Oma307: I thought he would have been a good leader considering his young age but my guess was as good as no. seriously I don't want to talk about the guy because I really feel ashamed for him. well, he can't value the position when he was selected for an elected position. I would have loved him to feel the heat what it means to contest for an elected position he had no reason not to have performed considering the fact that he was given the seat on what I would rather call a platter of gold... except for the primaries, no campaign, no endorsement, yet he got the opportunity only for him to squander it and also took us back to 20years ago... I am glad now cos the time is come when he will reap the consequences of his stewpidity |

Oma307: I want the APC leaders to leave him and contest for the post and let see his popularity among the people if not by hook or crook, Yahaya Bello doesn't stand a chance of winning a councilor seat even in his ward considering how poor he has handled the golden opportunity he was given as the youngest governor |

A Twitter user decries his plight as a masquerade was seen endorsing Gov. Yahaya Bello by holding his poster.
The Twitter user by the name, Austin Okai, wrote - "I am sure this masquerade wants his own Venza from Kogi State Government. Another masquerade endorsing Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello .
This is a serious endorsement for Yahaya Bello re-election. May be masquerade will vote him that day @adeyanjudeji"

plaindealer: Though I don't waste my time on fake stories like this obviously fake story, just to highlight the absurdity and ridiculousness of the whole Bullion Van thing, it is now a crime to rent Bullion Vans to transport your money and other valuables so exactly what is the problem here?
When they arrest and prosecute real looters and corrupt people red-handed, they shout and cry that it's a witch hunt, but renting Bullion Vans to convey your valuables that wasn't stolen from anywhere, you demand prosecution. Prosecution for what?
I know the EFCC have better things to do.. If you don't have anything to say, you should have just tapped the "back" button on your phone and open the next topic. It's not a must to comment on every thread after all. |

Stingman: Nigeria will never organize a civilian revolution to chase away bad leaders because people like you who support thieves because they come from your region are in the majority. Two persons where arrested conveying bank money from Enugu to Lagos by EFCC. Did they steal the money from anywhere? If PDP chieftain was seen on election day conveying money, do you think you will not support EFCC to arrest him that same day? You evil people should always remember there is karma that pays people after their deeds at its own appointed time. Don't mind the hypocrite asslicker. He thought he had made some sense with that useless comment. |

Romance › Re: See What Stubborn Husband Did After Company Transferred Wife To America by respect80(m): 3:17pm On May 25, 2019 |
SenatorAiyzik: I think you should forgive your husband. I mean how could you hold a grudge with your husband for 9 years about this? A man you live in same home with and sleep on same bed I suppose, had three issues with him and you still hold a grudge? Girl that's terrible. Over what exactly? Fact he didn't go to court with you?! Okay let me ask you this, in 9 years have you constantly reminded him and he kept saying no?? I'm sure you didn't and I'm also sure he would have accepted before now to legalize because obviously there's no reason not to anymore. Truth is marriage isn't about vengeance. You'll only end up hurting yourself and your kids. Oh you want your own pound of flesh over the happiness and unity of your family? Then this means you never valued your family. For 9 years Ha! And you pray to God every time to forgive your sins? Yet you cannot forgive a man.thats really improper. Remember you're not God and you're only doing this because the tables have turned financially and you won't support a man who supported you before you became anything, a man you call your husband. It's such a pity. Like I said remember you're not God. He gave you this opportunity and it can change someday. I'd advise you to support your husband and let this go and forgive him genuinely or you can as well do the other way and see where it leads Of what difference is she from the man if she can't forgive and move on? The sad thing is that most people see marriage as having a partner who will always please them at all times where as that is not possible, so it is better to be with someone who you can always tolerate his/her shortcomings |

asuustrike1: I was in that business when it was good that is when call rate was N50/min not anymore. Anyone still selling recharge card should have other things he or she sells because the profit margin is very low. Had it been it was N50 then many would have consider it That's why I blame MTN and all these telecommunications firms because they use people to work like elephant and eat like ant... Someone would just sit at the comfort of his office making millions while the real people doing the job are on the street struggling to feed. No wonder one of my lecturers then would say, "if you refuse to use your brain, you will use your energy." |
Politics › Re: Zamfara: Fani-kayode Reacts As Supreme Court Nullifies APC Victory by respect80(m): 6:45pm On May 24, 2019 |
foolbuster: You see? Thats exactly my point. Apart from the fact that the best the courts could do was hand over the mandate to somebody a majority of the people did not choose which makes the whole democratic thing look stupid because it defeats the purpose. It is still the same incompetent process that made it possible for someone that broke the rules to be presented in the first place
Cc: gidgiddy I strongly agree with you on this especially the issue of incompetence, but more importantly, it is the people who practice democracy in an unserious way that should be blamed and that why I keep telling people that some of the things we do as humans aren't bad but how we do it matters a lot. In this case, incompetence like you said gave the candidate involved to even contest. |
Politics › Re: Zamfara: Fani-kayode Reacts As Supreme Court Nullifies APC Victory by respect80(m): 5:53pm On May 24, 2019 |
foolbuster: But he won the election despite that. Majority of people want him to lead them. Isn't that the main primary essence of democracy?
My point is the court is a very stupid arm of this nonsense called democracy. It does not follow common sense or reasoning. It is not for Africa neither is democracy. It is for the people that originated it and they forced it down the throats of everybody. I understand the perspective you are talking from, but democracy itself has laid down rules and regulations guiding any society practicing it as well as stipulated punishment for breaking a rule. In this case, I think it would be more appropriate to blame the person who broke the rule despite being aware of the consequences and not democracy itself for exhibiting itself. Your point points are completely valid, but inconsequential or it simply doesn't address the issue at hand. It would have only been valid if there were no laid down rules addressing the situation on ground. |
Phones › Re: Airtel, Globacom Battle MTN For Dominant Position (PHOTO) by respect80(m): 5:14pm On May 24, 2019 |
asuustrike1: Unfortunately I only use myself as illustration as I don't sell recharge card There are some business people do, not with the intention to make big profit from it but as a doorway to raise money for more profitable business. There are also some who believe in business expansion over long period of time and this kind of people will continue to develop a very small business until it gets to its peak. Depending on the motive of starting the business, but if anyone enters into recharge card business with the intent to make high profits soon enough, then such a person will only end up being frustrated which is the reason why the "get rich quick syndrome" always affect many over ambitious entrepreneurs. If not, buying card @90 naira to sell at 100 naira like you said is not even bad. Moreover, it's even less than that cos some say you don't get up to 100 naira after selling a whole role of recharge card sef. But the idea is, you always have the choice of what kind of business you want to do, how much profit you expect and your goal as an individual. |

asuustrike1: Mr man stick to online recharge if you feel paper card is expensive.I can't buy mtn paper card for N90 per card and then sell at N100. Many of your kind bluntly refuse to use other options even though they are cheaper and easy to load Since by prediction about your stance was actually correct, I now rest my case... Continue the hustle bro Your breakthrough will surely come |
Phones › Re: Airtel, Globacom Battle MTN For Dominant Position (PHOTO) by respect80(m): 4:21pm On May 24, 2019 |
asuustrike1: 10% increment isn't bad as the price of things has gone up. The cost of printing paper is high hence it is advisable to use your bank or VTU as it is cheaper. Wtf did I just read? I want to believe the bolded statement above is some kind of joke you're cracking... U even went ahead to say that "the cost of printing paper is high." you mean as high as a single unit of a hundred naira card should incur an additional cost of #10? I'm no longer surprised with your opinion because in Nigeria here, we take everything for granted... Even stealing has different definitions depending on the individual who commits the offence. Take for instance, if all other goods and services should increase in price as high as 10%, I hope you won't be among those who will complain? All in all, a sudden 10% increase in a product like recharge card is not normal except you are trying to say you don't know anything about the concept of checks and balancing. Do you know what it means to add 2 naira each to all the recharge cards people buy in a day? Since we don't use coin, they could easily sell a 105 or 108 unit of recharge card for 110 naira which will translate into a 2% or 5% increment respectively. If you still don't understand what I have said, then I would be left with no choice than to believe that you are either supporting MTN because you are one of their many retailers who sell cards or your monthly stipends directly or indirectly depend on something related to MTN. |
Phones › Re: Airtel, Globacom Battle MTN For Dominant Position (PHOTO) by respect80(m): 12:56pm On May 24, 2019 |
asuustrike1: Production cost is responsible for the slight increment. U call 10% increment MINOR ? The card should probably be 102, 103 or perhaps 105 naira. 10% increment is not minor sir. Do you want me to tell you how they can sell something like recharge card for 102,103 or 104 Naira even though we are not using coin? |
