He successfully recruited two more members to NATO with very advanced military might; both maritime and air forces especially. Now who's losing?

Finland has seen it as the best time to join cuz of the timeframe of the process involved and with Russia currently at war, it will buy them time to wait for maturity of their application. Finland did the calculation and Sweden followed suit. At this point Russia can only bark as they can't fight two full blown war at a time. At the end, Russia and Putin are the big losers
