Politics / Re: Lessons In Biden’s Appointments Of Nigerians by Rubicon67(m): 10:25am On Jan 18, 2021
dumahi:
The main lesson I learned from this is that tribalists are stupid. You can see different Nigerian tribes ably represented here (although many are missing too). Our only enemies are the political class from all the tribes, not one another. But some of us, instead, choose to defend them and think that we are doing ourselves some good.

Without these wicked old cargoes, Nigeria would be far better than South Korea with our extraordinarily rich human and natural endowments. It is why I wrote this article the other day: How A 30-something-year-old Nigerian Could Become The President In 2023 (click here to read it).

We need young progressive detribalized Nigerians to run the affairs of this country if we don't want to end up very badly. We can even promote Seun or any other Nairalander to run for President in 2023. Read my article and you will see reasons with me. Let's stop getting ourselves enslaved to the corrupt old cargoes who are totally out of tune with modern realities. This is is not about tribe. It's about the future of our generations yet unborn.

ENDSARS should have revealed to us the power we can wield as Nigerian youths IF WE ARE UNITED under a political structure. Please please please.

Meanwhile, check my profile if you are unemployed and you'd like an opportunity to earn with Whatsapp and your local bank account.

You get sense well well.

Politics / Re: Kevin Chukwumobi APAMS 50th Birthday Party: Politicians, Celebrities Spotted by Rubicon67(m): 12:11pm On Jan 02, 2021
Dpharisee:
Igbo haters please stay off threads like this, Igbos like showing off and it's part of their culture, they work hard for their money and take time to enjoy it and tell the world about it.
Vanity has no place in Igbo culture because they would rather be mundane than poor.
That's why APAMS can become a billionaire just from helping families to arrange grand funerals for their relations, here in the North they can bury their relations even before they finish dying and go to their vegetables shop in the next 1 hour, so his business can't flourish here.
I see too many people coming to pour out their frustrations on Igbo threads, whether it's E-Money going home in a convoy, Godwin Maduka or Alex Ikweche holding parties they are not in control of the federal government which is holding the nation to ransom.
Events like these is what makes the average Igbo youth to aspire to make it in life against all odds.
Thanks and congratulations to the celebrant.

I don't understand why you are trying to make a tribal issue out of this. Whoever wants to celebrate, let them celebrate. Whoever wants to hate, let them hate. Even within the various Igbo communities, you will still find certain elements with their opinions.

Nothing everything has to be tribal biko.

Car Talk / Re: FG Partners With Innoson To Build Nigeria's First Aircraft by Rubicon67(m): 7:00am On Dec 30, 2020
There are already established aircraft manufacturers in the world and I think we should focus on getting the basics right before having grand ambitions. We don't even have a national carrier and we want to start manufacturing aircrafts.

What Nigerians needs amongst other things are good roads, uninterrupted power supply, education and health system that works, manufacturing industry that is capable of reducing dependency and reliance on foreign goods and produce, security of lives and properties etc.

Another handout to distract the Youths and allow those corrupt political elites to carry on with their wanton lootings and mismanagements.

The solution to the problems at hand goes way beyond throwing money around or coming up with some spineless initiatives. There has to be sincerity, equitable justice and distribution of the nation's resources, and a level playing field for all to thrive etc.

please enlighten me because I am seriously considering it ooo....

As I am sure you know, Malta is part of EU but job prospect is not that great compared to UK, Germany, Denmark and other EU countries. The hospitality industry is strong though and that explains why most foreigners tend to work in hotels etc. Weather is beautiful, especially in May but Transport system, compared to other EU countries, is not strong. Accommodation is not that expensive and it's relative to average salary.

Nice to see him develop a coaching career. He's always having a very fresh & happy look. btw at 40yrs old he's looking younger than our very own Taye Taiwo.

I still don't see why Taye Taiwo's issue should be involved in Joseph Yobo's job resumption. Let's be objective in our comments and opinions.
