I advise you stick to your present weight. Some women naturally have a problem losing weight when they start bearing kids.

If you fall in that category, then you're better off practising from now how to control weight gain.

Michy,

I would have asked why you want to do what most people would pray they can stop: gaining weight. However, I want to believe that you just want to gain a little weight. Excessive weight is bad because of a trailer load of reasons.

As a girl, as long as your metabolic rate is not high, you can do the following to gain a couple of ounces:

1. Increase your meat intake (go for extra meat each time you eat). Beef can do wonders. Suya, Keebab etc etc

2. Eat lots of braed and butter.

3. Chocolates can help too.

4. Lots of siesta (afternoon nap).

5. Walk less.

6. eat as much junk food as you can.

HOWEVER
I would advise that you make do with your present weight. By the time you get to puberty age, weight gain will come naturally.

This is completely true. Excess food (especially meatty stuff) without exercise is the main cause of obesity. I have tried without success in the last 6yrs to gain some weight without success. I have not added more that 1kg in the past 2yrs. I have 3 meals daily, and I have no limit for meat (red, brown, etc etc). I eat chicken almost everyday (flu or no flu). My cholesterol level is even below average.

What's the secret? an active lifestyle. Do things yourself as much as you can. Walk whenever you can. Forget that okada once in a while. Do your own washing, cleaning, laundry etc.

You just have to be damn fast about it.
Thier verbal section can be challenging too.
Can't remember all the details though. Took and passed the test in 2002.
Flunked the interview though (I had no godfather grin

I think you should go back to the UK since you don't have a specific job here. However, do not expect anything on a platter of gold in the UK. Getting a HSMP doesn't imply automatic job as you will discover. But it increases greatly your chances of getting one. Also, your discipline will determine what kind of offer you will get.

Conclusively, try your luck in the UK, but be ready to work extra hard.

I am however glad for every response i got here, although some were unnecessary brash it however goes to show how different we all are in our thoughts.
I posted this questiona while back and i dare say quite a bit has happened since then. He hasn't left his girlfriend but the good news is, i'm beginning to realize the futility of this relationship.
It is wonderful n i know he trully cares but as we all know breaking off commitements in Nigeria is not as easy as it is abroad where people realize they are not inlove with the people they are about to marry n therefore not spend the rest of their lives with them. And even if that was the case i wouldnt want that to happen to another girl like him(i can imagine the dreams she's building).
I know I havent met half the world's population and can therefore still meet my better half at any point. I however hope there are less people like georgee and more like rhea.
