stop humanity from existing and reproducing. I am sure about that.
