One day, one trouble |
My car wey no gree start for over a week, as I read this news, my car just magically start. Thank you OP for doing a wonderful thing for me |
Ok. Noted |
RIP But you Dickson, you led a failed clueless administration for eight years |
Don't be shy, suspend it for eternity. Stop wasting our scarce resources on 'imaginary national unity' that we only pretend about. But on a second thought, that's one of the ways few ordinary Nigerians eat from the national cake too. These our national crooks, once NYSC is suspended indefinitely, they will still loot that budget regular |
See wahala. Why all these men dey get certificate problems like this. Despite the fact that this fraudulent country lowered the minimum qualification to O'level to favour themselves, they still can't meet the bar set by themselves. The most painful one is a non graduate disqualifying a graduate for NYSC certificate issue |
What are they upholding when the accused did not appeal... Just act the prepared script and let everyone move on Nigeria is a circus. |
It is very difficult to live in a country where some people do certain bad things and nothing happen to them, while you do far less and you get dealt with. A country cannot truly survive/endure when its mechanism for giving justice is very flawed. Nigeria do not give justice, and don't even attempt to do so. The thing is, all these cases of obvious bias by government will live for a very long time but the sure thing is, no matter how long it takes, Nigeria is going to pay for it. A man, and a indeed a country cannot continue to offend people and dream to live a better life in the future |
Beautiful |
Congratulations Nigeria Army |
Lolz All these useless congregation of thieves we call political parties in Nigeria |
Always keep your cards close to your chest, and keep your powder dry. They made so much noise that allowed their competitors to sabotage them. Sorry TSTV |
We can finally rest now. They've turned his demise/funeral to a political one/gathering. RIP George |
post=90428530:You don't believe the one they said about Akpabio, but turn around to believe the one about Nwaboshi under same scandal. That's double face |
Akpabio is always associated with stealing |
The killer cop and his accomplices has been arrested, and are already on trial. What exactly is the reason for the continued protest and the attempt to breach the White House? Why are these protesters so much interested in breaching the White House? |
Enough of this already |
SouthNigerian:Oga, stop supporting bad behaviour. BRT is presently carrying full capacity, except for standing. They claimed they are carrying 20 passengers and increased the fares under that guise but that is not the case. What right does primero have when they don't own any of the buses they are punishing us with. Imagine paying N300 from Ikd to Ketu when they are carrying full capacity. Tata buses still carry N100, N200 for that same space depending on the time of the day. What loss are they incurring when they have not added any bus to their fleet? We will keep on supporting evil until the country will fall off from a cliff |
Praise be to God |
They should not try another lock down You can't lock down people from surviving especially when you don't do anything differently to salvage the situation. During the six weeks lock down, they never tested people more than the way they are testing people now. They lock down then go home and sit down like the rest of us with the hope that magic happens. Please leave Lagos alone Somebody cannot possibly survive with the fear of corona virus and the fear of losing his job |
Terz4christ:@bold Do you know me? Have you read my comments on this platform before? Did I declare that I am a Catholic? Do you have the slightest idea if I am a Christian? Surely your next thought would be my moniker. You accused me of making unsubstantiated claims yet you are the guilty party. Have you seen where I criticised pastors for things they did not do, to the point of being jealous? Uncle, not every commentator here is interested in those childish ethnic and religious games/arguments here |
One4me:@bold There is nothing normal or abnormal about 30 candidates applying for 10 available positions. Interests always outnumber opportunity. It is just the natural order of things. Not everybody that wants to become a priest that will end up as a priest even in the societies we consider to be normal. Again, I never attacked his person. I only needed to be emphatic and pragmatic for him to go back to the drawing board. However, if he considers my opinion to be abrasive, then I am sorry. Lastly, I want to advise that you take a closer look at the monikers you mention at all times. I'm not the one that asked him to mention names. I will never do that. |
stevmatt15: Don't join priesthood to deceive yourself because you are not priest like, and may end up like the one we are reading about today. @bold, you are calling out a woman's name in public forum because you "heard" an accusation about her sleeping with a priest in your compound. When the priest was confronted, did he confess to committing the heinous crime you accuse the woman of? You're not clever at all. What if they sue you for this comment? Will your defense be relied on hearing the accusation in your compound? Someone tested you and you failed woefully like a dead wood. Is this how you will hear confessions from your congregation as a priest, then go into town and start gossiping by calling names? I don't think you can keep that sacred order as a priest. You even contradicted yourself by claiming you don't just talk from hearsay, whereas, everything you said is based on hearsay. Was the woman caught or her husband or whatever accused her based on suspicion. Assembly of God pastor settling marital dispute is not enough evidence for you to go on cyberspace to call names. If the woman was caught sleeping with a priest, is it the function of Assembly of God pastor to settle it, or the Function of the Bishop to discipline the priest? For an outsider (Assembly of God pastor) to intervene in a weighty accusation, it is an indication that the details are shaky. You as an intending priest now relied on that to call out someone's mother on the Internet to back your lame argument. I dey vex for you |
stevmatt15:If 35 passed, and the required number is between 5 - 8, why do you think you are among those they cheated. You can't automatically assume the position of being the cheated one because there are still more than 20 candidates that passed the examination without getting admission. You can't make a good priest with this kind of mindset. You are too emotional to make rational judgement. Learn to separate yourself from whatever and whoever you're criticising. The only cogent thing you said is about they offering admission to a candidate that did not pass the test...that's all. Imagine this scenario. 35 of you passed, twenty of you got recommendation from a bishop, 10 from parish priest, five from the vocation directors. They offered admission to five candidates recommended by bishops, 1 from parish priest, and one from the directors. Will you accuse them of cheating because you did not get what you wanted despite the fact that those that got it actually passed the test? What I see from your write up is that, you have the average mentality of a Nigerian politician..'It must be me attitude' My advise is that, if you truly desire priesthood, go back to the drawing board and learn the ropes. Study the trend, ask yourself what and what has been depriving you of this opportunity for the past three years. If you discover that candidates with recommendation from Bishops stand a better chance after passing the test, go make friends with a Bishop or get recommendation from there, or better still, go a little above and get a recommendation from a Archbishop. Your story is a classical case of 'passing the test is not enough' Pls go and learn the ropes and know your onions |
MetaPhysical:Anyways, I'm not interested in the Lagos vs others argument, because I don't see what it is going to translate to. I only sort to correct the erroneous claim made by many that Calabar was the first capital of Nigeria. My interest is just for you to acknowledge the error, that's all. Have a great day |
MetaPhysical:@bold This claim is wrong. Calabar was only the administrative capital of the Southern protectorate and Oil Rivers Protectorate. Calabar even ceased to be the capital long before 1914. The administrative capital of the Southern Protectorate was moved to Lagos in 1906 after its unification with the oil rivers Protectorate. Lagos is the first official capital of Nigeria in 1914 and the only one until Abuja |
tillaman:Oga, that letter is dated March, 2020. The letter is not written on stone. This is just a clear case of lacking capacity to do basic things of governance |
flejnr2:Pls stop What stops them from reviewing the list before sending it to the senate. February and April is two months apart |
What |
Wilstino:My brother, the opinion about nose mask for only people that are infected has been reversed in the US in light of new evidence. Due to asymptomatic carriers that may spread it unknowingly, everyone has been encouraged to wear a nose covering, whether medical or home made nose covering. No one has ever said, including the man you mentioned said wearing mask protects one from the virus 100% but it sure slows the spread from human to human. If the WHO had not made their colossal failure as per the recommendation they made about wearing of mask, exactly as you are echoing same, maybe we wouldn't have been where we are today. Most of the new transmissions have been proven to be from asymptomatic carriers which a simple nose covering could have limited the spread. If you are the type that go out and you have a nose cover, please wear it. There is no absolute cure or prevention technique, the best solution now is mitigation and wearing of a simple nose cover is one of them especially in light of new evidence. Lastly, pls don't be obsessed with CNN. CNN can never hide their obvious bias towards Washington. CNN's corona virus president (Dr Anthony Fauci) whom they trust even more than the US president is also in support of wearing mask now. Whatever you hear from the White House, just know that the opposite is what you will get from CNN because to them the White House does nothing right. Shalom |
