Rashford is a problem in that forward line. Can he just team play a bit or resign himself to going home. |
Said it before and saying it again. European teams generally do not do well in World Cups outside Europe. |
How did she order for the canoe.....AquaUber?... ![]() |
WhiteIverson:Don't mind them. Comparing France to a team where an aged player is scoring all their goals. How?.... |
Wow, Road to Finals. Morocco is likely to meet France along the way....too bad. |
It will take a highly, highly tactical coach to defeat this France team. Because talent for talent there is just no other squad that can compare or compete. |
3-0. Masterclass. |
Jamboscore:Not a very good player these days. His best days are past him. I guess they are just keeping him because he is the only Caucasian on that team. |
I hope wherever Chukwueze is, he has a big, fat exercise book, taking notes about the way Michael Oliseh plays because their game is crafted in exactly the same way but....the mental side of things is as different as sky from sea. |
Na France get dis cup. Forget am. Make oda teams just surrender. No contest. |
Ramanto:He is a Senegalese. |
Why is Amad Diallo crying. He tried his best, made the difference. If his rubbish coach had started him or brought him on earlier or played a proper attacking formation things will have turned out different. |
Game ofa.... |
Chai. See tapin. |
heartofcity12:Yeah, their dull coach removed two key forwards to 'play safe'...old school tactics. |
Odegaard still playing his cockroach football, turning round and around on one spot....smh. |
Fantastic goal. Goal of the tournament so far. Amad the mad..... |
So disappointed in Ivory Coast. So slow and unseriouous in their play. Wasting their own time in taking simple corners... |
Please you all return. There are Akara grants for your rehab. |
9JAMac10:Absolutely. I cannot identify who is striking for them. This false 9 nonsense is killing teams. Very easy to defend against a team that has no striker. |
kelmicheal:Why do you say so. They were not defending. They did all they could to score and they did. Look at the stats and xG. Ivory Coast only bossed in corners reflecting the fact that their strike force was blunt. |
Ivory Coast is certainly in a problem. They need overloads to score and this will loosen their packed defence. Not a good place to be. They should have done everything possible to hit first. |
Julibet:And who will do the 'overhauling' if you are adamant at excusing the Commander in Chief. Will.you be the mechanic to overhaul... He can establish a counter intelligence section right there in Aso Rock to monitor every single.military formation operating in that region.... Look, I have other things doing this afternoon. Just continue to play. |
Validated:Was about to say something rather similar but deleted it. He should just stop these statements on the country and this government. He is beginning sound like a spokesman and that is toying with his well earned reputation. |
Germany should watch it. I hope they are not following Italy, another storied soccer nation into terminal decline. They are not just producing high quality talents the way they used to. Anyway it is the way if the world. Empires rise and fall. Uruguay were once untouchable in South America, then came along Brazil, today it is Argentina. In North Africa Morocco appears to have taken the crown from Egypt while Senegal has become the prime threat on the West Coast, displacing Cameroun as our arch nemesis. Things change. |
World cups traditionally held outside Europe does not favour Europeans. They generally don't just play well. I think Germany winning in 2014 was the only exception. France may do it due to the 'black' factor but I think it is Argentina's to lose....or even Brazil with the Ancelotti factor....who knows. But spare a thought for the France of the old ages, (the country that started adopting nationals from its colonies into its team) a powerhouse of global soccer, a talent generator, the Netherlands or 'Neverlands'.... when, when, when.... |
India. It has never experienced military rule. |
Paraguay is doing the exact sane thing Japan did, Score and sit back with inevitable results. It just doesn't work. |
If Japan loses this match they are at fault. Brazil has not been commanding enough for them to park th bus. Any time they have ventured forward alarms have sounded in the Selecao defence. |
Oh, Casemiro scored. My bad. Wanted him off since last week. |
Still playing lazy football the early moments of the second half. |
ogelekpomgam:Casemiro should leave the field. Brings nothing to this team. |
