Noble4life:My brother God bless you too buddy.. Reading some of the posts here, I can now see why most of the Oyibo people no dey gree train their children for university... They will just send them to go and get student grant/ loan from the bank... When they graduate, they payback themselves.. The parent will save the money they would have used on them for their retirement... People are really selfish this days... People failed to understand that an 18 yrs old is an adult... He can vote or be voted for... Any parent paying their school fees at that age was simply helping out.. it was not their right ( it was only their right from primary School to secondary) It was just disheartening reading some of these posts... |

jeph19:You are right.. those parents shouldn't have sent him to school after secondary school because that's what they owe him... After all 18 years is seen as adult.. he should have trained himself as a young adult... Borrow money from one of Nigerian bank as a student loan and promise to payback after graduation... And the parents would have used the money they spent on seeing him through school to look after themselves..is that not fair enough? |

You can do it only if U Will be the one to repay the loan... Your dad is a good man.. it's not all dads that can pay a bribe to make sure their kids secure a job... I'm guessing part of what he has to repay was those scams.. He took a risk.. assuming it was successful, U wouldn't be here dismissing and blaming him for taking the gamble... Just tell him that you do not have the capacity to do that... But if U can, Just do it.... But if it's me, I will do it as a form of repayment for all the sacrifice... Oyibo dey repay the loans wey them borrow as students loan, Botswana dey do am, South Africa the same.. it's only Few countries like Nigeria who can single handedly pay for their kids fees.. In my days, I served in Bayelsa in a secondary school in Okoloibiri... There's something called setting boundaries... Why would anyone even stoop that low as to date a secondary school kid when we were even looking at year 1 students as kids... I later heard from other cop members that the students knew me as the arrogant corper.. The only time I remembered stooping to their level was when I was teaching them sex education as a peer educator assigned in that school... |

Higher institution is now like secondary school...I believe they didn't use projector for that presentation... Assuming power point was used, who cares about spelling when it was already there before everyone. The lecturer did not handle the situation well because assuming he did, by smoothing out the whole thing by telling the students that standing in front of the class to talk is not an easy task... By saying that, he/she is motivating the young man..and other students who feels there's something wrong with them. He should have said something in line with how intelligent people can easily forget how to spell their names due to stage fright.. shaking off all manner of doubt about the young man's intellectual inabilities off... That would have reduced all the taunting.. Rest in peace my dear because a lot of factors failed you.. |

It looks and sounds extremely fake especially the children aspect that were supposed to be in school and the time frame the wife decided to cheat... Is she not supposed to pick up the kids within that period since the man was away? Or do they have driver that was not mentioned? Did the man pick his kids during school hours just to celebrate their mother's birthday and then caught her in the act? There are lots of dots that are empty that needed to be filled for it to look credible... |
