Hello house, does your address appear on ECA report? I want to use a Canadian address just for my ECA but I do not want it to appear on the report because I won't use the address for any another thing. I'm considering ICES.

Hi people,

Wifey and I were in the pool and we had agreed that she'll be the primary applicant so all the funds were kept in her account. Unfortunately, her IELTS wasn't good enough when the result came so I was given ITA instead.

Please I need the following clarifications and assistance on a family application:

1. I want to apply and use the funds in her account as it is without moving them to mine. Please does anyone have a sample letter for Proof of Funds that we can use?

2. The funds are not in the same bank (fixed deposits in 3 different financial institutions). Is there a particular format the Bank should follow to report the cash for CIC purposes?

I will appreciate your prompt response(s).
I don't understand. Two of you had separate profiles in the pool? Please clarify

Most men who marry celeb women do so just to be known and enjoy some limelight and not for one stupid love. When they get what they want, they find some reasons to breakup and marry that non celeb girl they have always wanted to marry. I just pity the female celebs, they are the worst hit.

Probably you will say he should have done his move yestrday, or much earlier because the plan to demolish the market has been on since. But do you know whether he has where to move his things to?... do you know if he has the resources to even arrange the logistics?... Yes the order to vacate the market has been there since, but arent ypu aware the traders are contesting it?.... In fact, how can you even have the guts to blame the poor trader for this tragedy?.. You think everyone's life is as perfect as how you paint yours?
You don't need to disturb yourself engaging that guy. Some people are just damn heartless. He has stayed in his room and analyse everything from his own point of view. If God judges his case the way he is judging the man, I'm sure he will be dead by now.

This is for all waiting for ECA report from IQAS.
I called their customer service some mins ago and the information the lady gave me shocked and decide to inform others too in order to make a good decision.
The rep.told me that they are still working on transcripts received up to July 18th while 19th and above still on queue. More over, the 9 to 10 weeks processing period starts when they send u acknowledgement mail.
Also, for fresh applications that are yet to receive the first mail, they are still on July 28th. So if your application is yet to be keyed into their system, we are free to apply for refund of the of application fee excluding the courier fees.
Thought it's worth sharing as I am applying for the refund asap.
Nawaa ooo
Did they tell you how long the process of refund will take? I have sent my documents but my transcript is yet to get there.
How should we proceed to get the refund?

Its not required to include your reference ID on ur transcript. Its better you start processing ur transcript even before payment is requested as this helps saves some time.
I actually dont knw if statement of result is accepted. But u can contact them to verify. Usually their contact number +1 604-432-8800 is available from 5.30pm to 9pm Nigerian time. Just call in to very if statement of result is accepted.
They said " if confirmation of award is not present in the academic transcript , this information can arrive in letter from the appropriate authority...."

Are they asking for a different kind of transcript or is it still the same transcript that schools normally issue?

PoliticsRe: Nigeria's Union Non-negotiable - Goodluck Jonathan (Throwback) by Saintp(m): 8:36am On Aug 23, 2017
The elites and political class in Nigeria from all regions and tribes have the same agenda and mindset. This is because they are the chief beneficiaries of the present Nigeria. They do not know what their fate will be in a divided Nigeria.

Therefore you won't expect the senators or governors even from the east to support a change of status quo that has favored them so much.
The drive to effect changes in this country will have to come from non political quarters not politicians. So it is our duty to discard these political statements and pursue a new restructured Nigeria if we remain together.
Whether divided or United Nigeria, what is important is to make progress and if at @57 we still haven't made any substantial progress, then something has to change fundamentally.

Hello House,
I must say that you all are doing a great job here. I do not think that there is a better consultancy service out there on Express Entry than this forum.
Please I want you all to look into my case.
I am married and was initially planning to be the principal applicant. However, I have checked my CRS score factoring the highest possible IELTS score, additional points from my wife and even the 15 points I can get from my sibling in Canada but my point did not exceed 421 due to my age.
Now, I have checked using my wife as principal applicant because she is less than 29 years of age and she is getting about 446 in CRS score. However, my concerns about her being the main applicant are these:
1. She has a 3 years work experience but it is from teaching. I have checked and there is a NOC A 4031and 4032 for both primary and secondary school teachers but she does not have an education degree , just B.Sc and I don’t know how the VO will view teachers without education qualifications. I have also not come across anyone who is using teaching experience to apply. Is this something to worry about?
2. The school is small private school with no website, professional email( They use gmail). I don’t know how this will affect the application.
3. Her payment is not through the bank but she has a payslip and her salary is small. I don’t know if this will be a problem.
4. For the POF, I will provide the funds. Though I do not have the funds sitting on my account but I have assets that can raise the money for us. Besides, I can also get some gift deed from my dad to support if need be. If I transfer the money to her account, will I be required to show how I got the funds?
5. I have a blood brother in Canada that can give me 15 points. However, I do not know if she can also get the point from my brother as my wife if she is the main applicant. If she can get the point, her CRS will shoot to about 460
6. Can we create different profiles and use each others as spouse so that I can target PNPs since my score is low while she targets the main one. Is this legal? For example, if at the end we both get ITA, we will go with my profile because my work experience is better since I work with a multinational.
Please in this case, should my wife be the principal applicant? Do we stand a chance with her or should I just go with my own profile? Please make una help me ooo
I'm also interested in the answers to these questions because it affects me in some ways.

A result of 8777 puts you on CLB 9 which gives you full points in skill transferability. It can add as much as 50 points to your CRS.
Are you saying that 8777 will not give the same point as 7877,7787 or 7778?
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by Saintp(m): 8:49am On Aug 19, 2017

The same cycle of people with 'only me mindset' who don't allow the system to work, aren't they same cycle that would lead the re-structured regions? Or are we rooting for Angels to take over the re-structured regions?

Sir, If you and I (all of us) have decided to make Nigeria work, Nigeria will work, but if we don't, the re-structured regions will still have harboured us and our different self-aspirations and interests. In-fighting will be the bane of development.

Is Lagos not in Nigeria under Nigeria as an enclave? What stops other states or regions from attaining the same status as Lagos in Nigeria?

If we learn to put national interest above our selfish interest, things will work, Sir. We don't have to re-structured or Biafra-ed Nigeria believing then would things work.

Long Live Nigeria!

Peace
I agree with you. What you are saying would have been the solution in an "Ideal Situation " but you and I know Nigeria can never get to that level no matter what you preach.
So instead of wasting our time preaching the impossible, is it not better we try something different? At least it is not as if we are risking anything, the country is already stagnant so why should we fear the worse.

And to think about the fact that the Senate gave a No vote to devolution of powers makes it all become a longer ride.

Let's KILL corruption
The probability of killing corruption in our system today is too low. Even if we assume that this regime will try to kill it, what is the assurance that the next regime will not encourage it and we go back to square 1?
We need to change the system in such a way that makes corruption difficult to happen in the first place instead of chasing them when the deed is done.
We need a Nigeria where even if the Niger delta militants blow up all pipelines, the man in ogun, Kano or Enugu will not feel the impact much because they do not depend on oil.
We need a Nigeria where the fund to fight boko haram will come from their region and will not be from the entire country so that if they spend 70% of what they earn to fight boko haram alone even boko haram will get sense and stop the nonsense.
In fact, we need a Nigeria where each region will be responsible for thier development and not wait for one FG to do thier road then everyone senses will return

...and we think restructuring will expunge the corrupt, greedy and selfish tendencies in each and everyone of us Nigerians.

Nigerians better be careful and works toward a better Nigeria, rather than being hoodwinked and sent from frying pan to naked fire in this restructuring and Biafra nonsense.

If we all exert our energies (as we do in asking for restructuring) in making Nigeria a better home, Nigeria would of course be great.

I keep saying, until we understand that Nigeria's problem is not Nigeria but the people.
Stupidity is doing the same thing over and over again and again and expecting a different result. We have practiced this current system long enough to see that it is not working.
We have seen transformation regime, CHANGE regime and they are nothing but beautiful nonsense.
The probability of getting Nigeria of our dreams even in a restructured or regionalized system is still not higher than 25% because blacks over and over again have shown they lack capacity to solve problems. But then even a 5% progress will be better than what we have now. At least there would be no cry of marginalization and seccession because power will be to the people. So restructuring remains the only way to salvage this country
