Nass is saying the president can move on to sign the budget pending when the report will be available because the report will not affect the alredy passed budget. And Baba will not sign until he sees the details. No trust, same party. Like intending couples. 'eh, I no go marry until I test am, what if....', 'hian, I no go do until you marry me. Aufbauh: I understand that the NASS members are not happy with the budget as there are no traditional kickbacks imputed in the budget hence they retired to legislative histrionics, fault findings and unwarranted technicalities to the frustrate the passage and implementations.
We should expect more antics and dramas from the NASS members in the course of the budget implementations as relates to their oversight functions. And do not be carried away as they're all united in the course to shortchange the common man irrespective of their party divides. I see. The corruption is no longer domiciled in the PDP abi, but he is also in the House where the APC holds a majority. He is in the budget office aka Proctor & Gamble which manufactures pads. He is in the Judiciary. He is in the civil service. He is in Gucci's showroom aka INEC.....HE IS EVERYWHERE!!!.....sorry Mr. White aka the Pale King. Told you guys. |

Two main things like you stated above. -he has some secret info they needed Like I said in the first instance. It may relate to the GLK he was driving. I hate to speculate but the DMI and the DMP should look at his last tour of duty in the Boko theatre. There are two possible scenarios, one, a revenge, the other a hit. |

And strange as this may sound, too personally. Everyone but a few who comment on social media are abreast of all the facts of a matter and people make comments for many, varied reasons because the world is made up of all sorts of people. Have you had a picture of your childhood taken and shown before family and friends. It immediately attracts jibes, jabs, jokes and all manner. Does anyone wish you bad, no. Its the same. People must post and people must comment. You have stated the facts. You committed no crime. What is the big deal. And hey, when it comes to finances, there is absolutely nothing new or strange in anyone's ability or otherwise at any point in time to have one thing or the other. Poverty or wealth is not your bank balance or the car you drive. It is your mental disposition in relation to your environment. Watch out. |

If everyone wanted image rights for whatever reasons the internet and social media as we know it will cease to exist. The guy has every right to find exception but the discourse goes beyond him as an individual. Most people don't care who he is and won't remember him on the streets but that they debate the activities in the image, they should. |

Countries that are good are not good for no reason. America is not alone in this show of shame; their cousins in London imprison more people than any other countries in the EU When we called them Apartheid society, it wasn`t an exaggeration. They are tough on crime rather than being tough on the causes of crime. The more unequal a society is, the higher its prison population. That is what democratic capitalism is all about. And its socialism that reduces crime abi. Ask Cuba and Venezuela....very naive. |

Cos so far that's what he's implying if he's talking about Tinubu. He is not taking sides or blindly supporting individuals or alphabets like some of you would have. Rather stating facts which are apparent though mistaken. One, the corruption war cannot be won and Buhari will be defeated. Two, corruption is not an individual, a political party, a business entity or whatever. Corruption is a way of life for the average Nigerian. So when he says it is fighting back, it means the average Nigerian will not allow Buhari change their way of life and in good numbers and with leadership they will defeat Buhari and Nigeria will not change. Where Tinubu fits into all these remains unproven to many but Charly seems to think he is setting himself up to take that leadership position by the age old, well worn tool of tribalism. Hmmm.... |

That there will be no elections because of PDP's problems is a joke. If you have been getting free power for 50 years why stress yourself. Cut them off and they will do. Even private companies are running turbines. Don't they have a Corps of Engineers. What are they doing? Engineering mammy market swig joints. Their mates in the US Army rebuilt power stations, dams, bridges and roads in Iraq after the war. omohayek: This just shows up the stupidity of all those who were jubilating at hearing about soldiers assaulting DISCO staff members: the sheer scale of the debts owed by the army and other government organs is what is making it so difficult to upgrade the transmission infrastructure. Who will lend money to companies that can't collect from their biggest debtors because they live in a lawless country where anybody in khaki can act as if he's above the law? And the bulk of consumption in these military formations occurs in the barracks not even in their offices and operational facilities because our military in most parts remains an 8hr service. Like the civil service they get in at 7 and close at 3pm yet are given almost constant power. For what. |

blueto: Is like someone needs to go and tutor buhari in Aso Rock on the discrepancy between being an opposition and being an adversary(enemy).
It is because from his actions so far, we can infer that he takes oppositions as his perceived enemies .
Oppositions are concerned about the growth and development of the nation, that is why make reprimanding statements against the incumbent govt to instill discipline and effectiveness in them for the good of the nation.
though they still maintain an agendum of attaining political bureau by dethroning the incumbent govt, but their foremost agendum is to influence the govt for good and palatable leadership. Not exactly. The opposition does not work for the good of the government. It works for the good of the people. It is the opposition's job to discredit the government in anyway possible (in a presidential system by promoting flaws, in a parliamentry system by promoting alternative views). It is the stress, tension caused by interparty battles that the people exploit for their good. Democracy is like a tent held in place by opposing forces anchored in fixed positions under which the people shelter. The PDP is not there to make this government work. It will work to make this government fail. |

OteDOLLAR: Ighalo was as useless as menstrual blood in dis match! What is d usefulness of a striker dat could not take a shot or even make a complete pass?? What is it with Kelechi Iheanacho that Nigerian coaches hate him this much. Keshi never gave him a look even when drowning. He was taken to the U20's World Cup. Benched almost throughout for less quality. He produced virtually the only shot on target in Kaduna resulting in the only goal of the episode and his reward, bench. |

Surfboard: You can criticise tactics all you want, but the coach had a plan. Tough luck it didn't pan out.
Iheanacho is no longer a playmaker, he can't do those things anymore, he has been converted to a striker at City because of the quality of his finishing. Okay sir. You need quality finishing and you put him on the bench. I hope you got quality finishing from Ighalo, another Emenike typo. The era of big, burly number 9's are over. By the way sir, who struck the bar for the rebounded goal in Kaduna. Nigerians, always slow in thought. |

There are no guarantees that if he had done all you wanted, that we would have won the game. Nuts. Iheanacho is the only playmaker there. Every other forward player is a photostat. Moses and Musa are exactly alike. Why play both. Wing play is 80's game. The modern game is done in the middle. |
