Every city in the developing world has a slum. As long as there is poverty - there is a slum. Slums ends when you move to developed world. But in Nigeria, DRC and Ghana - every slumpolis has a city. We had world fastest electrification rate, We have improved water access. Our roads are very good. The same with healthcare.
And again we have done this without any minerals like many African countries.

We nailed the MDG - and now onto SDGs.
