I see it's about 2B dollars - in 2019 budget - with 8B cedis (about 1.5B to roads)

8 billion for roads den infrastructure. Also, Finance Minister reveal say di 2019 budget allocate 12.8 billion as capital expenditure which go take construct roads across di country and also put up other infrastructure which be necessary.

Ghana has offered Ghana?
Where is some budget data to support 5B dollars infrastructure spend.
Unless you budgeted the 2B from China this year.
Just30:
Ghana has offered Ghana 19 billion dollars of Processed Aluminium for 19 billion dollars in loans.

That is a huge win for our integrated Aluminium industry.

Ghana infrastructure development fund was 5 billion dollars for 2020 for 30 million people.

You country is twice the size of Ghana and almost twice the population and your infrastructure money is just 4 billion dollars

funny cheesy
Foreign AffairsRe: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by rvp2018: 4:01pm On Aug 14, 2020
For argument sake 1dollar is 100 Kshs. Unless you're interested in nitpicking and cherrypicking like Obaboon. As you can see Kenya is spending 5-6B dollars on infrastructure. Ghana had to sell Bauxite to get 2B dollars. Your economy cannot generate taxes. It's informal. Based on informal squalor. Remove mineral taxes and royalties...and it's dead as dodo.
Wizzzzmike:
he's back with the lies 6b dollars or what cuz we all know ur currency is fvck up
Foreign AffairsRe: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by rvp2018: 3:22pm On Aug 14, 2020
While Ghana has to mortgage Bauxite to get 2B dollars. Kenya annually spend nearly 6B on infrastructure. All these from non-mineral - just taxes and debt.
https://cytonnreport.com/storage/research/5bd5279c2f6101.84289157.png

Counties in Nairobi Metro - spend another nearly 1B dollars annually on the same

Foreign AffairsRe: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by rvp2018: 3:09pm On Aug 14, 2020
Kenya roads that are paved - excluded county roads. These roads are 21,000kms. Those are highways (KENHA), rural roads (KERRA) and urban roads (KURA). Now if you go to say Nairobi - Nairobi County has their own roads that are paved - maybe 7,000 in Nairobi alone. These don't count because the roads are not under any authority to collate the figures. Each of the 47 counties have their own county roads. And this exclude roads in estates and access roads - where developer has to pave them - on their own.
Just30:
cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy

and only 17,000km is tarred with is 7% and that is really a poor performance.

we have 109,515km and 78,000km is classified of which 35,000km is tarred.

We have never mortgaged our minerals. Your budget is 30billion for 53 million people which you borrowed money and aid makes almost 20 billion yearly of it.
Ours is 20 Billion for 30 million people.

make no more noise

Your country can only compare with the likes of Uganda, Rwanda and South Sudan.
Foreign AffairsRe: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by rvp2018: 3:01pm On Aug 14, 2020
Dream on. Kenya is very very resilient. We don't depend on minerals.

We have 245,000 kms of road. You have what 70K. We spend a lot more maintaining rural roads than your spend mortaging your minerals to chinese for roads. Our budget is nearly 33B dollars. Yours is about half that.
Just30:
just 30KM road grin grin grin grin

ludicrous

We are building almost 3,000km of roads this year of which majority are done.

your undeveloped country dont even have the money and capacity to do that.

your country cant even build a kilometer of road without begging China for money.

Meanwhile we are building 2500km of railway lines and yesterday was the first time we approved a commercial loan for a section of the construction which has solely been financed by our gov't and investors.

Every Ghanaian see development daily because their roads are with being constructed or their hospitals being improved.

73% of kenyans have never seen development in their life.
They've been lighting kerosine lamps since they were born living in village squarlors

Talk about development when you impriove their lives and living condition.

46% of Ghanaians own their own homes

what is so wrong with your country such that only 4% of your people can own homes?

grin grin

When you start building 400m, 500m,700M worth of 30km roads - come and talk development.

What is 2B dollars that you got for Bauxite.

We spend about the same annually on our roads.

You have never seen development in your life because when Nkummah was building Volta dam you were not around.

Now you 50% living in urban squalor - worst than any of countries here. All you can do is run to Banana Island in Lagos for solace.

Just30:
when a zombie even starts to talk about development, it is even more ludicrous especially when 73% of Kenyans dont know what development is because of village life

You best city which is the world slum capital is at the level of Juba
so muddy everywhere.

Basically

your entire country lack roads as your tarred road network is insignificantly at 7%.

you place yourself in so much debt just to build a less than 1000km of rail network that keeps making losses.

Your real estate sector has seen no growth over the last 10 years as cement consumption decreased significantly with empty properties everywhere.
As realtors cant find buyers in your country because 96% of your people are so poor such that only 4% of them can own a home.

Your indebted country keeps running to the IMF, WB and China for survival.
Now you are facing a significant BOP issue.

grin grin

poor people

When a dwarf talks about physical development we want to laugh. Your best city is not even Mombasa level.
God only knows what is physical development that we haven't been shown -
Real estate zero
Road infrastructure - zero
Railways
Name it - zero.
Maybe the grotesque kenke dress?

I mean you are under IMF nearly every two years.

The last development you saw in Ghana was the Volta dam smiley in 1960

Just30:
keep your astroprojections to yourself

we know your real conditions and they are desperate.

I know you are bad at Maths so i wont stress it further.

Physical development is what your country lack hence why all the figures out of your country have to be corrupted just so you guys dont look desperately undeveloped like South Sudan.

Physical development cannot be hidden that is why you guys can only post 3km Area of Kenya

Kilimani is slowed down by zoning and approval. Once they allow high rises beyond the Yaya roundabout - Kilimani will grow. And the roads are also terrible.
Shma:
The rate of development at kilimani is Gothic but on the other side, westlands is super prodigious.
There is a huge development going on around GTC area. Cranes all over.

The anecdotal evidence, pictures and videos don't support all those claims.
We know for example all your electricity connection come to 4m.
We also know you have 30m people - that would mean - total household at 6-7m
So you're just about half connected them. You have maybe 10M Ghanians without electricity at min.
South Africa has 55m - with about 16M metered connections.
Kenya has 47M - with now nearly 8M metered connections.
Kenya power company use to claim we were 75% - but Census told us - nope - we are at 55-60%.
And if you see - we have what 12M household (48/4) - so it make some sense.
We still have to connect 4M household to power - or about 16M kenyans (about the same number who are poor)

Figures or data without real development is waste of our time

Now look at Nairobi for evidence of development

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CCyNXIpgBEs

Just30:
Ghana developed every part of it land mass

we dont say, that area is Turkana so we wont develop it.

Hence why we have 90% electricity coverage, 85% water coverage, extensive tarred road access, good sanitation, proper access to education, greater access to great health care facilities.

which we can say same for your country

Stop lying in the era of internet.

The re-introduction of dumsor in 2019 without publishing the requisite load shedding schedule came

Just30:
You are a stupid idiot who comes from a cave to see development in Ghana and refuses to go back to your country.
Because you are so dumb and deranged, you associate temperature with electricity.

Stupid fool answer the question, what has temperature got to do with electricity?

Electricity is always available 24/7 at anytime of the year in Ghana and the temperatures in Ghana do not have anything to do with electricity generation or transmission.

There last time there was a load shedding in Ghana was August 2016 and that was the last cause power crisis was resolved just in that month.

Such dumb rants from an ignorant fool who will vehemently refuse a free trip back to Nigeria.

Dumsor. They have a name for it. In Kenya load shedding is long forgotten. Only power cuts are mainly maintenance related.
POKUASI2:
you're economical with the truth..
We all know your electricity generation data is cooked.
