PoliticsRe: Pdp Reaches-out To Tambuwal Over GEJ Impeachment Threat by Ribaman(m): 10:51am On Sep 17, 2013
Hamazz1: Impeachment welcome development its Good riddance to bad rubbish.A
political mistake or better still disaster like gej should never be allowed to happen again.
I am not surprised, your language betrays you more than you know or imagine.
So GEJ is all of what you described? So what becomes of Abacha, IBB, and even OBJ?
How do you rate those ones? Particularly IBB and ABACHA?
Please, go ahead and tell your bros to impeach him! But remember those fine and wise words: "be careful re what you Pray or wish for".
Don't forget that "To every reaction, there is an equal and opposite reaction"!
Nigeria belongs to us all, forget the bull droppings your feudal lords fed you in the past.

The man is not saying something new, he is merely reminding us of what the correct Christian teaching is.
As always, re this pope: I employ the fine saying " God bless our pope, the great, the good". To be honest, I have never said them re any other Pope.

ab1x: I won't advise u to get Juvenile(I've my reason)
Get fingerlings perhaps it takes just two weeks to rear them to Juvenile stage.
It can only rear 1500 fingerlin conveniently Fingerlins 10 • 1500 = 15000 ( u can get it btw 7-10 naira) asumption N10
Coppens 0.5 1bag. 4250
Coppens 1.2 2bags. 6200. ..3200 per 1
Coppens 2mm 4 bags 20,800 ....5200 per 1
Cost of fingerlins and floating feeds amount to 46250
Let us assume u treat them with salt and PG
Gave them tetraclycline, vit c and procaine pellicine
That will amount to 50K.
Local feeds @ least 1000KG ; if per 100KG is N23000
That is N230000
Thus, N50,000 + N230,000 = 280,000
Misc Exp. 20,000 (transport, fuel etc)
Bros Ablx!
Please, what is PG?
Thanks.
PoliticsRe: Picture Of Nigerian Soldiers Dancing Kukere by Ribaman(m): 3:39pm On Aug 23, 2013
The blue beret explains the photo.
These soldiers are thankful and joyous that they survived a UN mission. Soldiers on UN missions are routinely slaughtered by Islamists, to serve out your deployment and come back to Nigeria alive calls for more than Kukere, Aznto and Etighi combined.
PoliticsRe: PDP Panel To Reconcile Jonathan, Amaechi by Ribaman(m): 3:09pm On Aug 21, 2013
Mr Aboki: Amaechi should give the following conditions for negotiation;

1. The President must stop being a bitcharse and stop sponsoring Wike and the likes.

2. Patience Jonathan will never step another foot in Rivers State for the duration of their tenure. Even if the President in on an Offical Visit.

3. CSP Mbu must first be made to face an Orderly room trial and then dismissed from the Police without benefits.. angry

4. Bipi and the other 4 that tried to unseat him must kneel and kiss his ring and call him 'Godfather' on Natioanl T.V. angry

5. From henceforth, whenever the President has beef with him, he must call him and talk about it like men, instead of acting like a cvnt and bitching.. angry
I had to do a double take to make sense of your post.

wellmax: You have learnt how to read, next learn how to comprehend.
Where did you hear them say the barrier cost N3B? huh huh
The barrier was meant to prevent heavy duty vehicles from using the flyover since there is an alternative route for them (a common practice all over Nigeria).
Its a pity how we politicize everything.
It's the practice worldwide. Some bridges are not for all types of vehicles.
It's for the good of every member of the society.

All of u bashing and attacking Ameachi, what are you on?
Are you interested in the enthronement of democracy and fairness in this country?
Amaechi has every right to aspire to any office in the land, foolishly or wisely! GEJ should have allowed the electorate to teach Amaechi the lesson he deserves or needs to learn. How can Amaechi support those who think Nigeria belongs to a single region of Nigeria!
But he must not be attacked or traumatised.

Christianity EtcRe: Pope Francis Has Changed My View Of Homosexuals by Ribaman(m): 4:36pm On Jul 31, 2013
alpha conde: I can't imagine that an age long feeling could be changed in a matter of minutes, as soon as I heard the words from the pope "who am I to judge gay people" my spirit was humbled. I felt this weakness in me. I discover that I equalled with them (homosexuals) in other forms of sin we commit.

Recently I was made to know that anyone who depends on his strenght to attain salvation may probably lose it, hence we must depend on God s love and grace.

Now here's is a real life comparism.
I have this friend who's gay, he left for UK and since then has expressed joy in an enviroment that supports his acts. He even looks forward to marrying a man, anytime we chat and he talks about it am always disgusted.

When he was in nigeria we used to be business patners so we were very close, now that he is away we talk often about out lives and challenges.
The other day he called to inform me that he has gotten a very good job, with a world cLass bank, and I asked myself why he would bless a gay with such a miracle? And me who isn't gay is down here expecting a breakthrough, it was then I discovered God hasn't even rejected them. Why should we?

Now that the pope has said this, I recall that judgement should be left for God.
Though I personally abhor this act but then I have come to understand that this is the same reason christ died.

Lastly I encourage all to keep praying for them and rescue them from the devil.

Alpha conde.
Pope Francis is worth more than a zillion fresh breaths of air to the Catholic Church. In less that 6 months, he has touched the lives of so many with his down to earth and honest attitude.
God bless our Pope, the Great, the Good!

PoliticsRe: Soyinka Is An Embarrassment To His Admirers – Patience Jonathan by Ribaman(m): 7:38am On Jul 13, 2013
utumunta: He who descends into an arena of conflict cannot avoid the dust of encounter. Soyinka has elected to suffer from diarrhea of the mouth, in recent times, and the sacred garb of dignity that has shielded him over the years has given way.
The mudslinging had just begun and it tends to be more interesting than the barbaric disposition of Hon Lloyd and co at the Rivers assembly complex.
I expect a rejoinder from the egg-head soon.
Whilst I am not a big fan of Soyinka on many maters, I find it difficult to understand the fact that an educated SA or PA agreed to release that statement on behalf of Madam GEJ.
O Mase ! What is this country turning into?
By the way, Soyinka has every right to intervene in any national discourse of his choice. He has a better chance of being heard than most of the 160 million of us.
Ride on Prof! Speak for us who have become voiceless.
PoliticsRe: Guardian Newspapers "Regrets" Article About Buhari. by Ribaman(m): 5:21am On Jul 12, 2013
Idi Amin: bros, I am only talking about honest leadership which I believe Buhari wouldve given Nigerians instead of GEJ. Simple undecided
Looks like we are in the same camp; the one that desires responsible leaders for Nigeria. However, I think your Buhari is no better. He failed us when he had the opportunity to change this country. Have you ever read Arthur Nwankwo's seminal work " The military option to democracy"? GEJ, OBJ,IBB,Buhari et al belong to the same club. The same one club that has ruined Nigeria, since 1960.
Here is a poser for all you Buhari apologists, what makes you think a civilian Buhari would be more successful that a khaki-clad Buhari?
PoliticsRe: Guardian Newspapers "Regrets" Article About Buhari. by Ribaman(m): 7:41pm On Jul 11, 2013
Idi Amin: Just imagine, after killing the man politically. Well Oga Buhari, pls forgive them and pray for Nigeria to get a younger president with your qualities. No doubt, you are an honest president Nigeria never had. Pls take my advice, withdraw from active politics with your pride now and possibly recommend an honest president for us. Shalom cry
Go sit down Jare!
Buhari fought for which country? He fought to protect the interest of the oligarchic north. I have seen many ex-servicemen, from the Biafran war, who regret fighting on the federal side of the fracas. They wonder why they died just to further the interests of the
north.
Do you imagine that Gowon would choose to be a stooge in the hands of the north again? He is not even safe in Wusasa? Gowon's kids have gone back to Plateau.
This apology is phoney. Even a 100 level law student will tell you how notoriously difficult it is to fight a libel case in a country like Nigeria

There are many many many Nigerian priests who avoid the more expensive things, even when parishioners offer them as gifts.

They are in the majority.
Prudence?!?!?!?
Thats what is destroying a lot of great ideas and institutions in today's world.

FamilyRe: Your Experience During Childbirth In Nigeria by Ribaman(m): 7:08pm On Jul 05, 2013
aysometin: AwwwDamiso how did the Nigerian midwife get away with that? My God. Do you think this is a Nigerian thing or what? Why are we some of our healthworkers so laidback and generally nasty? I bet she brought the attitude from a hospital in Nigeria. Thhank God you and your baby survived.

Mrs Flawless, I love your story because it gives a basis for comparison. Please how can you carry out a surgery without any machines to monitor heart rate etc. Nigeria has such a long way to go and I am convinced if it was elsewhere, Nike's story will be different. I guess if you don't have a complication free pregnancy in Naija, your chances are slim.

For me I had my 1st baby at Basildon hospital, my midwife was cool from another african couNtry I guess. On my birthday I was 34 weeks and went for the regular checkup and she found out I had preclampsia, I was rushed to the hospital and the kind of care I got was amazing. I was at the intensive care unit with about 3 midwifes and one consultant attending to me. They were trying to get my BP down so they can bring out the baby. The consultant even said to me ' I heard today is your birthday so I will make sure you have the baby today', they were so nice. I was rushed to the thheatre when they sensed the baby's heartbeat had dropped at about 11.15pm. After all the preparation the consultant said what's the time? They told him 11.45pm, he said we must have this baby today. He started working and was asking of the time at intervals, he brought out the baby and asked for the time and they told him 11.58pm and he smiled, everybody started clapping. My hubby told me all these because I was to weak to even notice, I just heard the clap and thought it was because my boy was born. It was an amazing experience and I am so grateful to that team. My son and I share the same birthday. If I was in Nigeria, I can't say for sure what my story would have been. The level of care is worlds apart, let' s forget the faciltieS available, why are our health workers sometimes insensitive without going the extra mile? Even when they find themselves in a different environment like the UK?
That's a great one!
By the way,was the doctor a Nigerian? This is/was a lovely Akwa Ibom O and G male consultant on the staff of Basildon.

The sheer amount of these items that get sold in the trailer parks and motor parks is also contributing to the high fatality rate on the roads.
