The issue here is that I am no longer available for the job. In February last year, I received a three month salary after I registered in IPPIS with my name and employment number. I did the registration without the university knowing but I learned that the university went to Abuja to stop my salary payments.
My enquiry is whether I would be able to get some compensation from court because I am no longer available for the job

I was suspended from my job by a federal university along with 820 others in 2017.
Since then I have been receiving credit alerts from my pension fund administrator...meaning that my salary is being paid monthly since 2017 till date.
I was recalled in February this year but I don't want to go back to the job again.
Should I go to court to reclaimed my salary and for damages? What is the possibility of me winning the case against the university?
Note..there is no case or fraud against me, I have my appointment letters, suspension letter and statement of account from my PFA.

I was recently given a 6 months contract by SFH to work as a finance assistant of a project with a salary of N125,000 per month (subject to 5% withholding tax) and I currently work as an accountant for a private school which salary is N70,000 per month.

Is it advisable that I leave my current work of N70,000 per month and go for the contract offer with SFH or I should just reject the contract offer and continue with my present place of work?

I won't even consider leaving my 70k permanent job for 200k 6 months contract job..
You should understand what contract job is and it can be terminated even b4 the 6 months
The most difficult thing in Nigeria is getting a job so value what you have and stop running around

Sure, there are many jobs where you do not require any qualification... Although they are menial jobs but you still get to earn at least the minimum wage per hour which is much more than what you have here in Nigeria.
Minimum wage in the UK is about £8/hour... although you get to pay tax too which is still ok as you enjoy the benefits of bn a taxpayer

Being a linguistics/communications major can make you fit into several postgraduate fields e.g. M.A Communication Studies, African Studies, Language Arts etc.

The choices are numerous, unless you're trying to do a master's in Igbo language, which means there's no better place to study than in Nigeria.
