I have been sitting on interview panels recently and noticed the candidates that gets picked are the ones that have the required skills , provided unique ans and have done a little research about the company.

for example: A lady made it to the final stage as a customer care agent and was asked to list some of the company's product's and services, she couldn't.

Generic feedback found on the net have been read by everyone, they should give u an insight, do not cram them and pour them out word for word. Sorry will be your case.

Religion is supposed to make the world better...Christians and Muslims were supposed to be better people but today, millions have been killed because of religion.

Religion have killed more people than deaseases.

PDP and APC are political parties formed to improve governance. Governance hasn't improved but PDP and APC are going to be reasons why Nigerians now kill each other outside religious and ethnic affiliations.

It is a shame people have refused to approach issues without putiing on a tag..it eventually affects their reasoning and the conclusions they reach.

I cannot help but ponder how these youths who put up some those comments were raised.

They lack critical reasoning skills and take stand based on ethnic, religious and political affiliations. Without a doubt, they are not future leaders.

Serious organization will do a follow up call and I once had reason to reschedule an interview on the day of the interview and it was done.

In fact, I was out of Lagos and had a minor accident on my way, the HR called to find out later in the day how I was doing even when I wass not their staff yet.

Of course that is a glimpse of how serious they are and how roboust their HR recruitment process is.
