kay9: Hey peacock, how exactly are u a leader sef? And who and who are u leading? Where's this your ''leader-dom''? Inside Seun's sand-box? Mtscheww.
If you knew me in real life, you will be a follower.

You will worship me every sunday or friday instead of facing any other religion.
^^ An angry, vexed alpha male stealthily, stalking his patch.

Woe before any unfortunate tresspasser. tongue
Look I know he is no where close to my league intellectually.

I know his level of intellect is not at a level to even be debating with me.

Even if I am speaking on the phone with one hand about genetics to an expert Oxford professor and simultaneously playing table tennis with a Chinese champion with the other, I would still whoop his arse in any debate without breaking concentration on the other 2 activities.

Tgirl4real: OMG! Sagamite, this is definitely not true. grin grin grin
It is true.

My country keeps on churning out moorons and we put them in influential posts.

When we wanted to host All Africa Games, guess who our moronic leaders chose as leader of organising committee?

Amos Adamu!

maclatunji: Being polite.
This is why I called you a follower.

So Seun said something was trolling, so you said "Yes, sir. I agree".

I asked you to define a troll, but because it was not your independent thought, you did not have the sense to be able to conjure a definition.

Shut up! In this life and never tell leaders what to do. You are a follower, just follow.

You are too far down the intellectual totem pole.

Not a big deal to fucktards at your level, innit? grin

maclatunji: Leadership? Talk about Vanity and Arrogance and I will give you some marks. The only reason you will get marks is because you have been allowed to act in such a manner for an extended period of time.

What did I say about below-mediocre mentality and utter incompetence?

https://www.nairaland.com/1016958/batman-launch-power-projects-nigeria

That is a journalist of a LEADING national newspaper.

And the Editor also allowed this.

dare2think: He probably googled 'Chris bale' and simply copied and pasted the pix without proper verification!

Not surprised!

Lazy journalism!
When I call people like this journalist product of failed education system, some people will say I am attacking the weak. grin

maclatunji: It is a simple observation coming from reading so many of his posts. In his simplistic thinking Sagamite thinks I care about that thread. It is obvious to anybody who wants to be factual that his behaviour on Nairaland is not exactly appropriate. He has even admitted to bullying people he perceives to be weaker. If that doesn't make him a troll, nothing else will.
Yes, I do attack weaker people like you. It is not bullying, it is free education.

Education is good and progressive for society, so it cannot be inappropriate. grin

At least you can put you hand in the air now that you learnt about Leadership from Saga Saga.

Now we need to educate you on what a "troll" is.

Let me describe him for you.

Leboska: Well will it add any thing 2 our economy? If nothing then his visit doesn't worth d publicity or even being discuse
You are a person!

A product of a failed education system and an example of why democracy is shyt and we need geniocracy.

I can't believe you have a right to vote. It upsets me.

Tgirl4real: So...fear dey catch u? U should be the fearless god of intelligence na. tongue

Afterall, fear itself is your brother.
No!

It is just that my modelling agency will sue me for contract breach if my face is slightly damaged and they lose income.

Ujujoan: I agree . . .

Oya Saga talk your own! cheesy cheesy
Look lets park maclatunji.

He knows I know he knows he can never step to me intellectually and this is the second time he is running with his tail between his legs when I challenge him on a statement he made without thinking first.

The first one was when he said boisterous people don't achieve their potential. I had to lecture him to go and read on Charismatic leadership. People should stop pulling opinions from their arse. A good education should have taught people this.

On his silly statement above about insulting. In my world, there is no one-size fits all. I insult some and I don't insult others. I give people bespoke response. That is what leaders and great thinkers do.

I get results. I do what it takes (within reason) to get results.

Rules should be there to get a result, not just for the sake of having rules.

Flexibility is good for progress because it fosters innovation. The countries with rigid rules are less likely to progress than the one's with flexible rules that is sometimes adjusted based on reasoning. That is one of the key differences between those at the apex of the intellectual totem pole and those below. You see the ones below pointing to rules and why they cannot do something. Another difference is not to pull opinions from your arse without ratiocination.

obowunmi: Sagamite bullies weaker posters and argues with them unnecessarily as though they pay his bills. Sometimes, his arguments are void of logic.
I agree with the first part of your statement. At least you acknowledge they are weaker.

For the second part, feel free to pick ANY (absolutely fcking ANY) of my arguments you find that lacks logic and let us debate.

I dare you!

I dare your ancestors!

maclatunji: LMFSO! I know what the doctor recommended.

maclatunji: I don't have timesense for definitions. However, if you are fond of attacking other people for their opinions, you can count yourself as a troll. Attack the point not the person.

I will humilaite you intellectually any day. cool

Ujujoan: I'm not entirely disagreing with you; but I do believe you take somethings far too seriously.

For example, you are here preaching about etiquette to a Saga who's probably laughing his a55 off as he searches for the next 'insult' to throw at you!

The anonymity of this forum, as far as I;m concerned, has removed any form of seriousness from it. I doubt Saga will call anybody 'doofus' to his face.

But this is NL . . . . anything goes!

maclatunji: If you are half-as-smart as you think you are, you would understand sarcasm and identify a definition when you read one without the screaming headline: "ATTENTION SAGAMITE- THIS IS A DEFINITION!"
Shut up!

You do not have the sense, it is not the time.
FamilyRe: Is The Fear Of Sagamite The Beginning Of Wisdom??? by Sagamite(m): 11:20am On Aug 13, 2012
maclatunji: Errr... There is such a thing as an operational definition. For you and this thread, "that" suffices. You can debunk my assertion if you will. Do you attack other people for their opinions on issues- Yes or No? I say yes, that makes you a troll in my books. If you don't like the term "troll" you can replace it with "Grouch" or "Ogre", it doesn't really matter to me.
This is a person that said he does not have the "time" to define.

You do not have the sense. Shut it!

Ni bo lo wa lori intellectual totem pole? (Where are you on the intellectual totem pole)

I am at the Apex of the intellectual totem pole. If you ever debate with me, I will humiliate you. Intellectually you are no match.

Run! And stop dodging.

. . .and talking about the golden rule, I just hearing that it's against the rule. sad
She might not be able to see it if she is not a moderator.

maclatunji: Actually, we hardly errr... "clash"? However, there are etiquettes for human interaction. If we all decided to insult every other person that disagrees with us, what would we have? #Anarchy. Even online interactions must have rules that every individual must abide by.
I have told you before, you are a follower in this world.

Let us leaders create rules and then you follow.

Followers don't lecture leaders on rules. Just follow.

Obviously it is typical.

I hope you have taken sometime to read up on situational leadership as I lectured you the last time?

You don't have time or sense?

It is really annoying for your type to consistently want to give an opinion you can't defend.

If you can't defend an opinion, it is best you shut it.

maclatunji: I will have to agree with Seun here that Sagamite does act like a troll. There is a difference between attacking the points of other forumites and outrightly insulting them. It is for the same reason I always tackle Jennykadry. I am not looking for a fight but let's say things as they are.
Really?

Give me your definition of a troll.

I'm just amused that Seun's taking it personal; been a loooooonng while since i saw him comment more than once on a thread. Tg, whats ur secret?

As for the topic, i think Tg just likes Sagamite and is wondering if any other [female] likes him too. smiley Y'all might notice that the thread TOPIC and the CONTENT of the first post arent exactly towing the same line...
Off course she does. She is human afterall. She has no choice in such matter, nature decides.

Seun: He sounds like a troll. We have a no-tolerance policy for trolling. I hope the moderator has not forgotten this.
Seun: Why do we have a no tolerance policy towards trolls? Because you people always complain about them. They are toxic to the community.
Amsorry?

Really?

That is why you tolerate fstranger, iragbijile, antitpiah, papatosibe and all other numerous names he uses?

But my hubby sometimes reads his post cause he is nairalander too, he tells me wen saga is on a thread, the thread gets as long as 5-6 pages or even more and i reply him by saying '' let him strain his fingers and vent all his anger and pressure on his keyboard on faceless id's,afterall na him get him time''

Me personally dont like to argue with someone i cant see physicaly. I like it ''eye ball to eye ball''
