Indeed it hurts to be referred to as ugly. However, as we all become mature, the physical aspect of beauty fails to impress us much, as we learn to dwell on the innate aspect of beauty.

A girl who's beautiful becasue she's busty, or has J-lo hips or Angelina Jolie lips will fade when those attributes disappear; and they surely will.

Beauty, exemplified by an aggregation of character, composure, attitude and; yes, a bit of the physical stuff usually lasts longer and appeals more to the mature minded guys.

Funny enough most guys feel the same way about girls. While these guys specify beauty as a vital criteria, the girls specify beauty as well as money.
However I really think that beauty is a mind thing. Yes, some people are flashy and stand out easily in crowds. Some however are subtly gorgeous that you keep wondering what it is that makes them tick. Find out where you belong and be proud of it.

Thanks. I never said I agree or disagree with IG's point. I wonder if you read my thread from right to left. However, you did not answered the question I asked (probably because it was not directed at you ).
I simply want to understand the significance of the eagle in the catholic doctrine. If you can enlighten me, please do (with facts please).

If that relationship is the wrong one, you will have no problems letting it go. If you encounter much difficulty in letting go, then there may still be something good in it for you.

However, a bad relationship could be likened to a bad habit: bad for you, but you still can't let go. Alcoholism and adultery fall in that category.

Take a look at the bad side of that relationship, and ask urself if u can straighten it out. If not, then tell your partner you'll want to call it quits. Eschew all hard feelings. Breaking up must not mean the person is bad. It usually implies that the both of you are incompatible 'from then onwards'.

Sucking mucus from the nose of a child isn't exactly supposed to be a hubby.
However, offering a handkerchief to a 3-month child to blow his/her own nose is not the most brilliant thing to do.
They are babies and hence cannot blow their own nose. The action of nose blowing is not as involuntary as pissing, shitting, crying etc etc.
You'll have to have some level of control of effect such a task. Babies don't have such ability.
I would be scared stiff if my 3-month abby can blow his/her nose. That's more like an adult baby if u ask me.

Speaking of mucus, it originates from the throat, which invariably is connected to the mouth. So sucking that of your child is not like coming in contact with a toxic waste or something. Besides, there are less bacteria to be found in a baby's nose than "down there".

Word of caution though!
Don't suck too hard so as not to burst the babies ear drums. The sucking has to be extremely gentle.

Do not run into conclusions.

I've got some oando shares I got for N95. They are presently at N82 or so. This is actually the right time for me to buy more, bearing in mind that the decline in value can be attributed to the MEND crisis. Oando wouldn't make much gain to buy crude at $74/barrel and sell it to Naija market without a commensurate increase in pump price. If you observe, most oil stocks are down except those in the upstream sector. People are shying away from them and dumping their money in the banking sector, hence the good run with 1st bank and GTB. Most bank stocks are on suspension due to recent IPOs. So, 1st bank and GTB are actually enjoying alone what they should be sharing with Zenith, Union Bank, Diamond bank and IBTC.

Stocks usually appreciate in value just before positive company results are announced. That also explains GTB's present performance. Guiness is competing with NB hence they seem to play a ding-dong game. One often rises when the other is falling.

It's never advised to spread ur money thinly amongst all the stocks. Carefully study a company before u buy into them. Also remain loyal to ur stocks. Your narration actually fits that of a playa playa. There's absolutely no qualms with that. Problem is: you're now married. At 28, it seems you got married because you probably had a good job and then decided to settle down. Some guys do face/are about to face the same dilemma you find yourself in today.

Here's how it orks. You have a cute little girl. Anyday you step out of the line, think of your little daughter as the injured party and the victim of your excesses.

I presume your rendezvous with your girlfriends do not take place in your home. Hence, you actually have to go to them. That's the part you have to deal with. Stop going to them. Resist all attempts to visit them. Shunning all at the same time may be a bit too optimistic; so trim the number to 2, before you finally bid them all goodbye.

I presme you still maintain a rosy relationship with your wife. Improve on it, and keep your family intact. That's the only true treasure you have on earth. They'll always be there for you thru all weather.

I am quite amused at these so-called banks that decided to dismiss state university and polytechnique graduates. I guess the pea-brain behind such a policy does not really understand what obtains in our institutions these days.

It wouldn't be a bad idea though for all investors in such banks who are also state university and polytechnique graduates to withdraw whatever they have in such insitutions. Since these banks have decided to rid their institution of second class brains, they might as well do away with second class capital investment.
