You will likely not gain the experience you want. These companies don't have good structures. They will use you anyhow they want.

You will be under constant threat of sack every day you step in there until you leave.

You will likely not last there for more than 3 months cos you will never satisfy them. Either they sack you and find another willing Nigerian or you quit out of frustration. That is why they are always recruiting

You will be sacked any day you go for an interview. In these kind of companies, no excuses. They don't care if you want to die sef.

My advice will be just budget of 1 month for them and see things for yourself. At least you will be in a position to advise others tomorrow

I'm beginning to think that the rich in naija is happy for Nigerians to remain poor so that only them will enjoy life. When they travel abroad, you will see things like

In saner climes, the basic enjoyment of life is not just for the rich only, it is for everyone. This summer, I didn't see one of the cleaners who cleans our office for 2 weeks. I thought she has been redeployed to clean elsewhere but when I saw her again, I showed surprise that I haven't seen her for a long time and she told me she went to Brazil for holiday. As we kept talking, she told me she went to Paris last summer and she plans to go to Mexico next summer.
I wish we can develop and build a country where everyone can enjoy their life without being rich. It will go a long way to reduce the desperation we see today in naija but it seems to me that the political and rich class will never allow that so that only them will have access to enjoyment.

The issue is not whether they are suppose to award the contract to another company, the issue is how it was done. Did the legally terminate the contract? Did the attorney general check all the relevant clauses with regards to the contract and ensured that due process was followed? If the answer is yes, they don't have a case.
But then knowing Nigeria, my mind tells me the govt have committed a legal blunder on this issue. I won't be surprised that those criminal contractors intentionally set a trap for the Nigerian govt knowing fully well that they will fall for it since they are incapable of doing anything right.
