Reading the comments, I have observed that most men have swallowed the falsehood that children are more attached to their mothers than fathers.

The fact is that children are closer to the parent who gives them the most interesting attention and meet their needs.

I chat with my kids all the time, we talk about everything ranging from who they played with at school, names of classmates, who didn't turn up at school, what they think about aliens, how it feels like to travel in space, how we can get 10 packs (my daughter prefers 10 packs to 6).

I buy them books, talk about the books with them, crack jokes, read them bed time stories.

On top of all of these, I am the dude with the ATM and I use it freely.

Mehn, once I am around, my kids do not remember my wife.

But there is a caveat, my kids know in very clear terms, that I am their father, not their friend.

People are quick to say mothers love is supreme, there’s nothing like mothers love, your mother loves you more, blah blah blah. Women don’t really love their children half as much as the society is meant to believe, they only use kids as weapon against their husbands or make the society view them as the gender with the tender heart. Women are vile creatures, they hate on everybody and anything even their own selves. Women maltreat their house helps because they have the power over them, they inflict all sort of evil harm on them. If women were stronger than men, women would have inflicted more deadly harm on men by tying them up and cutting men into pieces, but they can’t and that’s why they convert that wickedness to voice and it’s what makes them talk anyhow. Convert that voice to power and watch them tear men to shreds.

A woman would not hesitate to abort a child, thrash a child in the toilet or in the gutter or in the refuse or just bury the child alive, but no man can do that. American women want abortion to be legal just so they can abort the child anytime they feel like it. Yet the world celebrate Mother’s Day almost 10 times a year.

Women don’t really love their children, they are just trying to make the society believe so. They use children to hold their husbands, collect child support and keep some to make people believe they are responsible.

The sooner men realize this, the better.

Poverty or not, that woman is evil. Why would she be killing all the unborn children? Why can’t she get a job to support her husband? What does she do?

We know they are poor, but what stops the woman from talking with husband and making him see reasons why more children won’t be a good idea instead of killing them. That woman will kill that una compound manager one day in his sleep, so y’all should get prepared.

No matter what, never argue with your landlord, he owns the house and he has the upper hand. Those saying his house is business, do you think your rent can build a house?
People rent out their houses for various reasons and I can bet you that more than 30 percent do not do it for the money. People just wants neighbors around them and friends to talk to.

Most landlords scrutinize you properly before even giving their house out and that’s where some oversabi tenants and bad ones act all nice and sweet. Then begin to claim yeye law and won’t pay again when it’s time to pay for whatever they agreed on.

The landlord said you are no longer compatible to live with them so you are not the kind of tenant he wants, so “Sir” please start packing your load and leave his house. When you eventually build your own house and a tenant starts misbehaving, I’d love to see your reaction.
The fact that your roommate pays his rent to you does not mean he owns the place, you are providing him with shelter and so he should respect you, same with your landlord.

Our landlord way back in the 80’s still get my full respect anytime I see him, even though I got more houses than him today and I still do call him and send him gifts just cos he gave us his house to live in when we had none, even though we still pay him rent.

One of my tenants moved from one of my smaller 2 bedroom apartment of 180k to a bigger and better one of 370k but I allowed him stay there for 180k (cos he was an old and nice tenant). He built his own house and moved, but he is always at my place every time and he even bought me an expensive furniture worth over 800k I never needed. He still respects me as his landlord even though he has his own house already.
Please learn to respect people so that good things can come your way.

I really feel pity for most Nigerians as some of these loan companies even though they charge a lot has helped some people out of some dire situations, e.g hospital bills and other quick fixes.

Nobody forced anybody to get a loan from any app, if you feel the interest rate is high why not seek alternative means elsewhere? I’m sure most of the people against these small loan companies don’t even have anyone to help them out in critical times hence taking solace in them. They borrow with no intent of paying back that’s why no one gave them money in the first place.

When these loans companies get fully scrapped then some people will understand the true meaning of “sapa” and not having someone when you really need help.

I don't know how I got into this situation and I am about giving up. I regret getting married so soon after my graduation even when I didn't have a good job. My advice for young men to make enough money before getting married, if not you will end up regreting in your marriage.
