"...Anyone who thinks the Igbo really want to break away does not understand economics."

Maybe, Nnamdi Kanu and Co are in a better position to say what "the Igbo really want."

Why are u sounding like this na.....u know very well area is different. Him saying states makes it look like there are actually states where there is light everywhere for almost 24hrs.

Lemme give u an example. In Rivers State, there are 23 LGAs, if someone says Rivers State has 24hrs light, what do they mean?? It means the whole of Rivers State enjoy 24hrs light. Let's not try to defend the statement. He could have said some areas enjoy 24hrs light, but he used state.

Under every government there has always been some areas that enjoy light. So what point was he trying make then?? If under every government some areas enjoy light and in this government some areas enjoy light too, why was he trying to praise himself, when its a normal thing...but that's not what he did, he wanted to make it seem as though under him, STATES as a whole, not areas as usual enjoy light, to make it look like APC is doing better.

I've seen all the comments of those that agree. All I see is, "I agree, in my AREA, we now have light", is ur area not in a state?? Does ur state as a whole have light like he said??....someone said Oshogbo has light, Ikeja has light...is oshogbo a state?? Is Ikeja a state?? If out of 100 areas in a state 10 have constant light, does the state have constant light??

Ok, under GEJ, I can name 5 areas that had constant light in PH...if its area we want to be calling.
Alright, did you watch the interview? He mentioned the state(s).
I'm expecting someone from Bornu or those other places to refute him and tell us they never complained of having 24hrs power supply because of the bill

You have great respect for the minister.
That is the problem. You can't see when he is lying through his teeth.

Thankfully, most of us still have brains, and we don't have great respect for the minister.
I'm not ruled by emotions but by reason!

Don't you think you are the one who can't see the truth since you don't have great respect for the minister?

Love sees even the wrong but focuses on the good but hate sees the good but focuses on the bad

So if I am not in that State and want to talk about the "part," how will I say it

Your area or ur state??....under Obasanjo and GEJ, some areas too were avin light.

The statement is "States"...
So that "Area" is not in a "State"?

I watched that interview and I have great respect for the Minister. What he said is true. You can watch the interview and objectively pick out what is wrong with his presentation.

I don't know why we Nigerians always focus on wrong and bad

Stop posting things on Social Media.
You need help? Ask a human being that you can see in front of you.
Stop all this "reporting your private life on social media for all to see". Were you born with phone gummed to your hand? What happened to your God given privacy?
People are addicted to phone. Cure your addiction and stop looking for excuses.
Excuse me! Hope you're not referring to me?

You are very correct my brother. I thought about this same thing just yesterday, especially because of Success' story.
A little child may sleep in the street for months while we all walk pass. The day it's brought to the social media, is the day you will know Nigerians are philanthropists

Insulting people and meddling with matters that do not concern him isn't a show of bravery. Do you think it is?

Very true!
The point is, FFK should know when to talk and when to keep quiet.

He should refrain from attacking everybody and creating enemies for himself...

The way he is going, he might die by his own sword

Useless excuses, does INEC need a court order before allowing PDP access to such?

Like a student asking for the transcript of his exams from lecturer, why should such demand a court order if the examiner got nothing to hide?
Why are some of you like this?

BTW, have you requested for the transcript of your exams before?
Even your answer script (booklet) can't just be given to you not to talk of transcript without proper written application duly authorized

What happened is Buhari himself is very popular among northerners as it was the margins he got in some core north states that helped him win the elections.
It won’t be the same in 2023. Even the presidential elections show that PDP is far from Desolate. It’s not like the president had a landslide victory.

PDP remains strong and APC is also very strong.
At the end of the day democracy wins and no one party can be too comfortable like PDP was before the coalition that became APC

I was disappointed with MURIC when I read that statement because, clearly, they were just being petty and mischievous.
But, I don't completely blame them because our religious groups have decided and I think, succeeded in destroying the peace and love that they preach on the altar of competition and politics

PoliticsRe: BMO To PDP: Stop Whining, Count Your State Election Blessings by RoyalUc(m): 6:13pm On Mar 12, 2019
PDP is a political party who decided to use every means possible (however clean or dirty ) to get favourable outcomes in the elections, so I might be bothered about their antics (because of the negative effects and consequences they have on developing democracy), but not too much.
My problem is with those Nigerians, especially the youths, who are not capable of critical thinking but rather ruled by emotions, jumping from one social media platform to the other, making utterances capable of setting the nation backwards.

StOla:
I believe very sane Nigerian knows that INEC has been excellent in its statutory duty to conduct a free and fair election.

The only issue was the failed start that led to the postponement, but the election conduct itself has been very fair.

All fake results are rejected by INEC, regardless of which party stands to gain.
Thank you very much.

This general elections, when subjected to objective analysis, is one of the best in recent times in Nigeria.
You could clearly see the will of the people prevailing in most places.

Of course, there were irregularities here and there, which actually will be in any election, but what we now see is a new level of desperation. Politicians doing whatever they can to subvert the system.

INEC deserves a lot of commendations.
