Those are 2 different things.
Getting peoples voters card you just get people to stay in queue for those people and pay them.
Hacking BVAS means what ? Each PU has one BVAS. That just means you are voiding the results from one PU .

President Buhari has told aggrieved parties in the election to go to court. He must therefore obey the ruling of the Supreme court and compel CBN to do so. He must show that the supreme court can assert itself and must be respected otherwise he has no moral right to tell anyone to seek legal redress. If he fails to obey this order, then nobody will have confidence in the ability of the court to deal with electoral fraud which may lead to extra-judicial alternatives like violent protests. The President must please obey the ruling and compel CBN to do so.

That’s the truth but the issue Sir Atiku is that people especially the youth may not have voted enmasse for PO as VP candidate under PDP. Places that PO won would have been split between you and Tinubu and Lagos would have been Tinubu’s for sure.

For your information, INEC talked about uploading / transfer / manual collation in its guidelines and not online real time.

Guidelines is purely Administrative procedure for convenience which can change to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.

Remember, Nigeria Constitution is the basis and anything done that is inconsistent with it becomes inconsistent to the level of its inconsistency.

INEC ‘s electronic transmission is a privilege not a right .
All parties had representatives at PU level . They signed the result sheet and if I were a party agent would have either manually noted or taken a picture of what I signed.
I haven’t yet heard someone say what they signed was different from uploaded form or that signature was fake.

That’s because it is not an issue.
You have to win 1/4 of 25 out of 36 states + Abuja is confusing but it simply means win 25% in 25 states of 37 states ( FCT is considered a state)

He said he ll win with or without PDP. Now that he has seen the result, he's angry cos I taunted him on Monday that APC ll win as I v guessed. I m a law graduate and student of political science that I read politics, art of war etc including foreign information so I can predict political maneuvers.
He believes I m just partisan and he's begining to give me attitudes. He didn't call me throughout Tuesday and didn't visit me last night as he promised and hasn't called since that time. I m mad with him cos he's not seeing my points but I love him. What should I do?
Maybe I should just avoid political discussions with him but he's the same person that said he loves ladies that are current o.

Obi could have won the populate vote if it’s redone but he will not have the numbers for 25 states of the 36 states plus Abuja.
Atiku would have a better claim as he had 21 of the required 25 states plus he has a better spread across the country.
I just find that
1. No way Obi wins. Atiku and Tinubu people would up in arms.

Checking the rigging is also easy.
Identify the PU and look at the uploaded PU sheets ( all party agents wrote legible their names plus signature ) compare with what we have on file.

1. Labour Party should set up a Tech Team ASAP. It is good that APC used tech trying to rig the election - the digital footprints are everywhere. This is like someone stealing money from your bank account thinking they have succeeded without knowing the digital trail will lead to them.

2. Labour Party Agents across the States it needs to win to secure victory must submit Forms EC8A & EC8B immediately. These forms must be secured in the cloud.

3. INEC chairman must not be allowed to announce the winner of the election, until Nigerians are told how and where Civichive got its election data in real-time while INEC website was offline., On the arrest of Rhode hackers, the information is, that house at maitama belongs to Femi Gbajabiamila

It is only APC that rigged the election and lost Lagos State and Kano. ?

The fact that LP stole votes that would have gone otherwise to PDP does not play a factor.?

You forgot that the data was manually collated from PU to Ward to State to Abuja and that if there were discrepancies BVAS would have been selected but as of today only about half of the PU have been uploaded.

The reason for outcry is that people were told that BVAS would upload data directly but due to network issues/latency/ throughput issues it is delayed. But that INEC reserves the right to determine which method to use in collating results.
