Khan2013:Calling you an hypocrite is merely an understatement. I was following your argument carefully until you crystallized your hypocrisy with this very reply to Apcharam. You mean El-rufai did everything else that Apcharam said but should not be condemned because he didn't declare kaduna an islamic state? Have you heard of the statement "there's no legality in illegality."? Hypocrisy is when you try to justify an injustice simply because it favors your opinion at that point in time. Injustice is injustice no matter how it is done, who does it, or where it is done so stop being an hypocrite, it's not good for your health. |
Abalado:Let him emerge as the PDP flag bearer first before we discuss that. It's either he wins the PDP primary and defeat GYB in the general election, or he agrees to deputize whoever emerges as the PDP flag bearer or he goes back to his house and have enough time to serve as the head of the family. |
Kogi is just a moderate description of what Nigeria is as a country. i.e Kogi as a state has a mild version of every problem Nigeria has as a country. It is multi-ethnic and with the two major religions (Christianity and Islam) being practiced amounting to almost 50 and 49 % of her population respectively, and about 0.2 and 0.8% being non religious and traditionalists respectively. When election comes, competence, merit and, capability are thrown into the air leaving the whole thing to boil down to religion and ethnicity which are the banes of rational thinking and the people's ability to make the right choice. You can't be doing the same thing often and often while expecting a different result. Until Kogites restructure their minds and free themselves from the shackles of religious and ethnic influence in their politics, the parasitic relationship between their development and bad governance will continue to thrive. I hope the outcome of the coming election reflects the true will of the majority. |
Toscarel:I'm sorry if you thought I actually meant it ![]() Maybe you're simply the ignorant fellow here for not understanding the sarcasm in my comment. |
naijaboy756: ![]() The day of the Lord fa This see below guys no d rest at all. They work Sunday to Sunday. If they channeled the same energy they are using for see below into something legit even if it is biscuit selling, I'm sure they would have conquered poverty and hunger in their lives but fraud has been engraved into their hearts and they don't even believe there are legit ways to make money. |

ExcelDeBaron:Good morning and happy Sunday ![]() |
Stupidity is certainly an understatement when we talk about the mentality some Nigerian youths are moving around with. So this has to still boil down to politics? Let me sit down and watch how Wadume will begin to deny all the crime he has committed. They may later say he's simply a vigilante member who bought weapons to fight bandits in their community. RIP to the policemen who lost their lives fighting crime which is like a faceless man in Nigeria. |
More like an end to end encryption. No vacancy for poverty. Ifuknowuknow! |
OpenYourEyes1: U don't mean it right? Pls tell me more. For me, I believe good is good regardless of who does it and kindness is kindness regardless of who does it too. |
I only pity the poor policemen who actually thought that Nigeria security forces are actually fighting crime without realizing that we bade farewell to those days long long ago. In today's Nigeria, criminals are celebrated, those who should fight crime see their job as an avenue to enrich themselves and live far above their earnings. Public officers in the security system are competing wealth with politicians and calling it sharing of national cake. It's so bad that only petty criminals are being convicted. As it stands, any criminal who is worth 1 million naira can hardly be convicted except he does not know the right place to go. Even in checkpoints, they only do stop and search for vehicles with less prestige while ignoring the real criminals in luxurious tinted glass vehicles. Crime and killing of innocent people has become a regular and non surprising order in our roster. So many crimes have been committed in this country which the perpetrators where actually apprehended and deserve public execution or death sentence as prescribed by the law but the whole issue will just boil down to keeping hardened criminals who had confess to numerous killings of innocent citizens in luxurious prison to attend never ending court judgment until nothing will be heard about such criminals again. Otherwise tell me why on earth someone like Evans is still alive and even bragging about his rights being violated? Where is Oguche, the guy who was arrested and confessed to be responsible for nyanya bomb blast? What happened to the cases of all the high profile criminals? Why isn't there a public awareness of how their conviction or case end, at least to serve as deterrent to teeming criminals? The love for wealth of most public officers has killed the dutiful aspect of their minds. Until we restructure our minds to know that humanity should be placed high above every other thing in the hierarchy, the peace and stability we crave can only be read on pages and not in reality. Let's all embrace peace, shun corruption and wickedness in high places and follow the principle of "live, and let's live." There is no better alternative to peace Dear God, pls heal Nigeria and restore her glory. |

So a former deputy senate president cannot be beaten in peace again abi? I think both the beaters and the beatee should produce another clip for us. It was fukking funny |
So people still call him lion after Wike de-lioned him long ago? Everyone knows who the real lion is. |
The guy no wear belt |
highcollide:It's one thing to have a problem whereas it is another thing to know you have a problem. Can you imagine he even said that Buhari is not the problem but some of the sycophants surrounding him are the problem. He didn't realize he's one of the sycophants for thinking that Buhari is not the problem. Some of the people who preferred GEJ or Atiku over Buhari don't do so because they think either GEJ or Atiku is a Saint, but because they had foresight and could understand that Buhari was a disaster. It is even sadder that with the number of smart and intelligent individuals Nigeria boasts of as a country, to have such a dullard like Buhari ruling is a complete mockery of competence and intelligence. In saner climes, someone as dull and incompetent as Buhari should be a messenger in a live stock farm. |
Is God not wonderful? The president is suddenly not the problem again? I had hoped you said this during GEJ. We all still remember how we blamed GEJ for virtually everything that happened in the country during his tenure so I consider this as a failed attempt to exonerate Buhari from blame. When GEJ was in power, even a man who could not impregnate his wife would blame GEJ for it so just allow Buhari to face the same fate since what is good for the goose is also good for the gander. ![]() Hypocrisy can be defined as when you knew and understood the bolded statement below but still criticized and blamed GEJ even for the mosquitoes that bit people during his tenureBuhari is just one man attending to so many issues at the same time and even if he is super human, he will still be swindled, and for that, whoever tells you stealing is not going under this administration is just being plane stupid. Simplyleo: |
Deepthoughts:It's more like he is being jealous by his peers whom he superceded in terms of achievement, if not tell me one form of corruption you can attribute to Atiku which every other Nigerian politician is not guilty of. Every Nigerian politician is guilty of corruption in one way or the other and non of them is a Saint. What some buharideens don't understand is that we are not supporting Atiku because he's a Saint, we're supporting him because Buhari is a disaster |
Deepthoughts: ![]() He should be crying if he truly understood the bolded. Some people are just too zombified to post anything reasonable. He accused someone, you ask for a simple evidence, he started asking question instead of presenting the evidence. Someone needs to open a new forum for zombies and call it zombiland ![]() |
Niaja4real:The devil they have been stoning from time immemorial, If the stoning truly has any significant effect on the devil, how come it's still alive and active? Religion and hypocrisy are inseparable, no wonder Karl Marx called it the opium of the people. |
NSNA:Well, to me, it's not the topic that is misleading. Rather, it is the mindset of the reader that can mislead the reader. If you open the topic with the mindset that there are many Sades out there, you won't be misled. Think about it, the deceased Sade could be more important to those who know her personally than how important Sade Adu is to some of those who are her fans. On the other hand, I think the celebrity Sade Adu should consider adopting a unique stage name which she could be uniquely addressed by her fans, otherwise, Sade is simply a common name which anyone who bears it could be addressed by it anytime and any day. |
From the kind of comments I'm reading, it seems like people are trying to say the deceased doesn't have the right to be identified or addressed as Sade. Abi her name should be changed since she's dead? Whether Sade Adu or Sade whatever has the right to be addressed simply as Sade and there's no big deal about it. Every life is important abeg. Let's stop making it look like the lives of those we regard as celebrities are more important than those who celebrate them cos there can't be one without the other. No one can become a celebrity without those who celebrate them in the first place. |
Kikikikiki ![]() I will not comment because I don't have anything to say for now. Investigation mode activated ![]() |
Dantedasz:That's how vicious the world has always been to the good guys. What's now the benefit of owning a high spec device when you can't record a simple 5 minutes video and share to friends and family far away. 5 minutes video with devices with this kind of spec would be nearly 235mb. Now imagine buying data to send a 235mb 5 minutes video to one of your friends and one of your siblings, how much data will be left to do other things? Sometimes when we think far, some things are not just worth it but we humans even take those things more seriously than our very complicated existential nature as human. |
Abeos:Certainly, there must be. It even amazes me more that it has become virtually impossible to replicate or even try to get something close to what Sloot got. All the tech world now talks about is how to stock devices with gigs of storage space instead of working towards encryption and compression of files to make room for ease of sharing which will also translate to making the web less busy and congested. |
It obviously seems like the tech world is forgetting something very important and no one even seems to talk about it. No one is complaining about file size compression because with all this specs now, someone would snap a picture and the size will be 8mb, 30 seconds video and the size will be 54mb so where exactly are we heading to? Honestly, the tech world needs to look into this issue. This reminds me of a lost technology by a man named Romke Jan Sloot who invented the Sloot digital coding system which could allegedly store a complete movie in 8 kilobytes of data storage space, but he eventually died with the knowledge and no one else has found how he managed to do that. |
I will give the money to the FG to purchase weapons to fight insecurity in Nigeria in my dream but in real life, I will relocate to Canada and start a new lyf |
