Romance › Re: I'm Dating HIV Positive Lady & She Is Pregnant. Advice Needed by saajus:
You can never contract the virus if she's in the undetectable zone. Your family members can never reason with you cos of stigmatization and less knowledge about the virus. If you truly love her and you've made up your mind, I think you should go ahead. She's not a risk to anyone if she's truly in the undetectable zone. The undetectable zone is like HIV negative but it's still appearing positive because of the antibodies that are still present and detectable. The virus is no more detectable.
It's just like COVID-19 too. After becoming COVID-19 negative, the antibodies will still be present.
Trust Science. Even if you drink her blood, you can never contract it. Also, your children will not contract it.

There is no smoke without fire.

Don't even think of moving out even if you have money. Your marriage is highly redeemable. If it is apology he wants to eat, give him and let peace reign. Try to keep talking to him and let him retrace his way back to God. Also, talk to him about side hustles. Both of you need to improve your finances.

Atiku was right. I think the problem people have with him is trust. He did a bad job when he handled privatisation during his time as the VP. Petrobras model would have been perfect for us.

Romance › Re: I Can't Stop Thinking About Him by saajus:
Next time you meet him, appreciate something about him. Maybe his shirt or smile. Say, "I like your shirt" or "I like your smile". With that, you've broken the ice. If he has anything in his mind, you've given him a runway.
Don't listen to many Prophets of doom here. Life is 50-50, even nobody guarantees 100% with the one chasing you around like a mouse. Some great guys are friendly but can't break the eyes. Some are shy. With just some compliments each time you cross paths, you are opening the door for him. So, if he's interested he will talk. Our society wants women to be tough and that does not guarantee good guys. A player can wait for 2yrs to catch a tough girl. You can be very friendly but not lose.

Politics › Re: Bala Mohammed: I have No Apologies For Using Chloroquine To Cure Coronavirus by saajus: 12:51pm On May 07, 2020
So many questions are begging for answers. This is the highest form of wickedness if these Shenanigans have human being influence. About the 05 research, this novel COVID-19 was highly different in behaviour from SARS-CoV that was research on then. It's like this one is showing different style daily. It took them almost 2 or 3 months before they could fully understand how it attacks the respiratory system.

larrysworld:
We need to think critically about this matter of chloroquinne. Let's forget everything anyone has told us and we just do some thinking by ourselves.

1. Why is the MSM against it?
2. Who stands to benefit if HCQ works
3. Who stands to benefit if it does not work?
4. Is it possible HCQ can cure more ailments than we know?
5. Will using HCQ benefit big Pharma, i.e. Gilead, Pfizer etc
6. Why would some sponsor fake clinical trials against HCQ i.e. Virginia Veteran Clinic
7. HCQ cures Malaria which is a parasite, why will it help in curing Covid19, a virus? Are we being lied to all this while?

There is s study by NIH headed by Dr Fauchi and they found Chloroquine inhibits coronavirus as at 2005. Are the cures being hidden from people?
link: https://virologyj.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/1743-422X-2-69

The initial french study was not a randomised trial and so some people dispute it. They came out with a new study two days ago which is randomised and using 1061 Covid19 patients.

Only future will prove the past.
Politics › Re: Bala Mohammed: I have No Apologies For Using Chloroquine To Cure Coronavirus by saajus: 10:19am On May 07, 2020
You have a point about corruption in the system but the US researchers came out with some valid points to discard the French and Chinese researches on Hydroxychloroquine (https://www.theguardian.com/world/2020/apr/22/hydroxychloroquine-coronavirus-scientific-studies-research). The researchers accepted the points.
The reason why I partially accept ur believe that corruption may be in play is the way America quickly approved remdesivir. Maybe because Gilead sciences Inc is their own. Maybe they would have relied so much on India for hydroxychloroquine production. My statements are just "maybe". I know some hidden things will be revealed in the future.
I think if the side effects are not killing, people should try. Like on youtube, different survivors are recommending different things. Oyo State Governor used different things for his cure. Oni of Ife recommended some herbs too. If the symptoms are mild, no problem, the survival rate is high. But, if it reaches the Pneumonia level and ICU is recommended, it's 50-50.

larrysworld:
It is obvious that your brain is porous. If not, you should have realised from my posts that I know what I am talking about as someone in a similar field. And here you are talking about tests, when you have no idea what a swab is... People like you are the true enemies of Nigeria, blind and unapologetic ignoramus.

Countries like India are using hydroxychloroquine to cure Covid19. HCQ has become a "De-Facto" cure in most countries including USA and China. It is not yet a "De-Jure" cure because of the corrupt Medical Industrial Complex and WHO which is being run by a war criminal who almost exterminated a whole tribe in Ethiopia using the Cholera vaccines supplied by gates foundation and covering up the epidemics. All the studies of HCQ are on the internet, if you have the cerebral capacity to go check them out.

France just released a study on 05/05/2020 of 1061 people who used HCQ. See screen shot below
https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1477893920302179.

May I suggest you stop watching CNN, studies have shown that prolonged exposure to fake news makes people dumber.
There is a cure for Covid-19 but we have't found one yet for Stupidity.
Politics › Re: Bala Mohammed: I have No Apologies For Using Chloroquine To Cure Coronavirus by saajus:
You are right about our "agbo" prescription. We don't really do measuring and thorough clinical trials. Most of the time, finding a cure is not a problem but the side effect is the major problem. In fact, scientists can develop a drug within a day that will start killing Coro virus in the body. But, while the drug is killing Coro, won't it be damaging liver, heart, blood vessels, arteries, or deregulate our PH level. Also, clinical trials are important, because it works for one does not mean it will work for all. That's why it takes about 18months to develop a good vaccine that won't attract tons of lawsuits. The vaccine will be tested on different DNA's, blood groups, genotypes, etc. Scientists are presently creating a safety net for themselves because of COVID-19 vaccine pressure from Govts around the world. The safety net is that the Govts of nations forcing them to come out with Coro vaccine pre-maturely, that is no enough trials, will not sue their companies if something goes wrong. Maybe there are some special DNA's in a small country like Comoros that they didn't have enough time to try the vaccine on, and everyone with that DNA dies after taking the vaccine.
Most drugs are extracts from trees that we use for our agbo. Our agbo works like magic because it's very concentrated, therefore it causes some damage that will show up in the future. That's why our life expectancy is still 53.

Naijaarchive:
The renowned ọkọ oloyun and yemkem revolutionized the same agbo u are criticizing... I have no problem with advance drugs.. But please don't talk down our own local medicine... Since most drug ingredients are extracts from these herbs you are shunning... All we need is the right prescription

Just Beds. I don't see ordinary vital signs monitor machine or drip stand. Maybe, they have them in storage. To be honest, this is only built for mild Coro cases in which many people who have extra rooms at home to isolate can manage. We can't trust Nigerians on self-isolation, that's why I still appreciate that they are sending all positive cases (symptomatic or asymptomatic) to isolation centres.
Any Coro case in Naija with Pneumonia symptom and reach ICU level, the family members should just start praying. We are not prepared for that.

There are lot of scammers on Nairaland but there is a guy that many people here trust, his username is "spyder880". Family › Re: Time To Divorce My Wife? by saajus:
Pending the time your wife will change, please find things to do that will make you happy cos you are hypertensive. Maybe you can engage your children more. Since she wanted to live a recluse life, ignore her a little bit by focusing more on your kids. Take your children out, play with them, tell them stories. I hope she's not also using them as tools against you. In another vein, get yourself busy. Add more part-time education if necessary, set book study target, form a study group with friends. Just show her that, you are not afraid to live alone.
Keep praying for her cos God can touch her heart. You can't change her by force cos that's who she is. Please, you've not reached the point of divorce.

Questions:
Is she allowing you to perform your duty in the other room?
Is she proving dangerous at home? Like, ignore you even if you are dying at home. Let's say you mistakenly cut your yourself with a knife while cooking, will she still ignore you in that situation.
The reply to those 2 questions could change the dynamics.
